Description of Work: We set time for appointment to estimate cost of roof repairs. They were over an hour late, and no call was made to advise us they were running late. Once at the property, they didn't even bother to get on the roof to assess the needed repairs. Finally, they never even provided us with the promised estimate. Two weeks later, we received a call to follow up on things. We told them we still had not received our estimate, and despite promises of immediate follow up on the missing estimate, we still never heard a thing. | |These guys have tons of A ratings on Angie's List. From the extremely poor way we were treated, I've got to believe many of these wonderful online ratings are bogus. Accent Roofing/Leaksmith provided us with a horrible experience.
