+ -1 moreI bought my house new from DanRic in December 2007. A big selling point from them was the "10 year" warranty. My house developed a water leak above the garage because the builder ( DanRic) didn't seal it properly. I know this because the contractor I had to hire told me so. I remembered that I was supposed to have a structure warranty if the builder was at fault. I called DanRic and of course they reneged on their part of the contract. I'll NEVER buy a DanRic house again!!!!
Description of Work: I needed DanRic to honor their 10 year structure warranty on my house. My house developed a water leak because it was not properly sealed when built. They refused!!!!
