I had a very negative experience. He took the deposit and then I had to call multiple times to get the deposit back when he kept on mixing dates up. I had to keep calling and threatened to call the police to get my money back. He ended up giving me my deposit back. He took my deposit, didn't do the work. I felt like he spent the money and had to keep putting me off until he could give it back. He needs to improve on everything. Follow through, honesty, reliability.

Very well. Chris and staff were prompt and work very hard to complete job even when obstacles arose.

It went great! Chris, Mike and Taylor showed up on time and got right to work. they use proper time management and don't take lunch to save time and to get as much done as possible. The price was good to. A flooring company here in Valdosta wanted 8,000 dollars to do the same thing Chris did for 3600 dollars. It only took 3 days to get it done. I'd definitely use them again and highly recommend him.

Chris & his helper were awesome. They were prompt and professional and cleaned up each day before they left. Their final work exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Chris Thomas.

I hired Chris to renovate my guest bathroom. He began work on May 29th and my bathroom was finally complete on June 5th. Chris was very professional. He worked the whole time he was here. There were several unexpected delays including a death in his family, my choice of a vanity that didn't fit, which caused a delay in getting the measurements for the vanity top. Chris was good about returning phone calls and providing status updates. He also provided guidance on choosing a good vanity and tile design. Because of the delays, Chris had to go on to another job in another city before finishing. When he realized he would be delayed even further from getting back to my bathroom, he contacted a plumber to install the sink faucet and another professional to hang the towel bars and mirror. I love my new bathroom. Chris did an amazing job.

Chris Thomas completely remodeled a bathroom for us. He removed old subfloor and added new support for new walk-in handicap accessible shower. Chris did all the plumbing and some of the electrical work, he also did the Sheetrock and finish trim. I think that he did a very good job on the tile work and was innovative with the accent work in the shower. I believe Chris wants to do a job that he can be proud of and will work really hard to accomplish this.

I hired Chris Thomas to remove old porcelain tile from an outdoor porch, and install new tile. He suggested the appropriate tile, suggested tile-laying patterns that would complement our brick home, and he installed the tile promptly and beautifully. I asked Mr. Thomas for a quote to remove a molded fiberglass tub/shower and install a walk-in ceramic tile shower in its place. He delivered the quote in person a few days later, as promised. Mr. Thomas had suggestions about how to maximize the space, how to build the shower so as to eliminate the need for a glass door, and how to add decorative features to enhance the new ceramic shower. I accepted his quote and he arrived promptly at the appointed time and date to begin work. He worked on the job each day continuously until the job was completed. He installed a narrow shelf at the front wall of the shower, just under the shower head, and installed a wide granite bench under the shelf, at the front wall under the shower head area; he constructed an indented "cubby" for shampoo bottles; and he installed hardware we chose at Lowe's. Mr. Thomas was able to use old parts, including the bathtub water on/off handle and pipes leading to the new location of the shower head. He personally installed a new pan, special waterproof underlay on the walls, constructed a new outer wall and shower doorway, and did all the tile work himself. All work was done in a timely manner, the tile was laid with care and precision. Mr. Thomas was able to change an eyesore contractor's cheap tub into a beautiful walk-in shower. We used a large round raindrop style shower head so that the water drops straight down to the drain to eliminate the possibility of the shower head spraying out the door opening. We were able to eliminate the shower door because Mr. Thomas enlarged the length of the shower, front to back, by about twelve inches, by removing drywall that had originally been installed to form a box the appropriate size for the fiberglass tub which was removed. After the work was completed and paid in full, Mr. Thomas returned to modify a slight slope in the shower floor. Because of the narrow space we used - the footprint of the old tub - the sloping of the floor was tricky. Mr. Thomas was prompt and courteous throughout our installation, and I believe he is a dependable, talented contractor.
