Visionaire Windows

Our experience with Visionaire Windows was excellent. Tim and everyone at Visionaire were great. We were looking to replace 24 40 year old single pane windows. Tim came out to our house with samples and answered all of our questions. We expressed interest in a heat shield coating in the windows. Tim invited us to the shop for a demonstration with a heat gun. He ordered the windows and held them for us as we are having other exterior work done on our home. Our windows were installed today and we love them. We have already noticed a difference in relation to both heat and sound. Cameron, Darren and Tim installed the windows quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend Visionaire Windows to anyone needing new windows.

Visionaire is a fantastic company to work with. They explained everything about the windows we were ordering and the work that they were going to do. They measured our windows twice before ordering to make sure there were no surprises after delivery. They estimated three days of work but were done in two. The overall cost was within our budget and came out lower than our estimate. Would highly recommend!

From the sales presentation to installation, Visionaire Windows treated us professionally. They listened to our needs and provided us with several options. They were in constant contact and clearly communicated all parts of the project. The install was completed according to our timeline and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I will be using them again when it's time to replace our doors for our next project.

Company did a great job for us!! We had 16 windows and 1 door replaced. They were very nice to work with, always on time and did a good job with our project!! We picked them because of their professionalism, quality of product, and price. We definitely recommend them for door and window work!!!

I was so impressed by the professionalism of the entire crew, from the sales-person and process, to the installers, to the owner who called me afterwards to check on my satisfaction with the project. Now that winter is here, my home is SO much warmer and quieter with these new windows. My old windows were so bad that I could feel the cold air flowing in, but these new ones are just perfect and I am so warm! Thanks again to Visionaire for everything.

Josh and Megan kept me informed and set up the install to match my work schedule.A minor issue of some sunken caulking from the temperature change was remedied very quickly by Cameron.The temperature change was 9 degrees less in the home and 12 degrees less in the garage from my old windows during the 4 days it was under 40 degrees.The reduction of any outside sounds and no wind leaking through is also a HUGE benefit. The energy savings should be substantial this winter if the last 2 weeks are any indication of how much of a difference these new windows make.

Josh and Megan are very professional, always responded promptly with any questions. Very good experience from start to finish with replacing 2 large custom windows. This was complicated by interior inserts for leaded glass windows. The installers were professional and knowledgeable.

Had issues with one window not fitting properly, they came right out and repaired it. Scheduling was tough and project took longer than expected- but overall I love my new windows!

Best company I've had the pleasure to work with. I replaced all 26 windows in my 2 story home. Josh was very thorough, showing me the Windows & educating me about them. Words can not express how impressed I was by the 2 carpenters, Cameron and Darrin. They exhibited true customer service pointing out areas of concern around the house. They were truly dedicated to helping make this a great experience. Their attention to detail, and love for their craft makes this an awesome company!! If you are looking to replace any or all Windows, I highly recommend this company.

Very professional, work was high quality. Money well spent and will recover the cost of the windows by the savings in my utility bills. I can tell a different already after one month!!
