Jason arrived the same day we called and provided a prompt, professional, and quality patch to our roof as a result of storm damage. Deigh Frost was excellent by phone with coordinating appointments and providing customer service support. Philip Scribbins was available to meet with us 2 days later to provide a bid for overall roof replacement. Philip was professional, straight-forward, and very knowledgeable. As a roofing company, Accent was definitely our first contractor of choice. However, since our damage wasn?t isolated to the roofing system, we chose to employ a general contracting company who can meet all of our storm damage needs. Philip by far exceeded all of our expectations by responding with great courtesy and understanding when we let him know we had chosen another contractor; he even provided us with helpful information to get us moving in the right direction with our insurance claim. The entire Accent roofing team is commendable and we will not hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

Jason arrived on time and prepared. He listened to what we needed done, which was a bit different from typical roof inspection and repair, he went to the store to get supplies, and then he got to work! It required a few trips back to our house. He showed up on time each time, ready to please. We are very satisfied with his work! We highly recommend Jason and Accent Roofing!

The visit was on-time and seemed thorough to me. The provider made some small touch ups for me during the inspection and recommended some future preventative services. My only complaint would be that the employee who came, who appeared to be driving his personal vehicle, had some Confederate stickers on his car, which I found to be somewhat unprofessional and off-putting. However, the quality of the work was fine.

He was highly competent, timely, fair and honest. We thought we had a potential roof problem, and he examined it thoroughly and gave great advice. I'd definitely call them again and recommend to others.

They were excellent. Came out promptly, inspected our roof and told us what our problem was. Had it fixed in no time.

The experience was very pleasant and professional. Accent Roofing was one-time from the first day of the inspection to installation. What impressed us the most was their expert advice and willingness to represent us with the insurance claim adjuster for the initial inspection process. The insurance claim adjuster did not have a ladder tall enough to reach the roof on inspectionon day. However, Accent Roofing was there to assist the adjuster with a ladder to access the roof for inspection. Accent was very professional while interacting with the insurance claim adjuster. Overall our experience was GREAT! The quality of the roofing material, pricing, professionalism and their commitment to make us happy was and still is SUPERB! PS: Accent Roofing was very responsive to repair two loose shingles we noticed two-days later. Job well done TROY! GRADE A+

What an amazing experience from beginning to end. Phillip and Accent Roofing were absolutely, bar none, the ultimate in professionalism. Phillip came out and inspected the roof, noted the wind damaged shingles, and went to bat for me with my insurance company. The insurance company came out and met with Phillip, inspected the roof, and determined it should be replaced and covered by the insurance. Phillip walked me through the process. He was easy to understand and straight forward. He is sincere and you can tell he knows the industry inside and out. Never once did I feel like he was trying to take advantage. The roofing materials were delivered on Thursday. The roofing crew arrived as scheduled on Friday morning at 7:30am. All I can say is, that crew is a fine tuned machine!! Every crew member knew their specific tasks down to a tee. They had all the shrubs covered and protected within minutes. The old roofing was removed, old vents were removed, rotted roof board was replaced, and a high efficiency ridge vent was installed. The roof paper went down, then the shingles. By 6:30 they were completely finished. The entire yard was like they had never been there, Except I now have a beautiful new roof with GAF High Definition Architectural shingles!!! I have a steep and large roof with lots of angles. I think, if I remember correctly it was about 35-40 squares. Most Professional Experience I have ever had with a contractor.

Jason was the technician. He showed up on time and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about roofs. I immediately told him that one of the roof vent "boots" needed to be replaced. I was concerned as our roof is three-stories high on the back end. Jason had proper equipment to do the job and that would not damage our gutters. He ended up replacing two "boots". He had the before and after photos showing that the work was done, as i was not about to climb up oon the roof to check. The cost for the boot replacements was reasonable. Would use Accent Roofing again.

Tom met me at the house at time we had agreed upon. He was courteous and professional and wrote the quote Immediately during the consultation. The quote was extremely fair and his team completed the work in only a half day. I would definitely recommend Accent Roofing to anyone who is looking for top quality at a fair price.

The service was excellent. From the first time I contacted Mr. Scribbins, the owner of the company, throughout the entire process, everything went exactly as promised. I could not have been more pleased. I would highly recommend Accent Roofing to anyone thinking about replacing a roof.

Dealing with Accent Roofing was as much of a pleasure as getting a roof replaced can probably be. The owner of the company came out to give me an estimate, explained the process, and answered all my questions. His son/partner arranged to be at my house when the insurance adjuster came out and assisted with that whole process. They arrived when they said they would and did what they said they would do. No silly games or excuses to deal with they just did the job they were hired to do and it looks fantastic. Every single person I've dealt with at Accent has been extremely professional and personable. I really can't recommend them highly enough and wish that all my dealings with contractors could go as well as this one did.

