Tri-State Movers

It seemed fine until after I paid and they left. I then found a valuable art work damaged by the movers. It appeared they were trying to hide the artwork to prevent it from being noticed until at least after they left. When I found it, I immediately reached out to Wade who did not respond. In a subsequent attempt to reach him, he answered a phone call and gave the impression he would be professional and manage the situation. However, he has avoided and ignored every effort to follow through since that time. He demonstrated lack of professionalism, lack of concern or regard for another's possessions, especially when it was a valuable piece as well as irreplaceable. I cannot express how hurt, disappointed and upset I am with Wade's complete lack of regard and lack of responsiveness to the situation. I intended to be gracious and made that clear to him because I trusted he would at least be honest, professional and apologetic. He didn't even give a hint of any of these qualities. Please be aware and hire someone else if you want a trustworthy mover with integrity.

This young man is very professional, courteous, and doesn't waste time. He really helped me a lot. The stuff going to my storage unit was heavy and he had another young man with him to help. They handled just about everything all I had to do was tell them what I wanted to go. I would recommend him anytime. He is very respectful and seems to be a genuine good person. Will use him again.
