Description of Work: The most abysmal customer service response and technical support I've ever encountered in any computer-related business. The service is dirt cheap, sure, but the internet is some of the worst I've had since dial-up. Constant web drops, tech support that seems to genuinely not care, sluggish responses to problems at best. Get any carrier but these people.

Description of Work: I decided to try the local cable company for internet, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions, the woman in the office who set up my account and instal appointment was very friendly and professional, neither tried to sell me anything more than what I needed even tho I am starting out with the cheapest price point they offer. The installation guys were awesome! Very prompt, they were given the wrong apartment number but still found me and got me all set up. Everyone that I have delt with has been wonderful. I am very happy with the quality of my signal and the low speed option that I got is exactly what I needed.