The guys were very nice on phone. Did not get a call to set appt so I had to call them. Made an appt and they didnt show so had to reschedule. I had a leak in living room. The guy didnt go in the attic to look.. Said once you have done is for as long as he has it wasnt necessary. The 2nd company came and did go in attic n itentified problem right away. A tree limb had hit the roof and a part was coming through attic. I didnt feel like the y did a good joband would not use them again..dont remember service date so guessing

Phillip perform an inspection of my roof. He replaced some missing shingles and installed four boots that had dry rotted. He was very courteous and prompt even though I was late. :). Great guy and will definitely work with him again.

It required multiple appointments (and time away from work) to address the issue. 1. At the first appointment the roofer stated that he could not perform the work. Given the pitch of the roof, he indicated that "Angie's List required" for him to be harnessed and assisted by another team member. [I was not asked the pitch of the roof when the apportionment was made which could have prevented the failed appointment.] 2. At the second appointment, he and his partner showed but said that they couldn't perform the as the roof was wet and slippery. Given that it had rained the night before across Atlanta and all roofs were wet, I was unclear as two why the apportionment was not rescheduled. When rescheduling the 3rd meeting, we agreed to another appointment at 1:00 on Friday. He called the dispatch from my kitchen to confirm the appointment. 3. After waiting for 30 mins at the 3rd scheduled time and no contact, I reached out to the office and they indicated that it was now on Monday. She said she had told the roofer. Unfortunately, no one told me, the customer. 4. They did show up and while no harness (only a rope held in the hand between the two guys), they did caulk my roof. They did apologize along the way for the inconvenience. They even promised me a dinner gift card for the inconvenience. It never should up. They did seem to know the business but personally, I found it too much effort to pay for a service and overcome their lack of communication.

Was able to identify source of several leaks, some were easily reparable, some were not. The provided an estimate for the remaining repairs but also recommended that the roof is old enough it should just be replaced (which is true)

Accent Roofing did a great job on my house. My roof was old and because of some of the storms over the past year was in need of some serious TLC. The roof had gotten to the point where water was leaking in at multiple points especially around the chimney. Accent Roofing installed new architectural shingles, took care of all the rotting decking, replaced the chimney, and also repaired a gutter that a broken limb had knocked off. Everyone at Accent was very professional and kept me informed. The price they quoted me for all the work was very fair and the job was well worth the money. The job they performed looks great and improved the street appeal of my home. Honestly the roof looks so good it is prompting me to work on other parts of the house to get the rest in shape to look as good as the roof. I appreciate all the hard work Accent Roofing did, their honest work ethic, and the quality of work they performed.

This crew was incredible. The little details that they did to complete the job went above and beyond what we expected. The foreman, Jaime, was great to work with. He and his entire crew were very hard-working, showed up on time and stayed after dark twice. Jaime took extra care with the skylights to be sure they were installed properly and looked good both from the inside and the outside. They added a diversion flashing on the roof at the top end of each skylight to make sure the rain water would be diverted away from the skylight to prevent leaks. We had had several serious leaks from one of the original skylights so we very much appreciated the attention taken to proper installation of these. There were many other small details, almost too numerous to cite, that were similar to the skylights, and took the job beyond a mere roof job. Lastly, the bill ended up being $300 less than the original quote. Everyone in this company was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them.

It smelled like he had smoked a bunch in his car before knocking on my door and my kids and I don't do well with smoke. Troy said they would get back with me tomorrow with a quote but I never heard from anyone so I called the next day and was told Troy was out but they would follow up with my quote the following day. Once again I didn't hear from them and called today but it went straight to voicemail. They have great reviews but I was not pleased. The owner did follow up with me twice after I posted this review. I was not able to have the work performed due to financial constraints but I would give them another chance.

The Company was professional and responsive during all phases of the process. We obtained a detailed bid, which was very reasonable, and got all the documents and questions addressed up front. We had specific concerns and these were built into the bidding process so that they could be incorporated into the new roof. The job was done in a timely and smooth manner - no unexpected problems at all. There was always a manager available to review the progress of the job and to report that to us in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the outcome - the roof looks great and the clean up was great, too. After the job was done, Accent even helped us coordinate a roofing discount with our insurance company. I'd recommend Accent Roofing for any major - or minor - roofing work! Great work!

Wow restored my faith in homeowner repairs! Phillip did everything right! From start to finish, the attention to detail was beyond our expectations. It's too dark to take pictures but we couldn't be happier. The whole process was seamless! Phillip took care of every detail. I've always said that communication is 90% of the job and Phillip communicated with us through the entire process. The crew was outstanding. The clean up was superior. Couldn't have asked for anything better!
