Rafael's Custom Painting

Description of Work: I contacted Rafael for an estimate to paint the inside rooms in my house. He had done work for a neighbor and they provided a good reference. He rescheduled the visit for an estimate once due to illness and eventually came and provided what I thought was a good price. We agreed to the amount of paint needed and the start date. On the day he was to begin he did not show up. I called and he claimed that he spoke to a man at my number who told him we did not want the painting done. Since I am the only man at the house I told him he was lying to me. He made no attempt to resolve the situation. I can only conclude he either was not capable of a large project or priced it too low and did not want the work. In either case he should have told me so and I would have moved on.

Description of Work: He painted the interior of my home.
