The Painting Pros

The Painting Pros were excellent. They were easy to work with. They completed the job sooner than expected. We had a great deal of repair work that had to done, and they did it professionally and with attention to detail. We will use them again in the future and have recommended them to all of our neighbors.

It was great to work with Ron, Danny, David, and the rest of the crew. Everything was properly scoped up front, and the quality of the work and outcome was wonderful. I would highly recommend The Painting Pros.

For a past project, we got estimates from several companies, and immediately decided to use The Painting Pros. This was because Ron was so professional and knowledgeable, and his analysis of the project was so detailed and informative, that we felt confident we could trust his company to do the job. As it turned out, the crew did excellent work and we were very happy with the results. When it came time for another project, we went straight to The Painting Pros. The latest project included pressure washing; painting of siding and trim; staining of steps, deck, and screen porch; exterior repairs; and an interior drywall repair. At the time of the estimate, as always, Ron took time to listen to our questions and concerns, and he did his usual detailed analysis of the job. He has an eagle eye for what needs to be done and discusses every aspect of the job with us. He also advises us on options, and the pros and cons of each, and helps us make decisions. He clearly knows what paint or other product will work well on various surfaces and how it is likely to age. Based on our preferences, he suggested several colors that might work well for our siding. Although we were free to use any color, and many of them would have looked great, we did go with one he had mentioned. It turned out perfectly. After talking with Ron, Danny came by to do measurements and take pictures. Danny also has a keen eye for detail and he discussed many areas with us. He took pictures and enlarged them so we could see places in detail, including areas high up on the house. He was very thorough and his work was just another example of how well their crews do the job. Our crew also included David, who was the senior crew member, and Marbin (I think that is the correct spelling?), both of whom did excellent work. As just a few examples: An important part of the project involved replacing eight front porch steps that are exposed to a lot of sun. In order to do this, David had to work around existing railing and stonework. In the past, contractors from other companies had struggled with this area, but David is very skilled, and he handled it exceptionally well. Marbin also contributed to making the steps durable and beautiful. In addition, David did an impressive job on an interior drywall repair, leaving it looking perfect. David and Marbin worked well together and separately, and were both very capable at completing the entire range of tasks involved in this project. In addition to the excellent quality of work, something else we appreciate about The Painting Pros is their supervision and attention to detail. Ron was on site at the beginning and end of the job and at least one time during the project. Danny was also on site several times during the project and at the end. They make sure everything is done and up to the company’s high standards. With the supervisors and crew being meticulous, we have never needed to micro-manage a project. They are always trustworthy, responsive, and professional, and clearly care about making the customer happy and getting the job done right. To sum it up, our house is 20 years old and has had painting and repairs done by several companies. To say the least, our experiences with The Painting Pros have been the best—by far. For that reason, we will always call on these pros and we highly recommend them.

The painting work went very well. Ron, got a really great paint product that worked for my painted cedar siding, Sherwin Williams Rejuvenate, a premium paint and not in retail stores. With cedar siding, he replaced a number of areas that need repair. Several cedar siding areas with a north facing needed work and his crew did a good job evaluating the siding condition His original estimate for the paint and repair work was accurate and did not have any surprises. I liked the prep work done for the caulking, scrapping and sanding on the siding. The house looks really great.

