Description of Work: I had previously used their services and Mike was great. I'm sorry to say that due to the office woman Sonja I will not use them again. Sonja would never call back, she would "lose" my phone number, I had to keep calling and then once scheduled for appointment no one came, called or texted. every time I spoke with this woman she always ended with a snarky "have a blessed day". This woman is unhinged. All I needed was a faucets and spout replaced in tub.

Description of Work: Work was done next door But they parked in my driveway...Not only had they blocked me in ...thry also dropped oil from their truck on my newly power washed driveway ($200.).I called twice to have some one come out and clean up oil..2 secretaries assured me the owner would call back never did!!! Beware !! Do Not Use Co. Or and block off driveway if coming to neighbors...Totally inconsiderate...I wonder what kind of work they do????

Description of Work: My heater strips would not shut off due to a blown replay which keep my fan blowing non stop, and my compressor mad a loud humming noise. This was given me a 50 dollar a day electric bill. They took 2 trips and a week to find this which left me with a crazy electric bill. The bypassed the strips and said the noise was normal. When it got cold my system would not maintain the house warm. The strips were completely bypassed and the compressor could not maintain the house warm on its own. Had a guy from Brunswick come down and he laughed at what was done in the handler. The relay they bypassed was part of a control card and they did not replace that. Wires were just hanging there and others were still in plugged into the fried circuit card, that was no longer working. It works great now that someone else was available. They also have no rush when you call them back after they failed to fix something the first time. Sad that I had to miss work multiple times for this. And the compressor was a capacitor that was bad. I even recommended that to the JR guys, but they seem more in a hurry to get out of there then fix it. The guy from Brunswick has been doing this for 15 years, I did my research this time. If you need a recharge then JR is the way to go. If you need repairs look outside of Kingsland. What they did was a temporary fix and should not be left permanently. I found the card on amazon for 30 bucks. It's fairly common and used in allot of systems. They should be carrying them on hand or at least be able to order them.

+ 0 moreIt went smoothly and efficiently every time from A/C work to plumbing and electrical. Estimates were honored. Appointment times kept and jobs completed quickly.
Description of Work: These guys have helped me out a lot. I have used them on several occasions to fix broken pipes and stutter valves, and electrical work among other things. The office staff is courteous and they are fast to get you an appointment. The technicians have well stocked trucks and have never told me to wait due to lack of parts. They are professional and I am comfortable having them in my home. The problems have been taken care of in a cost effective, timely manner. I will continue to use them. They have quickly become my "go to guys". They have worked with my home warranty company very well too.

Description of Work: J.R. came out on the weekend. I was very impressed because I had another company that came out twice and put freon in the unit. That was not the problem. J.R. replaced the thermostat and some wiring. It has been running good ever since. When it come time to replace the entire unit I will be using J.R's.

+ -1 moreLet me start by saying that I am the third or fourth owner of my house, and that the Central AC is original to my 20+ year old home. I have a home warranty through Old Republic Home Protection. My AC has stopped working a few times since I purchased my home last year. Each time I have had to have J R Enterprises out, Chad (the Technician they sent each time) has been very professional and prompt. He calls before arriving at the house, and is very knowledgeable. He has been quick to diagnose my problem, and fix it. He has even had the necessary part on his truck every time (not hard since the parts going bad have been small, either electrical switch or the thermostat and a sensor). Chad is courteous and takes care not to track dirt or anything into the house. If I had to call someone out on my own, I would call J R Enterprises myself. The $60 was a service trade fee imposed by my home warranty company.
Description of Work: I have had to have the thermostat replaced, and sensor had to be changed out, and a switch had to be replaced. The last two had were on the heat pump itself.

+ -1 moreI am renting a home and the homeowner has a warranty through American Homeowners Warranty. My air conditioning stopped working in Fall 2011. JR Enterprises was contracted to fix it. They came out, filled it with freon and left. 2 Days later the freon was gone and they were again called out. The guy, without a full inspection, immediately said it was the compressor and would need to be replaced. 2 weeks later this was replaced. (2 weeks in Oct in GA without A/C stinks). I soon thereafter went on deployment. Came back spring 2012, A/C did not work. Again, JR was contracted and came out. It was the same guy that replaced the compressor. He found a ''lock nut'' that he said had ''backed itself off'' and allowed the freon to escape. He refilled and it worked for about 36 hours then stopped. JR Enterprises was again called out to fix. This time saying the leak was in the attic (Compressor did not actually need replacing). I was told 5-7 Business days to receive and replace the parts. 37 days later and hundreds of phone calls the parts were there. They sent out a guy to replace, he was not in a JR Enterprises truck and I had never seen/met/heard of him and was not the guy they told me was coming. The A/C was fixed, but they guy made a huge mess and used my broom and shop vacuum to ''clean up.''
