We were thrilled with the great job Accent Roofing Service did on our new roof. Every meeting and aspect of the job was met with professionalism. Information was clearly explained to us and every expectation was met. We were impressed with the longevity of this company and felt assured they would stand behind their word, as well as work. We will highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof repairs or a full roof replacement!

Phillip was out rep. He has been great l. Before they started, he was very informative and kept in touch to let me know how the process would work. They arrived bright and early in the morning and was finished by late afternoon. The roof looks great, I love the architectural shingles! He has been amazing throughout the entire process. We have several other people in the neighborhood about to contact him for the superior service that they provide. Thank you again.

I called and schedule an appt to get an estimate and we felt like it was very reasonable. They had to remove some wood and shingles along the valley between the garage and the house to repair the leak. He called to let us know he was coming. A couple of days later, we got a call to schedule. The guy (can't remember his name) was scheduled to come around 1, but he called in advance of that to let me know he was running a little behind but was on his way. He was very friendly and worked very hard to find the leak and fix the roof in the overwhelming heat. He even painted some of the flashing that was looking a little ratty that wasn't even part of it. Great company to work with and would hire again.

Accent Roofing has been great to work with. They have responded quickly to all calls and even sent a tech to make a minor repair prior to the day the new roof was to be installed. All work was completed in one day, including clean up.

Accent Roofing did fantastic job. They were very responsive, the price was cheaper compared to other roofing company. The crew was fast and cleaned our yard after all the work was done. I am really satisfied from the beginning to the end.

They did a wonderful job from start to finish-from meeting with insurance claim adjusters, detailing the work and materials used, following up to all questions & communicating regularly. Michael Spence was personable and helpful. Roofing crew arrived early & completed roof installation in one day. They left site thoroughly cleaned up! Most importantly, new roof & gutters look great!

The staff at Accent Roofing Service were all incredibly helpful and professional. The salesman, Phillip, did a great job making sure the project went smoothly. The office staff were very kind to me. It was an overall wonderful process. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

After 3 calls and 2 e-mails I used another company

They responded quick and gave a quote. Recapped and sealed the chimney cap, put down another barrier, resealed roofing. 2 weeks later it leaked in the same spot. Called and he came right out to fix it again. Called and spoke with the Ops Manager who came out to inspect it to reassure me. Time will tell but I would use them again. They stand by their work.

Jason was very professional. His 1-hr tardiness in arrival was forgiven because he needed to stop by the office to pick up the shingles. The house is 20-years-old & the new shingles match almost exactly. He worked from the raised deck which does not have stairs, so he used a ladder each time he needed something from the truck. This saved traffic through the house. I asked him to take photos as he worked so I could see the actual existing & repaired conditions. I found Accent Roofing on Angie's List & would use them again without question.

They didn't replace the whole roof, they did some parts of the roof.

Roofer arrived promptly and completed the work quickly. The roofer took pictures of the repairs made.

The guys were early for the appointment and worked through the day to get the job done. The team came back in the morning and ensured that my yard was clean and everything was done right. They did a fantastic job. Very pleased with the work they did.

After a recent storm I found some shingles in my yard and called Accent Roofing to take a look. They responded very quickly and sent Phil out to investigate. When he got up there he found lots of storm damage and helped me submit a claim with insurance. Turns out I was covered, so I scheduled to have a replacement done with them. This is where the real service kicked in. They kept in close contact with me about scheduling the replacement - we had to reschedule once because of a storm. When they did come out to do the job everything was done in a single day! They had a full crew, everyone was very nice and they had it all cleaned up by 6 PM. They even did some extra repairs around my chimney for damage they found. Great company to work with.

I called Accent roofing after being referred by a neighbor. Phillip came out a few days later and informed me that I had substantial hail and wind damage and told me exactly how to report it to my insurance agent. Phillip came back when the adjuster was there to help answer any questions the adjuster or I had. The adjust agreed with Phillip and told me that they would cover the replacement cost. Phillip provided me with sample shingles and a list of addresses nearby where I could see the colors installed on roofs. I chose a color, called Phillip and the roof was scheduled. On the day of installation, the roofers were there on time and began working right away. The roof was finished before I came home. It looks fantastic and I am very pleased with Phillip and Accent roofing. Would highly recommend.

Accent was able to schedule my roof replacement fairly quickly and replaced it in one day. Communication was excellent. Phillip Scribbins was my main contact. We communicated by phone calls and text. He always responded promptly and answered all my questions.

Accent roofing did an incredible job. They showed up on time. Their workmanship was excellent with great attention to detail. The clean up was thorough, and the foreman, Les, was a pleasure to work with. Throughout the process of bid, planning and actual work, they kept me well informed. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs roof work. Use them - it's that simple.

I had a great experience with Accent Roofing. I was told that they will be there at 7:30am and by the time I took my kids to school and back by 7:40 they were already ripping the old roof off. I was truly impressed with the progress. The job was done in one day as stated and my roof looks wonderful. I highly recommend Accent Roofing to anyone.

I liked the guy that I met with. They were just a tad bit more expensive. I would give the quote an A for the interaction with them. They weren't that much more expensive. Just a little bit more expensive. The problem is they were very competitive. Everybody I got a quote from was very competitive. They were only a couple hundred dollars off. They were good. They were fine. They showed up on time and got the quote to me quick.
