I had TAC come out after I received a quote from another pest control company. When TAC inspected, they determined that the other company had completely taken advantage of me. I appreciate the honesty and integrity that TAC has and the $925 that they saved me!!

They are Overpriced and dud not receive anything for the money that I paid. I cancelled my contract and still waiting for my refund and return of my postdated checks

The reason that I gave a 4 star rating, rather than a 5 star rating for customer service is that my first appointment was missed and I was not contacted by the company with an explanation. I called them to reschedule and someone came out right away. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable and comparable to other companies. Overall I'm pleased with the service and will definitely use this company again if needed.

I was ill and so I had hired Timothy, I needed animal control for rats and gave me a price for $10,000, he was suppose to take the Ivy off the house, fumigate the crawl space and replace the vapor barrier and insulate the crawl space, I called the owner because they put wall insulation in when it should have been floor insulation and repair wood siding, and did not install the proper vapor barrier just to name a few things, I have an invoice and have a 1 yr. warranty, still do not have the project done, they were also suppose to clean up after themselves and the left everything in my yard, plus I still have rats!!

They were prompt and on time. They explain the cause of the animal invasion and the plan to rid/prevent further intrusion. The cost was higher than expected but they did good work.

Don't hire them for anything.

Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, flexible (he had to fit in around other contractors). We would definitely use again if the need arose and recommend to others.

Great Businesses do what they say they're going to do. TAC did just that. The came when they said they were. They were on time EVERY time. Their workers were courteous, pleasant and VERY professional. The expense was a shock, but their explanation was sound and we were glad to pay it for the services.

For me it took too long, and kinda expensive. They finally finished everything.

I received a call the same day that I put my request into HomeAdvisor. Within 2 days, they were able to go to the house and provide a written estimate, then called to walk through it with me. Very professional and prompt!

Very articulate, polite team. They were completely honest with me on what the situation was (rat) and had a solid plan of action within minutes of inspecting my home. Maybe I paid more than I might have elsewhere but the quality of work AND guarantee for 1 year after completion made this an easy decision. If I ever get critters again, there is no question of who I will call.

Provided effective and efficient solution to bat removal including cleanup disinfect and deodorize. Also screened over vents in attic to avoid future re-entry.

Very prompt, was where he was when he was supposed to be and always called. If I had one piece of advice it would be for them to touch Base once the job is completed
