I had been with this company for years, The service has turned awful. Do not use this company at all if you are looking for quality work. My grass is worse than it was before the treatments started. I sent pictures to them and they claimed someone would come to check my yard never came and did not explain why. The Technicians ty. hat would come treat my yard would arrive and be gone in 5 min. But they made sure they left the bill on my front door, Turfpride has turned into a dead-end company and take my experience and find someone else. Your calls will be lies and promises they have no intentions to keep and their treatments have not worked, Go someplace else. Don't waste your money. I paid Turfpride over 650 a year and it is wasted money. Find Another Company!!! They are all lies and their product is awful!!!

First application was pre-emergent with fertilization and lawn never greened up. Company said yards were slow to green because of prior year's weather but all other lawns on my street were green, even untreated ones. Said they'd come re-treat in five days and never came. Said it was because they were busy and behind schedule. I called and canceled future service. Put fertilizer from home depot on lawn and greened right up. Aside from rep being friendly nothing set them apart from other lawn companies in opinion.

I am very satisfied. They rescued my lawn from last year's very poor service provided by another company.

TurfPride has treated our lawn for over 5 years now. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and professional. We never have to worry about our lawn- they take care of everything. I love how we get a call before the appointment reminding us that they will be coming out to treat the yard. They have been a pleasure to work with over the years and we have the prettiest lawn on the street!

They always do a great job. They show up as required and do the work. We never have to worry about them coming. They are very reliable. The owner is very hands on and has inspected my lawn and made recommendations on how best to treat it. Very personalized service. I have recommended them to my neighbors as well.

Professional job all the way. Brochure left on how to take care of my lawn after treatment. Hand-written note with specifics on what was done for treatment of my turf (time arrived, time left, temperature, chemicals used, etc.). Signage left in front yard, and excellent job. Have used TurfPride since April when I purchased a home that previous owners did not maintain the lawn, it was FULL of weeds, and with TurfPride's expertise, it's looking great (plus, I follow directions very well!).

I had an annual contract with TurfPride. When asked last summer what to do about my lawn, I was told to aerate it... in the Fall. Then just a few weeks later, the last few days of July, they aerated. I did not renew my contract with them for this year. Yet, they did service in February. I paid and cancelled. Yet, they did service again. I complained and mentioned my aeration last July. The employee said they would re-aerate this Spring. Then I got a call from Zach. He said he would credit my account for the last service they performed... again, I said, it was service after I cancelled and it should not have been done and I should not be charged. I asked when they were going re-aerate as I was told was going to be done for FREE.. Zach said NO MORE SERVICE. He was super rude and very unprofessional.

They did really well. Still using them two years later. I guess they were here three weeks ago. It cost about $45.

It was great. We’re still using them. My lawn guys are good about calling every time beforehand but the shrub guy is not good about always calling me beforehand. That’s not something they normally do I don’t think but that’s something I specifically had requested. I like to see them when they are out here. They used to be a lot better about it than they are now but otherwise, they are fantastic. The service is still good. The work is still good so I had them in that big of an issue I guess but I don’t feel comfortable giving them a 100% A because there’s still something they can work on. They have done great work for us. Our lawn looks great. It’s a major improvement over the past 2 years and we have used them for 2 years.

Last year their special was not so great, but this year so far it has been fine. I'm on a yearly program. Every time they come out, it's $49. I've used them for years, but the issue we had last year was they say one thing and then we call the office an say our grass still doesn't look right and they say they did this, but then the technician will tell us something different. Their customer service -- their office people -- I send in a bill and then I ask when is the next service coming out. They told me I don't have any balance. I asked what the outstanding balance was and they said $1. They are not going to come out to my house until I pay them $1. It was more of customer service.

They were pretty good. I think they fall down in their communication. As for the most part, the service was good. I've had them for a couple of years. They should have better communication. They do a good job.

Lawn looks really good!!! And they are super nice.

We have tried a number of companies. Our yard is a bit of a problem case, having issues with weed growth and dead spots - but we're slowly restoring it and need solid performing weed control in the meantime. The other places would spray and nothing would happen - or they would skip the worst areas and say they thought we wouldn't want those parts done. Either way, they were all horrible. TurfPride came out and everything changed. The grass we do have is green and lush and the weeds have all but disappeared. The difference between what they have done and what the others attempted can barely be described. Their prices seem to be about average - but the difference in what they do is outstanding.

They come regularly. They have been coming since an year. Our lawn is very nice and we are happy with them. They recommended us a very good tree service too.

The workers do a very good job and they are very prompt.

They aerated and treated a lawn that was quickly going downhill. The lawn is recovering nicely. At no point did I feel like they tried to over sale me.

Not well. Our lawn looks worse than those around us who don't even utilize a lawn service. We are very disappointed in our lawns' appearance. We have had 4 applications with little to no improvement. I was repeatedly billed and e-mailed within 2 weeks of the application - even after payment.

We have been using TurfPride Lawncare for some time. They are always on time and call when coming to do a special treatment or added sericve that we request. Our lawn has really held up in past droughts due to their knowledge. We especially like how they will offer advice and guidance for the various plants and trees we have on the property. It's an added bonus. Couldn't be happier and many of our neighbors have switched to TurfPride as well.

They come on schedule, spray the entire yard, and leave notes with any observations about situations that may become a problem. Lawn looks great- fescue is starting to green up and bermuda doesn't have any voluteer green weeds. $45 per session.

After repeated 'treatments' by Turf Pride-Marietta (Kennesaw) our yard is completely filled with moss and weeds. We have been cited by our neighborhood association (Cheatham Hill Park) for unsightly lawn maintenance, and will be fined. We have contacted Turf Pride upon multiple occasions (documented by their office), only to be dismissed on a regular basis, and continually billed for a service they did NOT provide. The final insult added to injury came when we phoned to dispute the final bill and were told, and quot;It will be taken care of.and quot; A month later, we received a notice from their collection agency. This is a business that should NOT be approved by Angie's List. We are one of many persons who have noted a similar pattern of incompetence and neglect.

I think their price is right. They knock on the door just to let me know that they are here. I think they just have a good, clean, and honest business. I actually had the yard of the month this past September as of about 400 homes in our neighborhood. It's in our local newsletter so that was a nice compliment. They also put up a sign to keep the dogs off as much as possible for 24 hours.

The Turf Pride Team arrived at my home early to get their equipment off of the trailer and ready to go. They explained everything they were going to do and asked me if I had any questions or other problems that they wanted me to address. I told them that I had a tree that had grown over the sidewalk in front of my house that was making it difficult for the neighbors to walk by. They said that they would be glad to trim the tree for me before they left. After that, they began their work and did not stop until they were finished. They not only completed the work quickly and efficiently, they also cleaned up everything before they left. By cleaning I mean that they blew off the sidewalks and roadway in front of my house to keep any seeds or fertilizer away from animals or children who may be walking or playing there. They trimmed the tree perfectly and did not even charge me for this additional job. I appreciated their work, their professional attitude, and their willingness to help me with an additional emergency. Their equipment was really new and looked well maintained. The workers were mannerly, neatly dressed, and well groomed. I will use them again for sure.

This company makes it very easy to work with them. They know we have a busy schedule and they will just do the work as it is needed and leave the bill on the door for our convenience. They are always willing to answer our questions and arrange to do any special projects.

THE PRICING OF THE WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED IS VERY REASONABLE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL WORKERS AND THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE TO ALL OF MY NEEDS.
