Description of Work: They mislead me. Told me they were going to have to jack hammer my floor and then when to lunch saying they were going to go get the jack hammer. They returned never to jack hammer anything did not even have one. I was sitting across watching them work...they think you the customer are stupid. Then when I called to complain they gave me a refund of a measly 200.00 even though though the whole job was quoted at about 600.00 total. I figured okay I got ripped off I will never use them again. Then I had another plumber come in behind them and apparently they did not even do the work correctly and I had to pay the new guy to fix their mess he also informed me that that company is not properly licensed and they are working under one guys license not even the owner. I did not even care enough to call them because after this had all happened I was at a hardware store and the new plumber mentioned that I should call them and get all my money back and I said I already got 200.00 back and I did not want to deal with them again and 2 hours later I received a phone call.A female idot I assumed was the owner had the nerve to call me up claiming I was talking bad about them at the store. I told her she was a fool because that is not what happened. My new plumber who was replacing an expensive plumbing piece that mysterious disappeared after they carried a full box not broken down out of my house suggested I call her to let her know she has a thief working for her. As I stated I ended it when she returned the 200.00 for the lie they told me. So I definitely did not think it was worth my time to talk to a company who hires lies and then help her by telling her she has a problem in her crew if she conducts business they way she does its like a waste of my breath to deal any further with them. She did not even seem upset rhat her crew lied about the jack hamner and charged me twice what i was quoted and she has the nerve to call me up because some moron over at lowes who should not be ease dropping give her the wrong information about the conversation. I had her cursing and acting like a fool on the phone. I explained it was the plumber suggesting i warn her and i was saying I did not care too. I did not even use their stinky companys name it was the plumber who said "you should call Cum____d" and let them know your item is missing and get your money back ect.In the background someone was yelling behind her just hang up. Hang up on ME! They called me.This was more than 2 weeks after the fact. I know this because they new plumber worked their for 2 weeks before we needed to install the missing part.After the hysterical nature of the owner and the yelling gentleman if you can call him that along with the trumped up charges and sub standard work I called the police and filed a complaint and decided to leave it alone. I feel sorry for the people they rip off but this area is small town and nobody seems to care that they have people who behave this way. I normally would warn everyone but there are more bad around here then good. When a company is good we publish it on out 1700 Web sites and praise them giving them free publicly and SEO traffic. People like them will cross their bridges too many times and eventually they have the irs and official people looking into the harm they caused. I'm glad you asked because I forgot to file a complaint with the BBB but I am going to. I would say find a different plumber even if you need to wait for a guy from Brunswick it will be worth your while. These are not trustworthy people at all

Description of Work: We discovered we had a plumbing leak in the slab. Called Cumberland on a recommendation and they were out to give us a quote the next day. We scheduled a repipe of the house and they finished it in less than 2days. We were able to stay in the house, only without water a short time. The plumbers answered all questions and cleaned up well.

Description of Work: They unclogged my sink drain. We tried & couldn't do it ourselves. It was pretty bad as it almost broke their machine. SUPER friendly, nice & was recommended to them by a few friends! Will DEFINITELY use in the future |

Description of Work: Have used them twice now, once to install water softner and filter that I purchased at Lowes and the second time to fix a backed up sink. That clog ended up with them having to go in through the roof access. Both times that were fast, friendly and courteous.

Description of Work: Installed a hot water heater. Once they got here it took less than an hour. From start to finish it was within 3 hours we were set up & running. I called at around 900 the owner was so nice he stated he could get to us the same day. They did everything right he called back said someone would be there within the hour one of his employees had finished early and was on his way. I was more than satisfied I will use them again and highly recommend Cumberland Plumbing.

Description of Work: We have a home warranty and they were assigned to come look at our hot water heater and guest bathroom toilet. Within 3 hrs a new water heater was installed toilet was repaired and reseated. Chuck was very personal and professional. We are new to the area so not having references was a little scary. I now know that we have a very efficient plumber to call.
