Had a giant tree that needed to be cut down. Had 5 different companies quoted and their rate tied with another company as the lowest. Alirio also came across as very honest, so I went with him. They started the job two days later and was done in two days. Professional crew. Would hire again.

I can t say enough about A Best Dry Waterproofing...they are fantastic. I had a pretty severe leak in my basement so I called one of the big guys who advertise a lot. They recommended waterproofing that would ve cost $15k plus repairing the collateral damage to my bathroom and laundry rooms. A Best Dry came out, diagnosed the problem, repaired the crack in my foundation, and installed a French drain for a fraction of the cost. Not a drop of moisture has entered my basement since. Highly, highly reco this company.

At the end of the day, for the price I guess I can not complain. Their quality of work was subpar to me but they did come back and correct my major concerns. I would use them again but the price would have to be lower. Other than that, they were on time and were professional.

Best dry did an excellent job installing over 120 feet of inside perimeter drain. I prefered their system to the black perforated corrugated pipe quoted by others. The installation crew was fantastic and replaced all of the material removed during the installation. The crew was able to relay the vinyl plank flooring without any damage which was a good thing as I could not find any matching replacement flooring. They also were the only company to suggest a gravity drain system rather than a sump pump. It was tested during last weeks downpours and I had no water in the basement. The true test will likely be during the springtime flooding rains, Fianally KJ stayed on top of the job from start to finish following up to make sure that the basement stayed dry during the storms.

The job and the price were very good. The only suggestion is that they should do a better clean-up job that includes covering ALL items, including the floor, in the basement when installing a sump pump. Because of the jack-hammering, a fine dust falls over the entire basement, from the ceiling to the floor. EVERYTHING in our basement was covered, including the areas where they were not working. Upon my request, they came back to get rid of the dust, but there is a lot that still has to be dusted/cleaned. I would suggest the use of a shop-vacuum for the floor and thoroughly covering the entire basement with plastic.

Yes Well we bought this home and the basement had a water leakfor a while but it had gotten worse. Contact Best Dry Waterproofing,an inspection was done, date set repairs done. First serious rain no leaks. Alirio and his guys did a great job and the cost was less than I thought. Highly recommended.

20 years ago I would have done this job myself ,I know how to do it .however age prevents me from doing it myself ! So I wanted a small company that does good work .I looked at the 50 excellent reviews and called them to get an estimate .they came out on time . After I got an estimate from them, I decided to use this company trusting all the excellent reviews . I was not disappointed they listened to my request for larger drain pipes . during the job I got to know all three of the workers ,they spoke Spanish and a bit of English ,their English was better than my Spanish .They are great guys and they know how to do the job right ,I was very impressed with the quality of their work .they do the job right the first time .I recommend them highly .there are many waterproofing companies out there but I suggest you use them ! They are perfectionist ! They take pride in their work ,few people do now a days !
