Scott took care of everything, sending the install crew who took out my old leaky windows. The guys finished the job nicely and cleaned up after themselves. Great job! The windows look like they always belonged here, and keep the cold air out.

An estimate was provided almost immediately after I placed the call. Scott was my primary contact and he managed the job with exceptional professionalism from start to finish. He provided details of how the process would work and provided timely updates along the way. The actual work was completed in one day, as explained and the team arrived on time and finished earlier than expected. In addition, the crew was efficient, very courteous and cleaned up thoroughly behind themselves. I would highly recommend this team if you are considering replacing your windows.

Owner was very responsive, courteous and considerate. I E-mailed him late one night expecting not to hear from him until the next day but he answered the same night! And his crew members were very skilled and courteous as well and even went above and beyond to make sure that my new windows all matched the framing and style of the older ones. Good deal and A+ company. I'm glad to recommend.

They were extreme nice, did an efficient great job

2 men arrived on time. It took 3 hours to replace all six windows. They cleaned up after themselves, rehung the shades. I have no complaints.

The estimator and a helper arrived without any catalogs to measure the old windows. They verbally tried to describe how the replacement windows would look. They told us that the fixed-pane units would cost more then the coupons. They described the replacement window frames as 1-1/2" wide around the whole window which wouldn't match the other windows on the rest of the house. Faced with extra cost for replacement units that wouldn't match the house, we decided not to have this work done by Zen.

Zen Windows provided exemplary customer service from beginning to end! When my wife and I decided to take advantage of Angie's Big Deal on replacement windows, Scott Groves, the owner of Zen Windows, responded to our inquiry within the hour. He arranged for his installation manager Florencio, to come by the house for exact measurements. Because he was not far from our house, Florencio came by the same day and took measurements while explaining the installation process. Later that evening Scott provided a quote and electronic brochures on their products. After reviewing the proposal and modifying the quote to more closely align with our budget the windows were ordered. On Saturday, January 4, one of the coldest mornings of the winter, Florencio and his assistant Alan arrive at our home with our new windows for installation. Together they worked efficiently and expertly removing our old windows and replacing them with our new, energy efficient windows. They arrived ahead of schedule and worked until the job was complete. After cleaning the work space in and outside the house, Florencio went over the function of the windows with us to ensure our complete satisfaction with the products and the craftsmanship of the installation. My wife and I were very pleased with both. Zen Windows Atlanta was consistently responsive?exceeding our expectations throughout. Scott, Florencio and everyone involved exemplified their company name by providing a most pleasant experience from start to finish. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone interested in replacement windows at a fair price with exceptional customer service!

I ordered a sliding glass door with installation included. The only snag was a delay in the order due to the door being on back order. Not Zen's fault. The door was beautiful. The installers did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, etc. There was a glitch with the handle. I'm still waiting for them to return to replace the outside handle but I still give them an "A" for service, etc.

Very responsive and accommodating, even in a very busy time of year for them. They bent over backwards to get our product installed, even when there were time and weather constraints. Installation looks great and demolition was efficient and relatively painless. Would highly recommend!

Two very nice young men showed up on day scheduled. I was amazed at how the two of them worked together-quietly. They each knew their job and performed it efficiently. They dismantled my old 45-yo sliding glass door. The interior molding needed some amendments so they took it upon themselves to run to Home Depot and buy new molding for my new door around the opening. Wow....who does that? They people are professional to the max. They knew what they were doing--you could tell that by how well they did the job. I HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone! I worked with the owner, Scott, over the phone and you couldn't find a better customer service individual. You find that less and less. I have another sliding glass door leading from my sunken living room to the deck and I intend to use Scott's company again. BTW, the new sliding glass door is heads and above in quality over my old one. Sturdy and great lock on it. I LOVE my new door.

Would only that more service providers in Atlanta would adopt a similar business model.

The installers were exceptionally good. We had difficult replacement, but they handled it beautifully. They were always punctual and respectful. The workmanship was impressive. True professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This was a very good experience! A deal was purchased through Angie's List for 8 new windows and we decided to replace all the windows in our home. We are very happy customers! Everything was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up after the installation. The crew was very respectful of our property and worked very hard. The owner of Zen Windows Atlanta was at the house a couple of times during the installation to make sure everything was going well. He brought lunch to his crew which demonstrated that he cares about them and therefore that helps them to care about doing a good job! We highly recommend Zen Windows Atlanta!

Zen Windows just replaced the rotted sills and capped 20 windows with pvc-coated aluminum on my Stockbridge home. I could not have been more pleased. After 6 weeks of being put off by an out-of-state storm chaser trying to renegotiate the price, I phoned Zen Windows. Scott Groves gave me a very fair price over the phone last Friday. His crew came on Monday, as promised, and were finished by 6:00 p.m. It took only five minutes on the phone with Scott to realize I had stumbled upon a true professional. He was relaxed, without a hint of pressure, knew what he was talking about, and performed beyond expectations. I think Scott impressed me most when he showed up at my house (an hour from his office) on Monday with pizza for his crew's lunch, and to personally inspect their workmanship. No wonder his crew does such a professional job. The mutual respect was evident. When he finished with them he joined me in the garage where we shared a long convivial talk over the trunk of my car...like old buddies. "Bidness" just doesn't get any better than that.

The quote we got from Zen Windows was a full $4,500 less than one received from another window company (for the same job, same options, etc.). The contractor we hired to do our roof recommended that we get a second bid and we're so glad we did! My husband reached out to Zen Windows and set up the project and right away our windows were on order. When they arrived at the company's warehouse we got an email from Scott saying they'd be able to schedule us to have them installed within a week. However, we had house guests coming to stay (in 3 days!) and we were eager to have the windows replaced before their arrival. We called to see if they could move us up and, understanding the situation, they found a way to accommodate us and just like that, we were on track to get our new windows the very next day! Scott sent us an email detailing exactly what to expect on the day of installation. Our house is 2,650 square ft and he promised to have the job done in no more than 2 days. The crew arrived on time the next morning and started setting up. I was able to stay in my home comfortably the entire time they were working. There was some noise from the removal of the old windows but it was very minimal compared to other construction work we'd had done on our house in the previous weeks. They were so respectful of our home, our extra-large dog, and our backyard hens as they worked in and around our house. Each of the four crew members made it a point to greet me when they entered my house, introduce himself, and tell me which part of the house he would be working on for the day. About halfway through the work day, Scott stopped by to drop off lunch and waters for the crew. I was really impressed by how well he treated the subcontractors. I could tell it was a good working relationship and that clearly translated over into how well they worked on our home. Before leaving he came and chatted with me about the project, checked to make sure everything was still to my liking, and SURPRISE (!!!) let me know that they guys were running a little bit ahead on their timeline and would probably be finished by the end of the day. Unheard of. The guys wrapped up the installation and immediately got to work on restoring my home to it's former cleanliness. They picked up all debris from the removal, caulked the edges of the new windows, made everything look nice, moved all of the furniture back into place, packed up all of the old window parts into their trailer, and SWEPT AND TOWEL MOPPED MY FLOORS to clean up after their footprints and the debris that had been tracked around. When they were done it was almost like they were never even there - except now we had windows that could open and shut! Scott came back one final time at the end of the day (6:30ish) when the job was done to walk through and inspect each window with me. He showed me how they worked and made sure they were all locked before leaving. When it was over, we were very happy with the quality of the job and the pleasant service we got from every member of the company we'd interacted with. To top it all off, we got a handwritten thank you note from Scott and a small gift of appreciation for our business. Really a class act and just the kind of excellent service experience you expect when paying upwards of $5,000 on something. We are so happy with our new windows!
