Very well. She even set up someone to clean the windows and sent me pics after it was done.

Better than I allowed myself to hope! Absolutely wonderful! They cleaned everything we discussed and even some things I had forgotten about. Every surface, every light fixture, every appliance... my whole house is gleaming after a visit from Magically Spotless

EVERY time they come to us they do an EXCELLENT job. The house is immaculately cleaned in a timely and professional manner. The people who work for Magically Spotless are honest, hard-working, and they seem to really love working together. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough!

Where do I begin! Elizabeth and her team are impeccable! Her attention to detail and customer service is AMAZING. I thought all I needed was a basic clean but once she came through and showed me what I needed done that I didn't see I was intrigued. She does hourly rates for initial clean but let me say she is fast and does not work slow one bit! She times her team and is very efficient. She has the cleaning skill mastered. Having her team come is an investment in your home and the vibe she brings it back to is unexplainable. She has changed the cleaning expectation for me and now I know what clean really is! Also she can customize the fragrance scent to your choosing!! Seriously who does that?!! It's all the details and care that she puts in my home that has me telling everyone about her. You won't be disappointed! I must say best method of contact is email or text. Since she is in practically every home working with her team this has been the best way to contact her.

It was impeccable! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Her attention to detail and quality of service is top notch. Her team works well together and checks each other's work. They have a happy disposition while they work , their goal is to make you the customer, happy to come home to an immaculate house , my house has sparkle!! It's so worth every penny to have magically spotless team come in to clean !! Thank you so much !!

After Magically Spotless contacted me and told me they would be out of town until the May 12th,and would contact me on the 13th, I never heard back from Elizabeth, not even an e-mail or a phone call. How unprofessional not evan to give a courtesy call

A crew of two came in and did the following: Vacuumed Washed tile floors throughout house Scrubbed bathrooms, including showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, and countertops Dusted all furniture and wood blinds in all rooms Scrubbed kitchen, taking special care of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops Used cleaning solutions that were not harmful to pets and that smelled great! Everything looks great and I can't wait until Elizabeth's next visit!!

Elizabeth and her crew are hard working, detail oriented, trustworthy, friendly and provide a service that is worth what you pay for it. They spent two long days cleaning a home that we just purchased on Amelia Island. Elizabeth was responsive and organized. She even noticed that the return air filters were in bad shape. Bought new filters, cleaned the grills and installed the filters (missed by the HVAC contractor apparently). The travertine on the lanai that we thought was brown was actually a beautiful beige. Highly recommended. Sterling job ladies. We will be using you going forward.

Love them. They do a great job. Usually 2 to 3 comes to clean with one being the owner. I don't regret hiring them and I have been through 3 housecleaners prior to Magically Spotless. So glad I found her on Angie's list.

Elizabeth and her girls did a wonderful job of cleaning the house. Very professional and flexible with my short-notice time change. Highly recommend.

$550 may sound like a lot, but it wasn't for everything that Elizabeth and her crew did. She, or one of her people, were there everyday for 4-5 days straight making sure everything was cleaned perfectly. A bathroom light fixture was damaged during the cleaning the process, and Elizabeth went out of her way to match the hard-to-find fixture. Once the cleaning was done, Elizabeth scheduled a walk through with me to make sure everything was up to par. She did an awesome job, and I would hire her again.

They came out to do an estimate the day after I contacted them, and were able to do a deep cleaning the very next day. They clean EVERYTHING! They moved all the furniture, cleaned the fridge, light fixtures, etc. The owner is very personable and very flexible as far as meeting your needs. They wi.ll be coming back to do bi-weekly services for me going forward. The initial deep cleaning was $280, and I was very impressed with the work performed. The bi-weekly service was quoted at $60. They are very busy, but they do whatever they can to work with your schedule. I noticed they did miss a few spots on the initial clean, but I came home from work with my children and they were still working; so I think they just got side tracked. I was told that anything missed would be cleaned the next time. No complaints and highly recommend!
