Ron and his team are the best in the industry. I got 3 bids for the job and the Painting Pros were the highest. However, Ron's bid was the most detailed and he spent time explaining every detail of what they plan to do. At the end of the job, there were no surprises and the total cost was not exactly what he quoted with the exception of a couple of items that I added. Ron treats the job like it is his own. He knows the chemistry behind the different types of paints to be used and recommends the right paint for each and every application. I have come to respect Ron tremendously and call him a friend. He is very honest and ethical and will always give you the very best price for the job. I would hire him again and again for my projects and recommend that you give him a shot. You will not regret it.

This was a outstanding customer experience. Ron provided a very detail quote after a detailed examination of the job needed. Ron explained exactly what they were going to do and the timeline I should expect. The crew was very professional, clean and detailed. They were true professionals vs the fly by night painters in the market. They even rebuilt some shutters that were damaged by weather. I highly recommend this company!

Absolutely wonderful company to do business with! I would hire again with no hesitation and would recommend The Painting Pros to friends. Ron was very responsive and professional from the very beginning of the estimate process (which was very detailed and thorough) to the end walk through of the job. He was able to offer advice to me and was happy to answer any questions I had (and there were many). The painting crew was also great to work with. David and his team were very professional, courteous and helpful. They did a great job with the actual painting as well which was no easy task since the prior paint job was really terrible. They covered floors and furniture with drop cloths before work started and cleaned up my house at the end. I even had to go out of town during the last half of the job and I was very comfortable leaving them here to finish. They did everything I had asked them to do. Very pleased when I came home and the job was done. I can't really say enough good things about Ron, David and his crew and their ability to really make my house look great!

Ron was wonderful to work with and the team led by Tony were great, professional, courteous, helpful and absolutely on time each step of the way. One of the painters helped me to pick out a color at the last minute that turned out to be wonderful! The quality of the work is fantastic and they made what can be an intimidating experience much more pleasant...with a very happy ending! I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I have to give The Painting Pros a perfect score, and before I begin this review, my advice is to pick up the phone and hire these guys. First, this company is not a one man operation. A team of four people, ran by David, came well equipped for the entire job. They showed up right on time and immediately went right to work. Before the paint was brought inside the house, the team prepped everything perfectly. All of the carpet and hardwood floors were covered with plastic and taped down. All the furniture was moved and covered. There wasn't a single drop of paint on anything after the work was done. The Painting Pros had many windows and ceiling lines to cut around, and everything came out perfectly. All the lines were straight and I didn't find a single flaw, not even one, which is amazing. Every single ceiling and window line was perfectly prepped before the rollers came out. Each room received two coats of Sherwin-Williams paint and I was impressed how professionally the was work was done. There were no streaks, drip marks, or any other flaws I could find. I went around the entire house with a flashlight checking for any missed areas and flaws. I found nothing wrong, absolutely nothing. The Painter Pros completed a huge amount of work in three business days. I was astounded how quickly and perfectly the work was performed. In the past, I owned several homes and hired many different painters. By far The Painter Pros did the best job compared to anyone else I ever hired. The Painter Pros have a great work ethic and you won't find them on constant breaks. You won't have to stand around and manage these guys either. They are pros and very motivated to do a fantastic job. I would like to give a special thanks to David, the job foreman. The communication was fantastic, he ran his team extremely well, and his level of professionalism was outstanding. Also, a special thanks to David's entire team. They worked very hard and they should be very proud of the excellent work they do. I am having the Painting Pros come out next spring to paint our exterior woodwork and soffits. I am not taking a chance with anyone else. Their pricing is very reasonable and though you might be able to save a few dollars elsewhere, you won't get the great work I received. Don't be that person! Thanks again to the Painting Pros. I am absolutely thrilled with the great work.

Delayed start, due to very rainy spring, but received regular updates on schedule - they even worked on Saturday to catch up. The team was very good, creating matching custom pillars, spindles for the porch railing, and other pieces, as well as replacing pieces of siding and other wood. Paint is clean, and there was a lot of hand-detail needed. Final result looks great!

Excellent job. Ron paid extra attention to detail when examining the home to point out areas that needed repair prior to painting. Some of the areas I had not noticed, but they needed repair. The crew did an excellent job with the repairs and pre-painting prep. The painting was well done by the crew and they were very respectful of landscaping and the exterior stucco of the house and were very neat. Ron, inspected the work to make sure all areas were repaired and the painting was performed as promised. Ron was very responsive and was able to schedule around some of my scheduling issues to get the job done as promised.

We had an excellent experience with Ron and The Painting Pros. The crew that worked on our home (lead by Tony and Jorge) were thorough, meticulous and conscientious with everything they did. They began by pressure-washing everything, then did all the carpentry repairs (a lot of rotten siding/trim replaced on the chimney and rotten wood around the front door threshold). The repairs were done with great care and high quality work. The preparation prior to painting was very detail-oriented. They were perfectionists with the paint job. Our house looks fantastic! We thought their price was extremely fair, and they went above and beyond to provide great service. We highly recommend The Painting Pros!

