Description of Work: Banks was an outstanding real estate professional. He took the time to show us the community and helped us through the entire process of buying our second home. He understood the unique needs of a military family and handled everything even when we were still stationed out of state. Military Realty is a wonderful company.

Description of Work: For the most part, the services that I received from Military Realty were alright except for when it was time to actually close on the property I had purchased. There was an instance where Military Realty was speaking on my behalf to another company to discuss the continued and/or additional services that they would provide for me as the new property owner. At the time I was not priviledge to the details of the conversation. Following that converstaion, maybe a day or so later, I had visited the same company and noticed that they were a bit rude towards me. As we continued our discussion in further detail, I was informed that a representative from Military Realty was very rude and unprofessional when speaking on my behalf, which at the time I had no knowledge of. This was very disturbing to me and I apologized on behalf of Military Realty, although I had no knowledge of that encounter when it actually occured. | |Another unwanted experience I had was after I had closed on the property and began the repairs. I had contacted my agent with some concerns on the condition of the property. This individual expressed little concern and told me that they would meet me at the property at a certain time and never showed up or called to reschedule. A week or so later, I noticed |this individual had slowly passed by the property with passengersin their vehicle while I was outside doing some repair work and for some reason decided not to acknowledge me when I waived to them. Not long after, I called the individual and asked them if they had drove by te property and if they had saw me acknowledge them and they siad that they figured I was busy. I feel like this was very unprofessional on behalf of my agent. The fact they did not follow through with their word or aknowledge me when they passed by me to show other properties to new clients let me know that they were just concerned with making the sale and not with making sure their client was fully satisfied. I wish this company luck going forward.
