Chesser came the same day we called and had the problem fixed by the end of the day. We were away at the time and since we had used their services before we had no problems with them letting themselves into the house. They made a return trip that night to make adjustments with the system and make sure that the system was still running properly. Their bill was very reasonable. Our A/C went out during a week of ninety and above temperatures and we were impressed at how responsive they were during what was for them a very busy week.

I called them up since the other company I was using never called back. They had someone out here in a day or twos notice. After looking over my old system they gave me an estimate for repair and replacement, and I decided to upgrade my old R22 unit and get it replaced. They offered to come on a Saturday for time and a half pay, but I already had a loan for the estimate amount so I declined and they showed up Monday. They were very courteous and asked me if they could drive on the grass, and swept up all the debris from the inside as well. I'm guessing the work took a lot longer than expected because initially he said "In three hours we'll have it up and running." But due to problems removing the old system it took a lot longer. As stated before I had a loan for the exact amount so that's what he charged me for. I was very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone except my most hated enemies.

We recently purchased a foreclosed home. We called Chesser Heating and Air to inspect our system before we used it. They came out on the day we called. A minor repair was made with the ducts in the attic. The system was inspected and cleaned. The price was as expected . We thought we may need a new unit but we were told we should be able to get some more time before needing to replace.

First service call was on Monday; the technician charged 70.00 to come out and assess the problem which he believed to be a bad or failing breaker. Tuesday the technician returned and replaced the breaker which solved the problem, he did not charge any additional money since he should have taken the same steps the day before. I am satisfied with the work and will consider using them again.

They did an awesome job installing replacement ductwork under the house. They were very professional, neat and clean. They recommended a new additional intake in the house to make the air flow more balanced, and they did a beautiful job of installing a new floor intake in the living room. The system is working GREAT. I wil not use anyone else in the future for my a/c needs so long as Gary is working for Chesser!

My AC unit wasn't cooling down the house and had ice forming on the coils in the handling unit. Based on research this was due to low freon. I made a couple calls and this was the only company that could come out on the same day. Even though the cost was slightly higher, I chose to use this company based on positive reviews and the fact that they could come out the same day. The person I talked to on the phone gave me the impression they were very busy so I was impressed when the tech was able to respond within 2 hours of my phone call. After inspecting the unit and checking the pressure the tech determined the unit was low on freon and recharged 2 Lbs of R22. The tech was very helpful and knowledgeable offering many tips on how to keep the house cooler with respect to which types of filters to use, how to get air back to the unit and what to do if we had this problem again. Service charge: 70$ (20$ more than competing company) R22 per Lb: 50$ (5$ more than competing company)

I had pneumonia and my ac broke. I called the office around 2am and they were within 30 minutes to assess the situation. He looked over the inside and outside unit and even went under my trailer to inspect, all without charging me to come out or for doing his inspection. He ran various tests and found the problem to be an electrical issue from the previous person who serviced the unit. A++ work, extremely professional and to the point but very kind and understanding at the same time. Will definitely recommend to everyone and will not use anyone else but Chesser.