I requested estimates from Angie's List and received three vendors and along with a fourth that someone else recommended, I was given estimates. All the estimators did a good job and for the most part, the services provided were fairly equal. Danny is an estimator/project manager for Painting Pros. He came to the house arriving when he said he would ready to look over the job. Danny was extremely professional, thorough and meticulous in his appraisal of the job. He wasn't in a hurry to move on and was easy to talk with. He pointed out several small areas that needed replacement. Danny answered every question I had and explained all the various things that the job entailed. In the final analysis, Danny was most likely the selling point for the job. In addition I had a number of contacts, phone calls, texts and emails from Ron, the General Manager. He let me know what was going on with the process. Even though Painting Pros was not the low bid, the general process and the right answers to my questions and concerns led to me accepting their bid. Once I accepted the bid I was supposed to go into schedule system, but as things worked out, I got in early. Ron told me they had to cancel a job and asked if I wanted the opening that was the next day. I took it. The first of the crew arrived when Ron said he would. He introduced himself and went to work. He didn't wait for the rest of the crew, he had a job to do and he started. The rest of the crew came and got to work doing prep work. There was no down time, no chit-chat, just the crew working. They pressure washed, caulked seams and replaced siding nails. They worked until the light failed, packed up and left for the day. They were back promptly the next day and finished up the job by about 1:00PM. We did a walk-around and after taking care of one issue, they were done and gone. Danny came back later that day and we did another walk-around to make sure we were both satisfied, which we were. This was a great experience throughout. We need some interior work done and without a doubt we'll be contacting Ron and Painting Pros.

In preparation, I sent out 4 requests for quote, I received three quotes back on the painting project and The Painting Pros price was in the middle of the group. They provided their insurance certificate with the quote. The quote was thorough and detailed and they promptly answered the few questions that I had. The painting project went great. They were able to start when they estimated they could start. Easy to contact and communicate with by phone, text and email. The crew was punctual and took pride in their work and kept me updated on status, they worked constantly. They kept the work are cleaned up daily. They did what they said they were going to do. I feel I received a quality project from The Painting Pros--I would hire them again. I was originally going to hire the lowest priced contractor who seemed reputable with lots of advertisements in the area, but, I had a difficult time obtaining the insurance certificate, and after signing a contract, I was unable to reach them after trying for over a month-it was like they vanished off the face of the earth, I then went back to The Painting Pros who advised that their quote was still good.

I was very pleased with the job that The Painting Pros completed for me. I had 5 estimates- they were not the least expensive but Ron provided the most complete proposal estimate and explained what I needed to have done. Ron recommended the paint that would work best on my walls. Ron was very detailed and patient and answered my many questions. The painters were great. They arrived on time and cleaned up every day. They were very quiet and I didn’t realize they were in the house. The painters had to repaint several areas that prior painters had done a terrible job painting so they had a mess to fix. Ron called and stopped in to check on the job and make sure that I was pleased. Would highly recommend!

Ron and Dan at The Painting Pros were great to work with. They thoroughly review the work to be performed so that there aren't any last minute surprises. They were also good at making suggestions and providing paint options that would work best for my project. I had two different crews (one for the interior and one for the exterior) and both were great. The quality of the work and attention to detail was excellent. I also had some tricky carpentry that needed to be fixed and they did a great job of handling it. I highly recommend The Painting Pros!

I am very pleased by the service and quality of work provided by The Painting Pros. My house looks amazing and the experience was easy from start to finish. GM Ron Desiderio responded quickly to my initial inquiry, provided clear and frequent communication and helpful guidance on several key decisions before the job started, including a trim color change recommendation that turned out to be the perfect complement to the siding and door/shutter colors I had already selected. Danny, who completed the estimate and was the supervisor on site daily checking on progress, was professional, courteous and provided good insight into the process. The painters, David & Marvin, were professional, courteous and did beautiful work. During the final walk-through, I only had to point out a few minor touch-ups, which they addressed promptly and without hesitation. I highly recommend The Painting Pros and would hire them again without reservation!

Over multiple jobs, the team is always very professional, hyper detail oriented, willing to be flexible when needed and most importantly the house and rooms that have been painted always look fantastic. The last job was exterior painting. Sadly I had neglected a lot of exterior maintenance and had a lot of wood rot. Ron and team took the time to show me all of the affected areas, explain what they were going to do to fix it and whenever anything unexpected popped up, such as finding that under some sills also needed replacing, they made sure I saw and gave me options. The house looks like new and no one would ever know there had been issues because they are all now corrected. Overall will continue to use The Painting Pros because I am confident I will get a superior job for a reasonable price .

