The owner is very nice, he came on time and fixed it promptly.

I was contacted by Cumberland plumbing and refunded the money for the piece of equipment (snake tip $25.00 ) that broke while in use on my drain.

John, the owner, took my call yesterday and today Chuck came in on time and ready for the job. I called Dekle 2 days ago because he has done work for me on 2 previous occasions but as yet has not returned my call. Chuck repaired a broken toilet flange and reset the toilet. No more rocking throne! He also gave me 3 washers at no charge for my outdoor kitchen sink faucet. I had tried through KitchenAid to get the correct size O ring without luck. Chuck had a case of assorted sizes and it worked perfectly. I used the 10 percent off coupon and received a thank you gift of a pen and refrigerator magnet. This is the only company I will ever use for plumbing. His fee was lower than my previous plumber's house call, a real bonus.

Cost less then I thought on time and very polite Completed also quicker then I thought I was quoted a rediculous quote and the previous contracter would have done more then needed and Cumberland were honest and worked by the hour and no hidden cost.

Our tenants called to let me know that the hot water heater was leaking. I had one plumber come and check out the situation (I do not live in the area) and quoted me a ridiculous amount. I called Cumberland Plumbing and spoke with the owner, John, who listened to the situation and was able to go by the house to assess the situation and give me an estimate late on a Friday afternoon. John called me back, told me all of the work that needed to be done - which was more than a typical installation since the water softener was in the way of the hot water heater and would need to be moved out of the way to complete the task. John moved the existing water softener, installed new hot water heater, moved water softener back into place tested everything and my tenants now have hot water and the hot water heater is no longer leaking.

If I end up needing them to come out I will definitely hire this professional.

Technician arrived on time and was very professional and did an outstanding job. This is the second time they have come to my house and they are pleasant, professional and priced reasonably. Highly recommend.

A few months ago, my wife and I bought Victorian home in the Brunswick historic district that we want to restore. One of the major projects we needed to address right away was updating the plumbing systems. After hearing several horror stories about plumbers in the Brunswick area, I found Cumberland Plumbing on Angie's list. After reading their glowing reviews, I gave them a call. John and Chuck came out to look at the plumbing systems that were almost 100 yrs old. Because of the work involved, we settled on a budget for the project. When the time came, John Sr, Steve, and Billy came over to do the work. All were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Re-piping a 113 yr old home with a patchwork of plumbing technologies would be a daunting task for the average plumbing company, but the guys at Cumberland Plumbing easily worked through the obstacles that came up with a home this age. After a week of hard work, we had our new plumbing system installed! Since the repipe, some minor issues have popped up and each time, John and Jessica were very responsive! Recently, Chuck and Mike came over to resolve an issue for us (we love Chuck and Mike...not only great plumbers, but great people!). We're extremely grateful to have found not only a good company, but a company run by good people! Cumberland Plumbing will be our plumbers for life!! As soon as we have more money in our budget, we're going to have them come back to repipe an apartment on our property. I highly, highly recommend that you call Cumberland Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!!!!

We had to be out of town for a wedding but left a key and instructions with Cumberland Plumbing. All work was done as we requested and our house was left in perfect order. They didn't get to one part of the job but planned to return the next day to finish. Since we had more concrete work we needed to do, we asked that they leave the slab with cuts and we would finish all sections when we finished with our work. This was no problem for them. Prices were adjusted so we didn't pay for work not completed and we also didn't risk damaging work they finished. A detailed bill was sent and everything matched what we understood when we hired them. We will hire them again.

It went great. Vinny Rice, removed the old and installed the new faucet. No muss, no fuss. Cleaned up after the job and was on his way in an hour.

The guys were on time and professional. They listened to me, found the problem and had me fixed up and everything draining again. I liked that they even put on shoe covers before coming into our home. I appreciate their quick response and will definitely call them again if I have any more plumbing problems.

Chuck was very nice and pleasant to talk to. He worked on the problem for a short period and realized we needed to order new parts. Later he came up with another idea that worked and we didn't need the new parts. I was very happy with the job performance he did and the time period he did it in.

I am extremely happy with the service we had with John at Cumberland Plumbing. I discussed issues that we needed fixed with him through emails and phone calls. he was always very quick to respond. He first made a drive to our property to view our needs and let us know that he would be able to prime the pump without damaging the water heaters. He then arrived at our agreed upon time to complete the work, He might have even been a few minutes early! He quickly completed the work we had discussed. Two issues were unexpected and they addressed each issue. He explained how to replace a pressure switch on the pump and then returned to complete the repair when we had problems. He and the others with him were always very professional. I will call him again if we have other plumbing needs as well as recommend him to others.

We called today for a stopped up drain line at our house. John and Billy were at our house and working on the problem within an hour. They found the problem, fixed it, and even found and fixed a couple of minor issues that did not cause today's problem, but could have caused trouble down the line. Overall, a great experience, they took the time to do the job right, explained the bill in detail, and I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them to friends and family.
