West Ga Custom Fence

I hired this company cause they were cheaper than the rest of the people that I've contacted.( YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR). I ask him how why is the cheaper an he said know one knows he has Amish Wood an he gets it cheaper an better material. All that was a total lie just to take my money. I've did everything he told me to do about keeping my fence from bending an it still is causing problems. They did nothing that I ask them to do. They totally ignored me once they got their money they never came back to fix the problem with my gate dragging on the sidewalk are driveway. I would never ever hire these people again an I seriously mean it to.

The fence they built looks great. They have not fixed minor details that they said were no problem, in 3 months as of this post. They hit a clearly marked electrical line from our house. Then they sent an uncertified electrician out to fix it. Just the guy that does minor repairs around the shop. NOT CERTIFIED. I know minimal about electricity. But, I knew more than this individual. He didn't cut the power before pulling a connector. Tried to splice the electrical line instead of running a brand new one. Took them 3 times to get this right and they ended up replacing the entire line. Would have been cheaper and faster to do the entire replacement (the best solution) at the beginning. Also, never do anything with these guys unless you get it in writing. Said they would stain my fence as part of the deal at the original conversation and scope of work. Now they are saying it wasn't part of the scope and said it would cost more money. Don't waist your time with this company. They claim superior customer service. But, as soon as you ask them to fix or finish something they don't return calls and promise to contact you later but, have not finished anything unless I called them repeatedly. After 3 months I finally talked with the owner and confronted him. After I plead my case he tried to bully me. After I didn't back down to his bullying he hung up on me. When I called the manager the owner picked up the phone said I can't go around him because he "owns all the d*** phones"and still tried to bully me. At this point it doesn't seem it will be resolved. Not the customer service or treatment they claim. To this date. The minor repairs are not completed, the electrical line is replaced but, we cannot prove that their uncertified electrician caused our new electrical problems and our fence is unstained. I don't know too many people that would willingly pay thousands of dollars to build a wood fence and not get it protected. Moral of the story for anything. DO get what you want done in writing. Don't do anything on a handshake agreement. Especially with this company.
