Description of Work: Mike came out and replaced the iron pipes below our lavatory with plastic piping after we had a leak. He did an excellent job!

+ -1 moreI called him when sink basket started pouring water. He came within 30 min. Then when he had fixed that, I asked him about all the other work. He worked quickly and finished everything within 2 1/2 hours.
Description of Work: Replaced toilet flapper in two toilets, fill valve and supply tube in one toilet Replaced kitchen sink basket Worked on sink in bathroom - plug/stopper not working Installed cutoff on line to refrigerator and connected icemaker.
