Accent Roofing Service

Jason arrived early for appointment and was done within the hour. Leak was fixed and no problems since. Phillip came out on a separate occasion (on a weekend) to perform a roof inspection, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and worked with our insurance adjuster to determine whether we had storm damage. No major storm damage, but he provided sound advice and I will definitely use them in the future when we need our roof repaired or replaced!

The technician arrived on time, did a thorough roof examination, took pictures, explained the problems, got authorization to do the work, performed all agreed upon work, packed up and left after payment was made.

I have no way of verifying their work since I can't climb up to the roof.

Jason did an incredible job replacing several shingles that blew off the roof. He came over and replaced the shingles, secured other loose one's and used exopy to touch up the pipe caps. He was extremely courteous and professional. definitely will use them again and recommend them.

From the moment I picked Accent I knew I made the right choice. The day of the estimate, Jason made sure to keep us apprised of his where abouts and that he was on his way to our appointment. He got right to the estimate right away and understood exactly what we needed done. He also would be able to help our gutter waterfall too. The day of the install, he was running early (grateful for that!) and showed up promptly and got right to work. He completed everything in 2 hours, and solved our leaking chimney and gutter.

This team was great! They called me promptly after I purchased their deal, scheduled an appointment within the week and Jason showed up exactly on time. He did an awesome job of tuning up the roof and finding any concerns with issues and recommended some ventilation installations. We will definitely be scheduling them to redo the whole roof over the next couple years primarily because they did a great job and because we TRUST them. I called up with questions about upgrading my roof and attic areas and they gave me honest feedback even if it meant not selling me on immediate needs. Great business and good people.

Felt that between labor and parts 470 was good. Very impressed with how quickly they came. Work was done well and happy with end result.

Phil responded promptly, inspected the roof, and discussed the job with me in detail. He presented me with various options and gave me costs for each. I appreciated the lack of the hard sell that I experienced with other companies. The job went exactly as planned with one day for the roof and one for the gutters. Everyone was very courteous and meticulously cleaned up. I was very pleased with the service, and the roof is beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased a Big Deal and the roofers were very prompt in following up and contacting me. We made an appointment for the service to be performed but unfortunately, it was looking like rain that day so the service had to be rescheduled. I haven't had an opportunity to book another appointment as my schedule has been pretty haphazard lately. However, I will have them come out in the next few weeks and will be happy to update my review once the work is completed. In the meantime, they have met my expectations so far and hopefully will continue to do so through the completion of the roofing tune-up .

I requested an analysis of my home roof. Discussed my problem with loose and missing shingles on detached garage. The roof was very steep. He evaluated the situation and told he what would be needed. I had extra shingles so didn't need to buy any. Jason was very professional, timely and completed the job in a timely manner. He exceeded my exceptions with the job.

I had storm damaged and call my insurance company spoke with them. They ask if I had any roofing companies in mind I answered yes. A little research and a BBB A+ rating I was calling Accent Roofing, Insurance company said they had really good reports. I called Phillip came out and made my life easy and less painful dealing with everything by walking me through the process, text or emailed instructions and paperwork. I work in sales and he really impressed me with his professionalism, followup and staying on top of things. Installiation went great, The new roof looks amazing and I'm extremely happy he didn't let me go with the "safe" choice of charcoal and I stuck with my choice of slate. I am happy, happy, happy and even recommended the company to my son to get his roof done

He did a great job. Courteous, and repaired/inspected the roof in a timely manner. He mentioned repairs that were previously done, somewhat poorly, and showed pics he had taken. I would def. recommend this provider.

Our roof was in shambles after years of leaking skylights and too many layers of shingles. This was not an easy project, and Accent Roofing did a great job. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the service we got from Accent Roofing. From the very first contact on Angie's List through the last follow-up phone call to see how the roof performed in the recent thunderstorm, Phillip (our project manager) was professional, courteous and thorough. We received the estimate when it was promised, the crew started on the roof and finished when they promised, and the cost was on par with the estimate. When the crew ran into unforeseen issues with the decking, Phillip worked to minimize the price increase. I could go on and on about the details of our experience, but the bottom line is that Phillip and his crew did what they said they were going to do in the time frame they said it would take and for the price that they budgeted. It's sad that it's so rare to find a contractor who actually does that, but it's great to find one that does. Thanks, Phillip and the rest of the crew for a job well done.

Phillip was 100% in when it came to helping us file for payment on our recalled roof. Everything went exactly as promised from day one! We set a day for the installation of our new roof was given a 2 day completion time. It actually only took his amazing crew 1 day to remove and put on our new roof. And our roof is large with many angles! His crew cleaned up so well that I have yet to find a random roof nail which is really a miracle. I would not hesitate to recommend Phillip and Accent roofing to any of my family and friends! In today's market it is nice to work with a good/honest company!

My husband said Jason was a good technician. He was able to explain everything to him and show him pictures of the damaged chimney sidings. The work was done in a timely matter and we would definitely use this company again.

Phillip was great to work with. He was punctual, tenacious in helping us deal with the insurance adjuster, and always friendly and polite. When it came time to do the job Phillip and his crew arrived when promised. They laid out several very large tarps to catch the old roof material during removal while also protecting our shrubbery and plants. The work was finished in one day as committed, and true to their word we have not found a single nail in the lawn. Phillip even followed up to make sure we were happy with the job several days after it was finished. Bottom line - if you need roofing, work with these guys. I can't imagine how things could have gone more smoothly and am very happy with the quality of the job.

Phillip and his crew were very thorough. They did a good job of protecting our plants. Arrived on time and began work immediately and were done that day as estimated. Clean up was great. On inspection, any concerns we had were addressed immediately. Roof looks great. Crew was very respectful of neighborhood and didn't generate excessive noise or trash like other providers we have used in the past.

Completed roof in one day with accuracy and professionalism.

I had a roof leak and cracked skylight that needed either repair or replacement. I wanted to check first to see if a repair was possible as the leak appeared to be in only one spot. I contacted another highly rated roofing company in the area and was very unhappy with the experience. It was clear they had no interest in considering a repair and the estimate for a full replacement was extremely high. Contacted Accent for a second opinion and it turned out to be a very good decision. Philip was extremely professional from start to finish. He inspected the roof and gave me my options on the spot unlike the other company. Both repair and replacement were given equal consideration and I never felt I was being pushed in one direction or the other. After considering the options I chose full replacement. The process and costs were clearly communicated and the estimate was very fair. The roof and skylight replacement was performed in a timely manner and as scheduled. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up very well after the job was complete. Roof looks great and held up with no issues during the heavy rain that came soon after the job was finished. Overall a great experience.

Troy and his crew did a great job. And what a difference the skylights make. A bit of a scheduling problem because it kept raining--you need a day with no rain to cut holes in the roof.

The job went very well. The roofer showed up on-time and was very friendly. He explained what the problem was and how to fix it. The cost was exactly as quoted with no surprise costs. He cleaned up after himself and left in a timely manner. Overall we were very happy with the service and would utilize them again in the future.
