We could not be happier with our experience! Everyone, from Michael Spence who came out to provide the estimate, to Creighton Deasy, who stayed onsite the entire day to supervise the project, was professional, punctual and performed exactly as promised. Our large roof was installed in just one day and looks great! They even made sure our yard was spotless before they left. On a scale of 1 to 10 we'd rate them an 11. We will definitely refer all our friends and neighbors to them...they're fantastic!

YES! They arrived on time. Importantly, the materials arrived shortly before they workers did. What is the big deal about this? It means that you don’t have a stack of supplies blocking your garage a day or two before the roof is replaced. I don’t know about you, but we use our garage for cars and getting in and out of the garage is a BIG deal. There was a dedicated supervisor that speaks English throughout the job. Look, I have no problem with people that don’t speak English, but I am not multi-lingual, so this is helpful. I talked Austin several times about some thoughts and questions I had, and it was nice to be able to do so. Installation: WOW! It was impressive to watch the crew. It was like watching a set crew of a movie set get ready for a shoot. It is amazing that a crew can knock out a roof in a day. I did my own roof in Florida when I was a young man and let me tell you, it is one of the hardest jobs you can imagine. They cover everything and clean up all throughout the installation. Job Completion and Clean Up: When the crew finished, they cleaned up every speck of debris around the house and cleaned off some shingle scuffs on the vinyl siding. Of course, they swept the area for nails as well. After they left, you would never know anyone had been there. The Finished Product: We choose a color that complimented the blue shutters on our house. Owens Corning Quarry Gray. They have a subtle hint of blue and the roof looks stunning. I know, it is kind of over the top getting excited about something as utilitarian as a roof, but it really does look amazing. Would I recommend Accent Roofing: Yes, I absolutely, unconditionally recommend this company. Like I said, I used them three times counting this roof replacement. Call them and get a quote today. You will be glad you did.

Had a leaky roof where water was coming into the master bedroom. The serviceman came out, identified the issue and fixed it. The flashing on the chimney was the problem.

Fantastic job. Guys showed up early and worked past dark to make sure the roof was complete before today's rain. Also beat out the prices of every other roofer I interviewed. Would recommend 100%.

This was a great experience! The whole time I deal with accent roofing they were on top on their game! They answered all my calls and questions, they were responsive, efficient, they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Everyone from the installers, job managers, scheduler, to the general manager was extremely friendly and helpful. They just have that family business mentality where everyone actually cares and loves what they do. I truly cannot be more happier with my experience and more exited about my new roof!

Great service, skills and workmanship! Phillip and the guys really knew their roofs. They were very knowledgeable about everything concerning the roof, and they were very patient in answering all my questions. During the roof replacement, they were very thorough and made sure that no stones were unturned for getting me the roof that I wanted/deserved. But the most amazing thing is the service after roof completion. They really made sure that I was happy with the results, and went out of their way to resolve any concerns I had with the new roof. Overall a perfect experience!

Everything was great! I was facing homeowners insurance termination in approx one week. Accent Roofing was able to start and complete the project in 1 day on a Saturday 2 days before pending cancellation! From Mike in sales to Bobby, the project mgr, to the installers, the work was done quite professionally.

We are pleased with the work that was done by Accent Roofing. Les Honson was our Quality Assurance Manager and was onsite the majority of the time and readily available to answer any questions. He made some important decisions on the job that helped provide us with a stronger roof. Just as a FYI to those who are selecting the color of your shingles, I would recommend that you go to a Home Depot or Lowe's that carries your selected style and color and see what the shingle actually looks like. The small sample provided at the initial meeting is only @2-3 inches square and cannot really provide you with an accurate picture. You can also ask to see other roofs the company has completed with that shingle. We were able to select a shingle that worked for us. Ours was not a simple roof replacement, but also included replacing the decking. There was a lot of work involved.

Gave these guys STRAIGHT A's!! The whole process went exactly as it was explained ahead of time. I spoke with 4 members of the company, and each one was pleasant to talk to, like they liked their jobs! And they made sure i didn't have any more questions before ending our conversation. The crew showed up before dawn like i was told they would, and they didn't even stop for lunch til the job was complete!! The supervisor confirmed all the details of my new roof like i was expecting along with what to expect in the near future and if there is any problems, just call them! My new roof is beautiful!! My yard was cleaned up. The only evidence that my house was a construction site earlier, is the Accent sign at the curb. Would definitely recommend this company to family/friends. Thanks Accent!!

