+ -1 moreIt was a great experience. We made one call to Paul and he was out at our house the next day testing our water and showing us what type of systems he had to offer. The price seemed high so we took a few days to get some other bids. Turns out Paul was right on target. One company gave us a much lower price then when we asked admitted that there were other parts that we would need and the price would be about the same. We were very happy we had information from Paul so that we were able to ask questions and get an accurate quote. Once we decided to purchase the system, Paul drove back out and went over everything with us. He helped with the necessary paperwork and was able to get the system installed the next day. The installer did a great job under less than ideal conditions. We are a new build s we have no grass and a lot of mud right now. He was able to get everything installed in one day. It took all day of sitting in the mud, fighting bugs and getting drenched by the rain. I was amazed that he stayed and finished. I don't know how he was able to avoid tracking mud into the house as he did installations in the kitchen and laundry area. I have nothing but positive things to say about Paul and the company. Thank you for providing us with some of the best tasting water on the planet.
Description of Work: Installed a water treatment system for your home with very poor quality well water. Installed the softener, aeration system, reverse osmosis drinking water and a system for our washer.

+ -1 moreBoth the evaluation and sales pitch were somewhat confusing and hard to follow, and we decided to get another evaluation and estimate which turned out to be much easier to understand and we did buy a water system from this other vendor.
Description of Work: I requested an evaluation of my household water quality and an estimate for installing a system to improve my water quality should it prove to be poor.

+ -1 moreYou got to call and schedule and appointment with Culligan Water Services but they couldn't get out here for two or three days so the water bill tripled because of the leak. The customer service on the phone were nice and like everyone else when you get put on hold for 5 minutes it seems like forever. My wife noticed a difference in water quality but I didn't so to me it was a waste of money to have the system and then it leaked.
Description of Work: Culligan Water Services disconnected our water softening system because it kept leaking.
