Description of Work: They came out and checked my unit--it needed a new compressor. It was more economical to replace the whole unit. I was given several options and prices. Neal's was right on time for appointments. Installation was quick--clean-up was amazing. I would highly recommend Neal's Heating and Air.

Description of Work: I had been told by another heating and air service that I needed a new coil which because of the age of my unit basically meant I needed a new unit. Nathan Neal had been recommended to me as being a very good and honest company. I had him come out to recheck unit. He thoroughly checked my unit (the coil twice) and told me there was nothing wrong with the coil. The leak was at the valves which he was able to fix right then. He saved me over $4,000. He could have lied and tried to sell me a new unit, but he was honest. I will be writing a review on Southeast Air Systems who told me the coil was bad and I should buy a new unit.
