we had trouble reaching our Sales Rep via phone/email for several days the week prior to installation. besides that, customer service has been very good.

I interviewed 5 window companies prior to making a decision. Visionaire was priced very competitive and had the best overall window ratings. The Visionaire team surpassed every other company with GREAT service starting with the first phone call to Megan in the office; Ross going into detail to make sure we got the right windows; all the way to the professional team that installed the windows. The owner of the company even stopped by to make sure the job was going good. I highly recommend this company for window replacements.

I got three estimates, the windows with each were about the same. The prices were wide apart. Visionaire was the least expensive, but the quality of the windows the same. Work was done in one day, and cleanup was done.

Replacing windows is expensive, no way around it if you want a quality product and proper installation. We got both from this company. Alex, the sales rep was extremely knowledgeable. He helped us find the windows that best fit our need without being a pushy salesman. He is so personable, we felt like he was a friend. It took about 6 weeks for the windows to come in. Darin and Max and 2 others had 6 windows installed in a little over 3 hours. They were very mindful of covering the floors and furniture and asking if they had to move anything. The work areas were all cleaned and shutters and blinds were all put back on the windows when they were finished. I did have a problem with some factory adhesive that was on the glass and would not come off. I called Customer Service and Kirsten(?) was very pleasant, courteous and assured me the problem would be resolved which it was, immediately. Cannot stress enough the top-notch professionalism.

Wonderful team of people à ¢à  à  from the first appointment to the final walkthrough-every single person was professional, helpful, and enjoyable to work with. The product is absolutely beautifulà ¢à  à  honestly transformed the house. I would highly recommend this great team for any project.

I thus far am very pleased with my windows. Will see how things go over time, but I 'expect' the service to be maintained at a high quality level.

The customer service and work quality was awesome, the actual product, not so much. The window panes were significantly smaller than my old windows letting in less light, not more as I expected.

We got our quote in 2018 but didn't commit to the project until 2019. Josh had all our information and went above and beyond to get things started. The windows were installed ahead of schedule and we are extremely please with the results. There were 31 windows in all and only two minor problems (one broken keeper and a glass unit that has to be replaced). The crew was very good and respectful throughout installation and they cleaned the area around the house after completion. It was as pleasant an experience any home improvement could be.

I chose VW over a big box retailer that was about 10% less expensive. Online research I had done, cautioned me about inferior installation from the big-box stores, so I went with VW. I was quite pleased with the entire installation process as VWs crews were very friendly and respectful, and they keep me well informed of their progress. In addition, the install was completed 2 weeks before the anticipated date.

Good professional company, replaced 13 windows in about 5 hrs...you will be hard pressed to find another window co as reasonably priced as Visionaire...

I hired them to replace all of the windows in my home (11). Josh explained in details about the window options, cost and schedule upfront and accurately, They delivered on the windows and the project was completed as recommended. I am also happy with their customer service as one of the windows got chipped and they simply rescheduled their installation.

Everyone from start to finish was very nice and helpful from Dorothy in the office, to Alex the salesman and all of the window installers. They did a great job and moved everything back when finished and cleaned up their mess. Alex worked with us several times to stay on budget and get the windows we needed.

Everything about visionaire is top notch. they provide quality products for every price point and will do what it takes to please the customer. worth the call!

I would not go with anyone else. These guys know what they are doing and they are very professional.
