+ -1 morethe meetings went ok, but right as we were ready to try and work out details on building the housing market started a short rebound and the prices went up and the size of the house would have been smaller than what we had originally talked about. At the same time our realtor showed us a foreclosure and it was going to be much cheaper and quicker to move forward with that house purchase and so we did.

Description of Work: Bill Gross was highly professional, incredibly personable, personally invested himself in my projects, was a joy to work with, took personal cell phone calls, and was exactly the kind of guy you want to do business with. This is not a "Walmart" company. If the ONLY thing that matters to you is price, you can always find something cheaper. But if you are doing construction, working on a home, building a shelter for your family or expanding your business, Bill Gross is EXACTLY the kind of guy you want to enter into that project with.
