I was extremely impressed with the work that Accent Roofing did for us. We witnessed them replacing our neighbors roof and took note of their efficiency and quality of work. I worked with Phillip in getting all of the details in line. He was forthcoming with information on how to work with the insurance company, what number to call, what questions they would ask, what to expect as far as a timeline on insurance company sending 2 different checks and how he would work with them directly. It also helped that he not only worked well with the insurance company, but knew exactly who my assigned adjuster was and made it even that much more smooth of a process. They showed up early the day of the work, but did not knock on the door until exactly 7AM. My husband and I were not home when they finished, so they came back to meet us to do an inspection. They did multiple follow ups to see if we were pleased with the work and to also get the window screens from inside the house that they were replacing for us. Both Phillip and Les were a pleasure to work with and we were super happy with the finished product!

Great - Crew showed up around 7:30 and and covered the bushes and area around the house with tarps to keep the old shingles and nails out of the yard. They had the entire house stripped of the old shingles in 2 hours. They made repairs due to the leak damage then started with the new shingles. Every team member was very professional and clean up the trash as they went along. My wife was worried about the noise but it was only about 1/3 of what we expected. We had no problem staying in the house while the work was being done. When finished the crew cleaned up and left the house and yard like they had never been there. I also want to thank the office staff for a very easy process in getting this done. They all were very helpful and and were in contact with me every step of they way. I would recommend them to anyone who is having roof replacement or repairs.

Great! I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved - from the promptness of the initial appointment and estimate to the work done on the day of the roof replacement. Everything was done quickly and was cleaned up immaculately. They handled the insurance claim and were very reasonable in the cost. It is a family business that has been around a long time and they have a serious commitment to quality work. I would recommend them to anyone.

The entire experience with Accent Roofing was great. Phillip was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable. He also help me with the approval with insurance paperwork. He responded to my numerous questions text messages/calls in timely many. He came back after the approval and explained the process to me in details. He texted to reminded me of the appointment and told me who the job supervisor will be and what his responsibility was……. Bobby Wiggins the Job supervisor called me the morning off to introduced himself and explain what to expect and his responsibly. The work stated after I left for work and only have to wait 2 hrs after I came home for them to finish the job. Bobby did a great job explaining everything that was done and answered as well as all the questions I have about the work itself and other stuff I had questions on house. Phillip Scribbins, Bobby Wiggins and their crew were very Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They did an outstanding job Overall, from inspection/quote to completed job. Overall the job went very well. The presale experience was excellent. Dan explained every step of the process and made himself available after the sale. There was follow up before the installation The crew showed up on time and went right to work. Bobby W. (the foreman) called ahead to check with me. Once he arrived he addressed any concerns I had and made sure the crew understood. He had to leave for a short time but made sure I knew I could contact him for any reason and he introduced me to his in charge. The job completed on time and he did not dismiss the crew until I was totally satisfied with the job. The roof looks great. I would recommend Accent Roofing to any one who wants a quality professional roofing job for their home.

Installed a new roof on our home and from our initial contact with Accent to the final bit of debris removed, our experience was positive. Professionalism shown by Michael S. and the onsite Project manager Les H. was amazing; not to mention the multiple reminders of appointment and follow-ups to ensure we knew exactly what's what. Worked started and completed as promised with a thorough clean-up of premises. We would definitely recommend.

Very well, very responsive, great team, would highly recommend. Phillip, Bobby and the crew where professional, they did everything as promised, were transparent and easy to deal with.

Over all good. Had a few miscommunications due to having so many things being worked on and needing 2 different crews of workers, but Phillip was on top of everything and got it all squared away quickly. We especially appreciated Bobby coming out to meet with our insurance adjustor to get as much of our claim covered as possible. Roof looks beautiful!

Very friendly, courteous and responsive. Needed an opinion on possible roof damage - they promptly came out, did inspection and offered opinion that the roof was OK. Didn't charge anything. I will definitely use them again in the future.

These folks are wonderful. They are helpful, friendly, honest and punctual. 2nd time I have used their services and will go out of my way to use them when I eventually do a complete roof replacement.

I had a leak on my second story ceiling. I called accent roofing and the office staff were incredibly sweet and got me an appointment. The man who came out to diagnose the problem was very knowledgeable and very transparent which I greatly appreciated. The work was completed and the leaking has stopped and I am worry free. Such a pleasant experience would recommend them to anybody. Thank you accent roofing!

On Monday 12/11/2017, the first roofer that was sent out, did not call or annouce himself, when he arrived at my home. Just climbed on top of the roof and began removing the attic fan. Took a break after removing teh attic fan where he sat in his truck in my driveway and played with his cell phone. Was not polite or friendly when I tried talking to him. After installing part of the ridge vent, he sat on the front side of the roof, where he once again played with his phone. The then climbed down from the roof, retrieved the attaic fan he had previously thrown on the side of the yard and the singles that he had thrown on the front lawn and proceed to his truck. He left the job unfinished (only installed 3/4 of the ridge vent) and when I asked why, he said his time was up and that he would be back the next day. I called the office and the owner to let them know of the unfinished job and requested that they send out someone else. The owner, thought the entire experience was humurous, however he did send out another roofer on Thursday, 12/14/2017. The second roofer came out and finished the install of the ridge vent. He was very pleasant and professional. He even apolozied for what I had experienced with the first roofer. I am relieved that I only hired this company to do a minor repair and install rather than a major roof installation. I didn't feel as if I was a valued customer.

Fantastic! I had 3 estimates for my residence and Accent's was in the middle, had the most positive reviews in my price range, and was enthusiastically recommended by my neighbor. They did a thorough review and write up, and got my insurance to cover the interior painting in my great room and garage. They replaced some rotten wood and did the entire roof in one day, unlike other roofers in my subdivision that I watched take several days for each house. I have replaced roofs on 5 different houses and they were far and away the best roofers. They did such a good job on my home in 11-2016 for $15,000 that I did not consider anyone but them to replace the roof on my rental 12-14-17. That house had extensive interior damage to one wall that we had not realized was caused by the roof and not the window or front door. They worked with my insurance again to get the interior damage covered. They completed that roof job also in one day. Unlike other roofers, we did not find any roofing nails or debris left behind. I have recommended Accent Roofing since 11-2016 to co-workers, friends, family, and my HOA. I enclose 2 pictures so you can see the amount of work involved; please note this was while the roofing was still going on and before they cleaned up the area.

The entire experience with Accent Roofing was great. Phillip was very easy to work with and responded to our numerous questions (either replied via phone or email) and helped us out with the insurance paperwork. While we had to wait a little longer than I wanted to get the roof replaced (mostly due to our insurance adjustment delays due to so many claims) and so many jobs ahead of us, they showed up on the day we agreed to and were finished that same day (or night as it was). The job supervisor came back to double-check the work in the day since they finished when it was dark (and completed an item that was missed since we couldn't see in the dark!). We had some damage to fascia board behind a gutter and they replaced the damaged section and painted the entire section of fascia (across entire front of garage) so it would match before they replaced that gutter (I had them increase the size from 5" to 6" since it carried water from part of the house roof also). Overall, I was very pleased with the results and would be happy to recommend them to anyone else.

Did a great job. Price was right. Cleaned up the mess. Included a porch roof that is nearly flat.
