He continues to stay up to speed on codes, regulations and requirements in order to give his customers the very best. He started with his father at a very young age and pursued it, with perfection, over his years in the field. He has worked under many highly successful contractors in which he has learned specific, valuable knowledge of this industry. Reconstructing, designing or building, his skilled work is something he takes very seriously. He only works with the best materials available and only hires the most trusted, skilled labors. He never compromises quality for time and gives his clients realistic schedules as well as working within discussed budgets to give what his customers expects and deserves, the very first time.
"Our experience with Rusgrove Construction has been nothing short of a nightmare. Michael and his wife, the owners, took thousands of dollars for a project at our house and spent it on bills they owed. The majority of the money we paid them did not go towards our job and now they do not have money to pay for materials and finish the job. It has gotten so bad that one of the suppliers they used has placed a lien on our home because they didn't pay for the materials they ordered. We have been lied to on multiple occasions and when trying to reach Michael to get information, he ignores us. He has gone so far as to block my number so he doesn't have to respond. We started this project in September 2019 and we are still less than 50% completed. Michael and his wife took advantage of us, deceived us, and is now avoiding us. For a small business owner, they have acted irresponsibly and with cowardice in conducting business."
