About us
A family owned and run HVAC business in Southeast Georgia since 1992. We provide a full service Heating, Air Conditioning, Ducting and service/maintenance for all of Glynn and Camden county. We also provide detailed inspections and reports to support government efficiency standards as well as home assessments for buying/selling. No subcontractors or third party involvement. U.S. Navy retired with commitments and investments in the local area (Camden and Glynn Counties). We service most home warranty maintenance plans and specialize in mid to higher tier heat pump systems with custom ducting/airflow. 18 SEER Inverter technology "smart" systems are our specialty.

Services we offer
Full service sales, service, installation and inspections of all HVAC systems. 10 year warranties on all equipment sold and only locally supported and purchased equipment is used (no "specialty" equipment that only so-called certified technicians can service). Full inspections and insulation services also available.
Services we don't offer
We do not perform duct cleaning. We also do not install third-party purchased equipment, but will install used equipment on a case by case basis as available.
They called on Sunday to schedule a Monday appointment at 11 AM. They called on Monday when they were a half hour away. They arrived right on time and fixed the AC. They were courteous. Caleb offered a suggestion about cleaning the air handler. What more could anyone expect? They are great!

Description of Work: My home central air conditioner stopped working. I reported it through my home insurance (American Home Shield) on Sunday night and they assigned an air conditioning company to repair it. The assigned company (KenCare) contacted me the next morning (Monday) to set up an appointment. We agreed on the next morning (Tuesday). They (two personnel) arrived on time, talked with me about the problem, and began work on it. They discovered the fan motor had froze up; so, they replaced the fan motor and it began working. They then checked out the rest of the unit to make sure there was nothing else wrong. Once they completed the job, they explained to me what the problem was, how they fixed it, and the current status of the A/C unit. I was very pleased with their professionalism and their work. The cost of repair that I had to pay was low due to the fact that my home insurance (American Home Shield) paid the rest of the bill.

She was inquisitive without being demeaning and genuinely interested in the entire service procedure. Often we feel that all the talking and information we offer falls on deaf ears, but some rare customers actually digest the information the contractor is offering them. Ms. [Member name removed] made it easy to do a good job and her demeanor and attitude prompted my technicians to apply themselves even more attentively.
