Accent Fence Inc

We had several companies out to give us bids on the job. We actually had Shannon from Accent Fence out three times for measuring, due to changes. He was amazing. His only concerns were giving us what we wanted, and getting it right. They got the fence in sooner than anticipated and the guys who came out were courteous, professional and meticulous in getting the posts and fencing perfect.

Accent Fence was very punctual and attentive to my request for an estimate. Unfortunately, another service provider offered financing for the fence and we chose to use that provider instead.

They did mediocre work, but they had very bad management. Gary was super nice, but he was new to the company. The ethnic installers had no respect for him. So the management fell on me the home owner. I had to point out the problems, manage the worker, complain, and be the "tough guy" They made so many huge mistakes. Ultimately they corrected the mistakes. But it was still mediocre work. For example; they pulled out all the sake property line, and didn't replace it. When confronted they lied about it to me, even though we caught them red handed doing this. Then they had to get the survey people back out to re stake the property lines.

Accent Fence is a Five Star Rated company. Eddie and his crew did a fantastic job. From the initial contact through the completion of the job, I was thoroughly impressed. After Eddie measured out my perimeter, we set a date, his guys came out and put my fence up quickly, and it looks great!
