Description of Work: They put down flooring incorrectly by not leaving space at the edges and when the sections started to curl they blamed the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent an independent assessor who determined that some moisture in the slab was partially responsible but the flooring should not have been put down with out correcting the dampness and it was installed without sufficient space for a moving floor. Brunswick Floors refused to stand behind their work.

I really did not have any problem when I bought wallpapers from Brunswick Floor because the very first time I went to them, I had no experience at all with wallpaper. Because they knew that, they suggested that I get one that I did not have to necessarily design for, and it turned out real great, and in fact when I went there second time, I thanked them for that. It really did make my first experience of using wallpaper a lot easier than it might have. She will keep me out from having to buy more wallpapers than necessary, but to make the experience. The room turned out real good as I got it up. She helped me choose the design that did not have to be matched when I bought the wallpaper and it was very nice and the room was very pretty when I finished with it; it really was. The first experience was much cheaper than the second because I think I paid even more for this one wall than I did for the whole room the first time. Of course, the first time I did it I did not use the border, and so I had to buy borders as this is the largest room in my house, which is my living room, and this border itself cost me more than the wallpaper because I think I had to buy about three rolls of wallpaper to do one wall and to do all four of these walls, it would have been costlier for me. I did not buy a whole roll just to do the front side of the kitchen where the cabinet was, but I cut it. The one that I cut out went all the way from ceiling to the floor. I tried to even with the others and now I just have a cabinet with a little opening in the middle where I keep my fruits and some stuff. The sample of the wallpaper was more than enough to do what I wanted to do here, so I took the remainder of it and covered over the lights. All of that cost me more than 100 some dollars. When I placed an order, they did not have what I needed in store. I had to place an order and I had to pay shipment and all that stuff. I do not even think that I spent $70 when I first used it, and I did the whole room.
Description of Work: I bought wallpaper from Brunswick Floors Inc on numerous occasions.
