Very unprofessional!!!

While the bid price seemed fair, what I got for my money in the end was not. To begin with, they used glass from another job to partially complete our job despite the size not being optimum for our enclosures. We saw the installation after it was 75% complete; they had to order one door. They were totally unresponsive to our concerns about the size and door swing direction and unwilling to resolve. We decided to continue the job since they would only replace the incorrect enclosures if we paid full price again. They installed the door while we were gone. When we returned a couple months later to move in we noticed a subtle scratch about 10" long visible when the sun shown through the window. We contacted them again and they were unwilling to even look at the scratch and blamed everyone else but themselves. We have no idea how the scratch got there or if Benge did it but their approach to the scratch, the wrong size enclosures and door swing was highly unprofessional. Based on my experience with Benge I would not recommend them at all.

It went great! Since all of the window blinds had to be custom ordered there was a time lapse - and this allowed for planning to schedule the work to be done.
