Accent Roofing replaced the roof in my house. I have been very pleased with their service. They were professional at every step. Their proposal/quote was detailed, so I could understand easily how much I would pay for what. They finished the job in one day, protected plants/shrubs and other areas as needed, and did a thorough cleanup before they left. There was an additional step that had to be done later to help with critter control, they took care of that as well. I wanted to use Accent Roofing because of their stellar Angi's list review, but to be clear, they did NOT replace my roof. As I engaged Accent's public adjuster, Citadel, to help me overturn my denied insurance claim to replace my roof, Accent Roofing and Citadel ignored my emails and calls to get updates on their progress with insurance. Accent Roofing initially sold me on using them to overturn the claim denial, saying they knew how to work with insurance companies to prove they should pay for a roof replacement. No idea if they even talked to insurance because they only called me back and emailed me back once in the span of 3 mo. All good if they had easier roofs to replace, but they just kept stringing me a long. Maybe they're great at replacing roofs, but their service in a busy market was terrible.

I will say that they were great and on time . He showed me pictures of the problem and give a price to fix it and then showed up and fix it with more pictures. I payed online and did have to take off work the second time.

Top notch professional company and crew. Extremely impressed that they were able to finish the project in one day considering that they got a late start due to weather. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again in the future for roof replacement.

I love and trust this company. The people are so professional and not pushing you to do anything extra. They came out to check the roof since I noticed leaks in my closet. They came out faster than I expected and the fee was great! I will never use anyone else.

The repairman showed up on time and did a remarkably good repair job. When he was finished we couldn't even tell the roof had been damaged.

I hired contractor & All State send somebody to inspect. Inspection company was biased and claim was rejected.There were more than ten houses whose claims were Approved. I hired Accent Roofing Service. All State Insurence Co. was not bulging the roof was demaged. After two months of heated arguement and corresponds All State try to cut corners and reduced the claim amount.MR. Jasmyne Gary Chris found that estimate for cost of material and labour was quoted base on six month ago price. I had arctistructure shiggles, All State approved low price shinggles. Accent Roofing Service did exccelent job. Claim was approved for full amount.Without Accent Roofing Service I would have been cheated.I cancelled six insurence policy with All State.

Phillip was one heck of a sales man detailing all our needs while breaking it down step by step for us so we knew exactly what to expect. Jessica kept us informed with pleasant detailed calls and checked in to make sure the plan was being executed as we anticipated. I knew that we had issues with our roof, but was unsure of who to call. I’ve heard of all of the big name advertisers on the major radio stations and I’ve heard some good and bad things about them. I heard an advertisement for Accent Roofing on a local radio station and decided to give them a call; I’m glad I did. The owner of Accent Roofing, Tommy Scribbins, came out to evaluate our roof within a few days of my call. Tommy was very knowledgeable; not an arrogant “know it all” - he listened to my questions and answered them. He has an engineering background so he knows how to explain how products work or in some cases, do not work. When the insurance adjuster came out to evaluate our claim, Tommy was there to make sure the adjuster took into account materials that would be needed in order to bring the roof up to the current building code requirements. The color of the shingles that we decided upon was one that was difficult to obtain due to current logistics and supply chain issues, but Tommy found a supplier. When installation day arrived, the crew showed up on time – early in the morning and worked all day, into the early evening to get the job done. The project manager was available, pleasant to work with, and answered any questions that I had. We had several pieces of roof sheathing that needed to be replaced and they did not charge us a fortune for that. There were a couple of minor details to handle the following morning, including thoroughly combing the yard for nails. The care after the installation was great as well. Accent Roofing filed our warranty information with the manufacturer of the shingles and also provided our insurance company the completion certificate for the job. So in case you couldn’t tell by my review, we are very pleased with Accent Roofing and I’m sure you will be as well when you hire them.

We recently hired Accent Roofing Service, Inc., “The Leaksmith” to replace our roof. Our expectations were exceedingly surpassed. The price was better than other offers, and the service was very professional and quick. Starting with the sales person Brandon Saurine, who was very knowledgeable and very cooperative, then the entire crew under the supervision of Josh Howell, which performed the job as we were told, then with Gary Patsy for our financial needs, and lastly with Moses Giroldi and his crew of Robert Garfias and Henry, the entire job was finished in one day, and minor repairs were performed in less that half a day. I would recommend this company for your roofing needs.

The only company out of 6 that could get all state to agree there was hail damage.

Accent Roofing Service, with work done by Jamie provided a clear estimate (from Tommy) for resolution of a leaky roof around a chimney, vent stack, and skylight -- all tricky if not flashed correctly. I rated price as GOOD because it is a lot of money! Not "high" compared to others, just a lot of money for a leak. However, what price can you put on "no more leak!?" Jamie showed up, provided supplies to match the materials, removed all damaged materials after inspection - then properly reinstalled to exceed expectations. He went above and beyond to locate the proper replacement shingles and vents, and proactively corrected old installation problems to make sure we had no leaks moving forward. We have had rain since the install -- and no leaks! I am satisfied, would call Accent again, and recommend them. Thanks to the whole Team.