Ron with The Painting Pros did an amazing job painting the exterior of my home and staining my deck. Ron was the perfect professional having both deep knowledge about how to perform the job properly and how to explain the important details so I can make the best decision. BRILLIANT. We've had ongoing repairs to our house by another construction company that have dragged on for 7 months and been a disaster, Ron was quick, punctual, and meticulous. They did what they said they'd do (and a little more), we went away while they painted and the house was perfect on our return. Ron and his team were an absolute pleasure to do business wiuth and went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ron (as he was to me by my brother-in-law) and wouldn't use anyone else when we do other rooms in the house.

Ron provided a very detailed estimate which was extremely helpful/thorough. I've never had a painting service provide such detail/review of the work in advance of the project. The crew was professional, meticulous, and cleaned up at the end of every day. Not only was Ron in regular communications with us, but we were assigned a project manager who stopped by to introduce himself and of course we had the foreman who was supervising the work daily. I'm very particular about neatness/clean lines, etc. - and they surpassed my expectations.

I have used this company before and they were excellent again. I had many rooms painted and touched up. I had a new room painted and had baseboards installed. On the outside I had a rotted bay window and door sill that was replaced and painted. The work was exceptionally good.

Ron has had his guys come out and do multiple projects for us at this point. All in all they have painted our whole exterior, our basement, our living room, bedroom, dining room, and most recently our kitchen cabinets. So we have had the whole spectrum painted by them, and each time it has turned out great! Ron is a pleasure to work with, and he treats you very fairly. He has always been open and honest about what he thought needed to be done and priced it out very reasonably. We have now hired them 3 different times and will be using them for our next painting needs.

The Painting Pros did a great job. Ron and Danny came out and did a very thorough estimate of what was to be painted and what repairs there were. Luis and his partner did a great job with the repairs and painting. Worked efficiently and happy to answer any questions or explains things. Very good of workmanship. We had more wood repair beyond the estimate but they were in places that couldn't be seen from the ground so pictures were taken to show me what needed to be done. Quality job from estimate to finish. Highly recommend.

HONEST. FAIR. PROFESSIONAL. Like most homeowners, when I hire a contractor I expect good work and good customer service; so I typically do not write reviews unless the contractor's work/service was particularly good or particularly poor; and like most homeowners I've had experience with both. I contacted six (6) companies to provide an estimate for exterior painting and wood rot repair/replacement on my 2-story home. I can say without reservation The Painting Pros delivered the most professional and best customer service I've had in the 22 yrs that I've been in my home. FIRST: The Painting Pros provided the most comprehensive and detailed estimate for the work requested including areas of wood repair/replacement that I had missed. Areas that could not be fully estimated until the extent of damage was better exposed were identified up front. In addition, The Painting Pros explained in detail how they were going to perform the work including the materials used for repair/replacement and why they were chosen. This level of detail enabled me to differentiate (from other estimates) the work quality based on The Painting Pros expertise and approach. If detail and transparency are important to you, The Painting Pros will exceed your expectations; and if you're not interested in alot of detail you can be confident in the quality of work you will get. Bottom line: The Painting Pros professionalism resulted in NO SURPRISES. SECOND: Customer service was exceptional. The Painting Pros provided regular communication on scheduling and daily oversight on the work progress. They accommodated every customer request/preference without hesitation. In addition, The Painting Pros took care of a couple issues unrelated to the main project as part of the overall service. The ownership and focus on delivering a "complete solution" for my home exterior was the most striking illustration of the superior customer service I received from The Painting Pros. Bottom line: I was able to avoid additional/unnecessary expense for issues that were addressed by The Painting Pros . It's been a couple weeks since the work was completed and I can tell you that I have never taken the time to offer as much detail in a review for even an excellent contractor experience. The Painting Pros earned it; and to top it off...Ron and Danny were a pleasure to work with. Bottom Line: The Painting Pros... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Everything went well, the repairs were done as described before painting, all caulking performed and the house painted. Luis was the crew chief and kept me aware of the progress regularly.