No issues, job was done on time and workmanship was great. I travel a lot and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Gave a B on the price since the price was the average on my estimates, Gave a B on responsiveness only because my questions were not answered in a relatively a short turn around time. I would receive answered by the end of the day.

AWESOME. Working with Ron at The Painting Pros was a great experience. Ron is friendly, knowledgeable and really listens. I told him of our concerns about the house. We have been here 11 years and for various reasons had never been able to get the house painted. It's a 30 year old house with the original siding. I knew there would be a lot of wood repair...some of it was obvious to us but I knew there had to be more. Ron gave us an incredibly detailed quote. I spoke with 6 painting companies and his was the only quote that I was confident with. His quote wasn't the most expensive nor was it the least expensive. He walked me through how the process would go and what I could expect. When the crew arrived the first morning, they got to work immediately. We had a crew of about 5 guys working on the house. The entire crew was so polite the whole week. I kept my car parked on the street so we wouldn't be in their way with all our coming and goings. Often, I'd pick the wrong door to leave through but the crew would let me out, no worries. So accomodating and polite. I wish I could remember all their names but they were all outstanding. They'd answer any question I had and if there was a concern it was addressed by the end of the day if not at that moment. I never had to remind them of anything. Tony had to come back for a couple of minor touch ups and he was great. Great attitude, outstanding workmanship. Ron's quote was so very detailed that we had just the tiniest of adds of extra siding/trim that was discovered during the carpentry process. I knew that was a very real possibility but was pretty impressed that the add was as small as it was. I think that speaks highly of his experience with quoting a job. I used to be a commercial interior designer and frequently worked on the final walk throughs and punch lists on jobs. These guys do top notch work. Questions and concerns were always met with good, solid answers and follow through. I was never given the run around or ignored.

The job was exceptionally done. Ron was very responsive in providing a quick estimate and all work was done on-time per schedule and came in at budget (no surprises). Ron and his paint team supervisor (David) kept us well informed/updated regarding project progress. I would highly recommend The Painting Pros. We will be using them for all of our painting needs - both exterior and interior. Great work!

Ron was great! Very responsive, helpful an significantly more affordable than prior estimates. He was great about assisting with color selection and the crew was clean, professional and respectful. I highly recommend PaintingPros and they are our go-to painters from now on! Give them a call!

Just information - I looked for painting company and called them at 10AM . They promised me that someone will call me back to make appointment - waited for 5 hours - no reply. Called one more time and then waited for 1 hour - nothing . "Good" company - very "responsible".

EXCELLENT! I was very impressed with Ron Desiderio and his crew. They did an outstanding job! Very professional, very polite, very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process of all jobs being done. My back Decks look fantastic as well as all the rooms they worked on and painted. They were always on time & did excellent work. And, they are fully insured - homeowners should definitely check to make sure contractors they use are insured. I would definitely hire Ron, his crew and Painting Pros again and recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!

Very well. They were very thorough in both their bid and the work they did. They specifically listed all the areas that needed repair due to some wood rot and damage from 4 large dogs chewing wood trim. When they found out the section of a door that had been chewed by dogs could not be repaired they went to several different suppliers until they could find a replacement part so we did not have to replace the entire door..

Ron and his team were great. The best price and quality. His crew that painted our house was very professional and ponctual. Ron advised us on the type of paint, sheen and color choices. My house looks beautiful and fresh, thanks to the Painting Pros.

We recently utilized The Painting Pros to paint our interior home. (Last year they painted the outside of our home). Ron and his team lead, David, were fabulous. Ron is the consummate professional with excellent knowledge and customer centric skills. Ron made sure that the colors we chose would work together and even suggested a color that was just perfect. David was our team lead and was excellent is making sure that his team did exactly what was needed and reviewed each day's work to ensure that we were satisfied. He cared about the quality of his teams work and it showed. Definitely recommend The Painting Pros if you want your home painted right the first time. They are the best!

Ron made sure that I was notified before each activity occurred. They insured that my neighbors were aware that they would be staining my fence and may need to encroach on their property. It is good to not surprise the neighbors. The job began with pressure washing the fence to prepare it for stain. After adequate drying time, they got right to staining, covering the primary sections. Then the detail areas (gate hardware and attachments). Next came the first inspection. They stained all the small misses. Next came the second inspection. A little more touch up. Once it was to their satisfaction, they had me inspect it with them onsite. The job was perfect. There were no surprises. Great communication.

very pleased, was impressed with the meticulous way that the crew finished off the job - spent almost a whole day doing touch-ups and making sure they cleaned up. We had some challenges with paint color that were not their fault, but they were very understanding and just rolled with the change of plans and never complained. I will use them again, very courteous and thorough.

We had previously reviewed them negatively for being nonresponsive. As soon as the review was posted, we received an immediate call and appointment to do the quote. We appreciated the responsiveness and while it should not have taken a negative review to make the company respond, Ron was professional, appropriately apologetic, and prompt in his work product. The Painting Pros were the most expensive of all the quotes and we are still determining which company to choose but we did want to revise the review to reflect the recent change by the company in response to our issues.
