Leaksmith was punctual and performed the work I paid for with the package I bought on Angie's List. A boot around an exhaust pipe on my roof needed to be replaced. He also replaced a second boot that was going bad and inspected a third boot which turned out to be fine. It was a terrific experience, the price was fair and the leak was fixed.

Excellent experience with a contractor doing things the right way. I first attempted to use another contractor on Angie?s list based on their positive reviews, the first contractor even came out provided an estimate over the phone. I make efforts to schedule an appointment with them and receive a written proposal but after about two weeks I gave up. Luckily, I came across Accent Roofing. I called and setup an appointment before purchasing their $3,999 deal. They arrived on time, were professional, and provide me a proposal by email the next day. Due to the size of the roof, the proposal was a bit more the $3,999. I have received four proposals over the past year for the roof, Accent was one of the two contractor which had reasonable pricing. I cannot recall if the first company I mention above had a lower price than Accent, but they were within $50 dollar of one another. Jamie was a great foreman on the project and gave me couple of calls to update their process and ask a couple questions. The company had originally estimated one day to complete the roofing, but Jaime called and say he needed more time to complete the flat rolled roof the correct way. We really appreciated the company not rushing their guys and letting them complete the right way. I walked the roof once complete and I was very satisfied with work performed. The dumpster was removed after the roof was complete, I called and let them know there were still nails in the driveway and the hot water heating vent pipe inside the house had been shifted. They came over the same day and completed these small punchlist items. Phillip was in contact throughout the whole process and Deigh was wonderful to work with in the office. Accent Roofing did everything a responsible contractor should do and we would highly recommend them.

Our roof was damaged by a storm late last year resulting in missing shingles on the roof and other damaged shingles above a skylight which resulted in a leak in an interior room. Once I placed a call to Accent Roofing Service - " The Leaksmith" Phillip was at my home as scheduled and on time. I have never been comfortable with companies working on my home because you never know what to expect in terms of expertise. Accent Roofing Service was great to work with. Phillip worked closely with my insurance company which was a great weight removed form my shoulders. Phillip explained the entire roofing process from tear off to cleanup, provided samples of proposed roofing shingles, and provided me with the names of his crew. The crew started on date promised and finished on date promised. Gutters were cleaned and entire work area cleaned upon completion with ALL roofing debris removed form job site. At no time did I feel pressured by this company. Accent Roofing Service was very professional, we could not have been more pleased with the quality of service provided and concern towards the homeowner. The attention to detail was impressive and this company really went out of its way to make sure we were totally satisfied. We had heavy rain the next several days after job was complete and no problems developed. In addition to roof replacement the crew also replaced some damaged wood siding around chimney and valley area below roof line. We were totally satisfied with the entire project.

They were very punctual and gave a detailed quote of the work they were going to do. They warrantied their work for 1-year and followed up after the first heavy rain to make sure the leak had stopped. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

They were wonderful. They worked with Atlas to get my roof replaced and went above and beyond to get my roof replaced. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are.

Outstanding experience. All communications were completed in a timely and professional manner. A high level of detail was delivered from beginning to end. Several delays on my part were met with a positive attitude and a lot of patience. However, once the job was started, the installation was efficient and finished ahead of schedule. The ground crew was extremely organized and clean which was key as the property was listed for sale. It is my belief that the new roof made a big difference as the house went under contract after the roof installation was completed.

Dr. Roof put a new roof on our house a few years ago and it was so poorly done that we've had leaks in every room ever since. Originally, it was discovered that the installer hadn't used any flashing and the ridge vent was not properly done. They've been back to install flashing and to caulk but say that their workmanship is no longer warrantied - even though we paid extra for the longest life roof they offered. I thought that this time maybe it wasn't a roof problem but that the skylights themselves were failing, as a skylight sales and installation company told me after looking at them. I called the Leaksmiths to get another opinion. They diagnosed it as poorly installed flashing around the skylights and, since our roof is low-pitched, suggested diverters to keep leaves and water from building up behind the skylights. The Leaksmith roofer found that the flashing around the skylight was not even flush with the skylight leaving roof decking clearly visible around each. There was no protection from water at all. I have confidence that Leaksmith diagnosed the problem correctly and solved it, saving me the cost of buying and installing 3 new skylights because those currently installed are top quality and show no signs of being worn out. If I'm wrong I'll update this post after the next major storm! 3/13/2015 - Roof update. So far we've had a couple of good rains with NO ROOF LEAKS near the skylights! I find this amazing since this area has leaked ever since Dr Roof put this roof on 15 years ago. I discovered leaks in other areas - a never ending gift from Dr. Roof - but the area that the Leaksmith worked on is perfect.

We can't say enough good things about Accent Roofing Service! We developed a leak by the chimney so bad that we spent Saturday and Sunday mopping up water and drying towels that we used. We called Accent Roofing and Tom Scribbins, the owner, came out on Tuesday. Tom was punctual, super pleasant and very thorough in his inspection. He explained what our problems were and how they would fix them. Tom even pointed out potential problems for leaks which was greatly appreciated. Since another rainstorm was predicted for Saturday night, they scheduled a technician to come out on Friday. Stephen came out and spent the day fixing our roof. We couldn't have been more pleased with Stephen's work. We can't climb ladders anymore so Stephen took pictures to show us the problems and then what the repair looked like. We have had two light rainstorms since the work was done and no leaks. The service, expertise and professionalism that Stephen, and Tom, provided was great. Everyone at Accent Roofing was wonderful and hard-working! When the time comes to replace our roof we will definitely call Accent Roofing to do the job. We feel they can be trusted to be the eyes on your roof and to tell you the best and worst about what is going on up there. We highly recommend Accent Roofing to anyone who needs expert advice and maintenance on their roof.