They were so professional from the first call. They easily worked with our insurance company, and gave us upgrades from what the insurance company quoted us at no additional cost. On the day of the replacement, workers showed up at 7am (as they said they would) and got started right away. I got a phone call and text message from Marcus letting me know the plan for the day. Once the job was done (an hour earlier than expected) Marcus walked me around the house showing the different parts they focused on, and let us know the number of boards they needed to replace. The clean up was fantastic. I saw tons of nails pre cleanup and it has now been 10 days since the roof was replaced and I have yet to find a nail or any remnants that they were even there (besides the new roof, of course). Finding a roofing company is a scary proposition as you hear of many of the horror stories (job getting delayed, supplies getting delayed, not finishing in the right time frame leaving a tarp over the roof for a number of days, inconsiderate workers) and Accent Roofing was none of these. Professional from start to end. I would highly recommend.

We were very pleased with Accent Roofing. The entire team was very professional and responsive. The owner, Tom, came out and gave us a quote. He said, even if you don't use our company, this is the work you need done, and be sure you have it done. We really appreciated that advice. The entire team with whom we worked, Tom, Sandy, Steven, and Jason were efficient, timely, and so very nice...which is always a plus. Good company and very responsive.

I have worked primarily with Phillip throughout this project. He was incredibly helpful and professional. He helped me to understand the process and even went the extra mile to contact the insurance company when they made a mistake on the square footage. When the crew came to work, they were on time and worked quickly. I have a large roof but they were able to finish the entire job in one day. They left everything extraordinarily clean after the work was completed. The new roof looks amazing! It is a major upgrade from the roof that I had and has improved the overall look of my house. Bobby was the supervisor on the job and he made sure to walk me around the house to explain all of the work that was done and pointed out all of the upgrades that were made to the roof. Everyone I have worked with in this company have been wonderful! I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof!

Our roof was at the end of it's life, so we researched and found 4 reputable, long-time roofing and construction firms in our area to get quotes. We wanted to use GAF Timberline HD shingles. We felt all could do a good job and were close in their estimates. Two offered a 50-year non-prorated warranty on the materials and 10 years on labor. Two offers were prorated after 10 years. We chose Accent Roofing because they had the lowest quote, the full warranty, and indicated they could rip off and replace our 6000+ sq ft roof in one day. They scheduled 1 1/2 days to cover unexpected issues. The work started last Monday. A crew of 10 men worked very well together. The ground was covered with tarps to hold the roofing debris. Harnesses and ropes were used for safety. Multiple areas were worked simultaneously to stip the roof, then prepare the roof with drip edges, starter strips, ice and water shields, then shingles, ridge vents, and hip and ridge caps. Two old power vents were removed and decking replaced. All roofing materials and nails were meticulously cleaned up. All in the same day! We are very pleased with Accent Roofing in Lawrenceville and highly recommend them.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience from a roofing company! From the first meeting with Tom to the finished product supervised by Bobby, it was great. My roof is gorgeous; the crew was skilled and professional. They were respectful and considerate of my home and its surroundings...you'd never know looking at the yard, that my roof was replaced earlier in the day. All in all, I highly recommend Accent Roofing...actually I just referred a colleague!

I was extremely impressed with the work that Accent Roofing did for us. We witnessed them replacing our neighbors roof and took note of their efficiency and quality of work. I worked with Phillip in getting all of the details in line. He was forthcoming with information on how to work with the insurance company, what number to call, what questions they would ask, what to expect as far as a timeline on insurance company sending 2 different checks and how he would work with them directly. It also helped that he not only worked well with the insurance company, but knew exactly who my assigned adjuster was and made it even that much more smooth of a process. They showed up early the day of the work, but did not knock on the door until exactly 7AM. My husband and I were not home when they finished, so they came back to meet us to do an inspection. They did multiple follow ups to see if we were pleased with the work and to also get the window screens from inside the house that they were replacing for us. Both Phillip and Les were a pleasure to work with and we were super happy with the finished product!

Great - Crew showed up around 7:30 and and covered the bushes and area around the house with tarps to keep the old shingles and nails out of the yard. They had the entire house stripped of the old shingles in 2 hours. They made repairs due to the leak damage then started with the new shingles. Every team member was very professional and clean up the trash as they went along. My wife was worried about the noise but it was only about 1/3 of what we expected. We had no problem staying in the house while the work was being done. When finished the crew cleaned up and left the house and yard like they had never been there. I also want to thank the office staff for a very easy process in getting this done. They all were very helpful and and were in contact with me every step of they way. I would recommend them to anyone who is having roof replacement or repairs.

Great! I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved - from the promptness of the initial appointment and estimate to the work done on the day of the roof replacement. Everything was done quickly and was cleaned up immaculately. They handled the insurance claim and were very reasonable in the cost. It is a family business that has been around a long time and they have a serious commitment to quality work. I would recommend them to anyone.
