Lots of damage but no reimbursement.
Description of Work: Nothing. He came on the property without permission multiple times and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage.

Brought a full track machine on our Trust property without permission and damaged the fence, sprinkler system and lawn. Made off with valuable timber and left the stumps and limbs. We did not hire him and want to warn everyone not to use him! We have spent thousands to repair his damage and am not done yet.

Our 12 year old centipede grass lawn was deteriorating every year and despite monthly treatments to restore it was time for it to be put to rest. Brian Peters came out on a Saturday and recommended not only replacing lawn with Zoysia grass but regrading to cure drainage problems that I accepted due to ignorance. His professionalism sold me plus he was able to quote me on the spot a fair price for what turned out to be an excellent job. My new lawn has become the best in our community and I'm using Peters monthly to maintain this investment.

ASK ME 912-678-3119-VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PROCESS IN SPEAKING WITH OWNER OF VEHICLE. NO NAMES GIVEN, NO FORMAL PROCESS AND NO LAW ENFORCEMENT INVOLVED TO HEAR AND DOCUMENT COMPLAINTS.
Description of Work: Provider works for Willow Wap Apartment. Problem is is workers of foreign descent mow lawn with these large mowers. They scratch your vehicles by going under it the mower and end up damaging vehicles but refuse to take responsibility for what they damaged. I'm A tenant and my brand new vehicle rarely leaves this property on this day the worker had stopped lawning and his supervisor was walking to my area. When I came out my door it was suspicious looking faces but I Asked them to clear some matter around a tree in my front door not realizing I should've walked around my car instead I got in it and drove off. Well that cleared their damage claim. But when I got to Wal-mart I recognized the damage. Well I came back to report and those guys were gone immediately. Since this I reported the damage to my insurance company. I'm a widow, I live on a fixed income and this company is refusing to take responsibility knowing by the appraiser and common sense this was not an auto hit and run but a lawn mower hit and. Now I am working to leave here,. However, after this accident I got to pay for the damages knowing I didn't do this. Besides the car has a camera in the back. Toyota is reviewing to see if the accident from the lawn mower triggered the camera and caught it on tape. If so, I advise you NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY TO DO WORK FOR YOU AS THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DAMAGES THEY DO WHEN WORKING AND HITTING CARS CREATING DEBT THAT HAS TO BE PAID BY THE OWNER.

Let me first start by stating that I have been responsive to[Removed member name] claim. After receiving notice on Monday 8/10/15 of her claims I sent my head supervisor over to the property to meet with the apartment manager and claimant. After that timely meeting on Monday(the first day we knew of her complaint) we felt confident in the facts which led us to believe the damage to her car was NOT caused by my company. Every day since then we have been harassed by the claimant and accused of racism, threatened with legal action and disparaged for hiring immigrants??? I can't even reconcile all her claims. I personally went to her apartment and called only to no avail. Then finally met with her when she stated it "had" to be caused by my mower. The only problem is that where she always parks is in an area we don't put a mower on...we trim by hand because we cant fit a mower. She claimed the damage a week after we were on the property..? I have tried to reason with her to no avail. I simply cant admit to something I know we didn't do and she cannot produce any proof it was caused by my men only that she noticed a scratch a 1/2 in. long a week after we were on the property. In the last two decades in business we have always owned our actions and made whole anyone we have caused issue; however, this was not caused by my men. I only hope the claimant can eventually see the reason in my actions.

Description of Work: After 12 years, my centipede lawn required replacement and I wanted something that would outlive me going forward. Online research plus a golf course maintenance Director's suggestion led me to Zoysia sod and after waiting several months for another company's response I went to Stateline Nursery and found Brian Peters. Brian came to my home on a Saturday, evaluated the property and same day gave me a cost for the new Zoysia lawn (which coincidentally he had installed at his own home a couple of years prior) AND pointed out all my grading deficiencies that he would correct in the process of installing the new sod. I couldn't be happier with the final product and now my yard is the envy of my neighbors and is providing many referrals from me to Peters Landscaping based on merit. I am also using them on a regular basis for maintenance to protect my investment.

I called on 4/23/15 to inquire on scheduling a consultation. The woman who answered the office phone was very polite and stated that Brian, the owner, would call in about 2- 3 days to schedule a time as he does those himself. I have yet to receive that call and it's been 2 weeks. I know that this company does great work which I was looking forward to having work done to my yard. Disappointed the way it was handled.

I am very sorry for this persons negative experience. I strive hard to provide the best service in the area and believe we meet that mark; however, I do fall short in the timeliness in initial contact. I personally perform all estimates and lead my landscape crew. We have 3 other crews which provide grounds keeping. Due to this fact time is very limited and I admit I cannot get to everyones call. I do make every effort though. I promise once an estimate is accepted by the customer we strive to offer the highest level of service and communication.

Description of Work: I left a message for Peters landscaping and Lawn Care on 1/29/15, someone returned my call on 1/30/15 stating that the owner Bryan would call me to setup a time to give me an estimate. Never got that call. I have had the work done by Camden Lawn Care who did a great job!

It went absolutely amazing! Not only did they do the normal weed eat, edge, and trim, but they even went out of their way to get every single pine cone all over my yard. The guys pulled every weed out of my beds. Then sprayed the rest of them to assure they stay gone. They were very polite and professional and even asked me if there were any special requests about the yard. After telling them I indeed had a few, they took care of it free of charge. I highly highly recommend Brian Peters and his crew to anyone looking for lawn maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, etc.. You name it, they can handle it.

Company is punctual and efficient. They clean up after doing the work. They respond well to special requests, e.g. cutting shrubbery to our specs. Have been using them for two years. Price plans are annual from date of first service and pricing depends on amount of services requested and size of property.
Description of Work: Weekly lawn maintenance and pest service as well as special jobs like laying in pine straw, sod, etc.

Called several times and left messages with no response. Not sure what the listed address is for, but there is no business there. Not sure if this business still exists anymore.
