Description of Work: To be honest, I can't remember if it was a heating or cooling issue. Regardless, I called Mizell's and Pete Mizell (owner) came out to my house. He quickly found the issue (bad relay board) and fixed it at a reasonable cost. He didn't seem to mind my following him around and asking him questions while he worked it out, either.
