I liked the guy that I met with. They were just a tad bit more expensive. I would give the quote an A for the interaction with them. They weren't that much more expensive. Just a little bit more expensive. The problem is they were very competitive. Everybody I got a quote from was very competitive. They were only a couple hundred dollars off. They were good. They were fine. They showed up on time and got the quote to me quick.

My wife met with Jason and said he was very respectful and was able to help with the repairs.

Great service. He showed us a photograph of the two areas of the roof he said needed repairs. He was prompt, courteous, and very informative. I would definitely hire Accent Roofing again.

At the end of the process I also had them reroof my house. They were efficient and charged me what they said they would. Would recommend, the only negative is that they showed up late for the first meeting.

In March of 2016, Tom and Phillip Scribbins completed a teardown and install of a new roof to my home. I invested in excess of a month interviewing roofing contractors, and researching the absolute best materials. I'm a very tough grader, but Tom and Phillip earned every "A" in this review. When the roof was completed, and I spotted a couple of boards that were simply stained with by water infiltration, they didn't miss a beat. That week they sent out a small team to make the necessary repairs and replaces the boards. The remediation blends in perfectly with the remainder of the roof. My wife and I are very pleased. They're honest and skilled tradesman. I recommend them with no reservations whatsoever.

They are responsive, professional, and show up when they say they will. The work is done quickly and well, and they are up-front with their pricing.

It was a great experience start to finish. The up front estimator was professional and a great help working with our insurance adjuster. Accent Roofing seems to have very experienced and knowledgeable staff, they have installed a lot of roofs... The office help was very courteous and helpful in scheduling the job and working with us to pick shingle colors, etc. I had contact with the Owner (with a job this size, it pays to do background and due diligence). I was very impressed with his sense of business ethics and his professionalism. He gave me his personal assurance that we would be satisfied - and he did not let me down. They did a complete roof replacement on a large, 3 story home in one day. Clean-up was complete down to the last nail. There were a few very minor issues that required one come-back visit. These were spotted on the after the job walk-through and Accent Roofing came out promptly and addressed every issue to complete satisfaction. I checked out references on Accent Roofing before using them and found them to have excellent references. Now they have one more. I will gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors knowing that they will not disappoint.

They were very professional, showed up on time, and got the job done in the time frame they said they would. They did a great job cleaning up the yard, I found only a couple of nails and old staples and that was after it rained and they washed down the downspout. They were really nice, explained everything they were doing, I would use them again.

I met with Phillip, who was very helpful and met with the inspector from the insurance company. Things went smoothly, and we were able to schedule the job for a convenient time. On the day of the job, the crew arrived early (7:15 a.m.), and got right to work. The job was completed in a day, and they made sure to clean everything up (even used a magnet to ensure there were no nails on the grass). The on-site supervisor, Les, was very helpful and even helped me carry some of my groceries up my very steep driveway since I was unable to drive the car into the garage. The new roof looks wonderful! I am very pleased with the job and would recommend Accent to anyone.

We are very happy with the service we received. We called the office and spoke with Sandy. She is very efficient in every thing she does. She told me, "she could have someone come out to our home that same day". We were very surprised, when we received a phone call from Phillip Scibbins, General Mgr. within one hour after we had spoken to Sandy. He said he could be at our home that afternoon - and he did come and he came at the time he said he would. He was able to set us up for our new roof within one week. His crew showed up on time and worked very hard and completed the job in less than 8 hs. GREAT job. They did a perfect job cleaning up also. NO nails were left on our lawn, which was important to us. NO "extra" roofing supplies/junk were left in our yard. We are very happy with the professionalism that everyone used - from the office to the actual labors! This company is an example of excellent customer service, great work, and efficiency. During my initial meeting with Tom Scribbens, I was provided with all the information I needed about the process. Their office staff was easy to reach and informative. Everything was explained and followed to a T. The roofers showed up at 7:00am and were done around noon. They were great. And they did a terrific job of cleaning up. My neighbors have commented on how nice the new roof looks. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend Accent roofing to friends and neighbors.

The man came on time, inspected the roof, and told us our roof was in satisfactory condition but would need replacement in a year or two.

I could not more pleased with the high level of professionalism, knowledge, and follow through of Accent Roofing, and Phillips Scribbins. I knew that I had roof damage that needed repair. As a woman, I was very concerned about being scammed. There are a number of unscrupulous people who think nothing of defrauding women. When Phillip came out he toured my roof, and met with my insurance adjuster. He represented my interests very well. The process was NOT the nightmare that I feared. His word is his bond, and he can be trusted. When I left for work last Thursday morning around 7:00 a.m. workers were already at my home, ready to go. I received a text message from Phillip a little after 2:00 p.m. to let me know that the job had been completed. He met me at my home that evening, and I have a beautiful, new roof. I am so thankful that I came across Phillip Scribbins and Accent Roofing. I highly recommend him and his company.