So far they've been great, responsive, have come quickly, and seem to really know what they're talking about. They came as scheduled, worked quickly, and did a great job. I'd hire them again.

We had quite a lot of rain and they were able to get me in line quicker to get the job completed since I was having problems with a leaking valley in the roof. They did a great professional job and did a good job cleaning up and hauling away all of the material. I will definitely use them again on other properties.

We had a roof leak repaired by Leaksmith several years ago & were so satisfied with the work done that we recommended them to a friend with a similar problem. We joined Angie?s List recently to get recommendations for several projects to be done in the coming year. Replacing our aging roof was the first item on our list, & we were not surprised to find Accent Roofing had an A rating as well as the Super Service Award. We did get competitive quotes, and decided to use this company again because of our past experience & extra work that was recommended to deal with rain gutter issues. As promised, everyone on the work crew was experienced, knew what their jobs were & did them well. As soon as our satellite dish was reinstalled, we had service restored. By the time all the work was done, the crew had removed all traces of the old roof from the yard, including magnetic cleanup of nails from shrub beds & lawn. Our outdoor furniture was returned to its original positions. After cleaning out the gutters, covers were installed to keep leaves & twigs from clogging them. A gutter that would overflow in heavy rain was rehung to handle downpours better. To sum it up, we are very satisfied with all the work done & highly recommmend this company.

Inspected the roof then found the area of leak. Returned couple days later replaced all rotten wood and re- shingled the roof

The roofer from the company did a thorough repair and replacement of the areas I had contracted for, in an efficient quick manner, on a warm day - I was impressed by his knowledge and energy. He went over everything prior to doing the work and checked with me with any changes he felt needed to be done to the original estimate work. I was quite happy with the results.

This was a great experience with another great company. Communication was great with the office and the job performed was excellent. These guys are true professionals and know their trade. Unlike others who just climb a ladder these guys know what to look for, how to fix it, and will stand behind their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them or call them in the future when I need work done.

I had a leak in my roof around a box vent. I called on Wednesday and was able to schedule an appointment on Friday for an estimate. Phillip looked at the roof and recommended that I remove the box vents completely because I had a ridge vent and the two shouldn't be used on the same roof. Online research confirmed his recommendation. I was able to schedule the work. Both Phillip and the roofer were punctual and professional. The work was completed and Accent did a great job of clean up. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Got next-day service for an estimate, which was broken down well enough to give me some choices on what I wanted to do. While it took them a week to get out for actual work after we pulled the trigger on the job (after a big rainstorm convinced us we couldn't hold off any longer, which I'm sure kept them busy), the guy they sent was prompt, communicative, and did quality work. He was happy to explain what he was doing, he worked with us on some options we had, and was very concerned with overall satisfaction. The best part of the experience, though, was around billing. The line item for the two smaller roofs had been communicated verbally at the time the estimate was delivered, but the owner (who did the estimate) forgot to write it down on the paper he gave us. That resulted in some confusion around the final price (it had been 3+ weeks between estimate and service, so we'd forgot about that as a line item) - and Tom actually proactively called back the day after that confusion had arisen and dropped the price for the two side roofs to his cost to ensure we were satisfied. It's not often you get a business discounting you that heavily because they forgot to write a line item down on a piece of paper.

The owner, Tom, came out to consult with me regarding my roof. I previously found him from Angie's List and was impressed with his reviews. He quoted me a very reasonable price and walked me through any questions I had at the time. I subsequently scheduled an appointment with Phillip (his son) for the roof to be replaced. His team did an outstanding job! They worked from early in the morning until dark, then came back the next day to finish the job. Phillip was in constant contact with me the entire time and inspected the work afterwards. He answered any new questions that I had and his team was extremely professional. I'm very pleased with the work they have done and would highly recommend Accent roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof. I love that this is a family owned business and they take pride in their work and surround themselves with a great team. This company has most certainly lived up to it's A+ record. Thanks guys!

A person wanting a roof redone could not pick a better company to do business with all the way from the quote to the scheduling, timeliness, and quality of the work to protecting the house and cleaning up. The quote was complete and fair and there was no attempt to jack the price up to match what the insurance company was possibly going to pay. I have a very large roof- 5500 sq ft and seven gables - and Accent essentially did the job in one day. I didn't think they could do it that fast. They could because their ten-man crew worked very hard and was very skilled and efficient. I doubt very seriously if one could find a better roofing company in terms of quality of work at a reasonable price.

Everything was done within budget and time. Price was competitive. Crew cleaned up well afterwards. Workers very accommodating. Would recommend again. Nice family business....

So far, so good. Hasn't rained since the repair, but work covered by a 12 month warranty. Looks great from the outside.

Accent Roofing-The LeakSmith has performed two separate, different roof repairs for our home over the course of the last two months. We were so pleased with the level professionalism and quality of work performed with the first repair, we called upon them again when several thunderstorms rolled through our area and we discovered a new leak in the roofing system.
