The job went very smoothly. This is a very large 8000 sf hard stucco contemporary home. The pricing was very reasonable. I don't know if I could have found a better price for the same quality work that was performed. Ron was wonderful and supervised all. Everything was explained in detail with frequent communication. Recommendations were made, usually with less expensive but still high quality options offered. Pleasant professional staff that cleaned up great after the job and arrived punctually. Had a few delays due to inclement weather but this was communicated well. We are extremely pleased with the job they did. I would highly recommend The Painting Pros for your next job.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience and the quality of the job was top notch. The quote came in lower then any other with the 15% Angie's list discount. I challenged them to include all the more expensive quotes included and they did. Looking back, this was absolutely the right choice for me.

Once I agreed to let him do the job, he was here ofter to oversee the crew and was always available to take my calls and answer my questions. I am the type of person who is very involved of all aspects of the project and Tim was very accomodating and flexible with me. The staff that he assigned to my job was very good. They arrived each day and were very punctual. They did a great job painting my house and repairing some of the wood rot that I had going on. Overall they did a terrific job and I would hire them again and refer them to friends and family. If you call the company, talk directly to Tim Page to make sure that you get him assigned to your project. Thanks for doing a great job Tim!

Fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a better job done on my house. The crew that did the work on my house was wonderful. They did not skimp on a thing and did an exemplary job. In addition, the crew of three workers were polite and professional, worked incredibly hard, and cleaned up every day before they left. This was not a particularly easy job plus they were working in 100-105 degree weather. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely want to use them again for painting.

We had 20+ year old gutters and needed to paint the house. We requested quoted from three companies and also called to check some recent references. Ron Desiderio does an excellent job communicating with phone, get, email and in person. He was attentive to some of the specifics that I pointed out, like making sure the soffit vents were not painted closed, and worked well with my wife for the paint colors. The front of the house is brick and they did an excellent job will all the window and trim work. The foreman on-site was Tony and he is a true craftsman. I did at one point ask that the crew to be a bit more gentle with the handling of the ladders against the house (though nothing was ever damaged), and I did have to make sure our communication was very clear. We are done for over a month and very pleased with the work.

We had a pleasant experience with Ron who was very professional and has great communication skills. His crew did an amazing job on all the wood rot repairs, especially our bay window and back door! They were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and did a superb job. We highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

I am so pleased with all the work that was done. Tim Page, the project manager, is so easy to work with and he is determined to make sure that everything is completed to our satisfaction. His crew, Fidel and his brother, worked diligently during the two and a half days that they were here. They took great care with our newly refinished hardwood floors in the rooms where they were working. I highly recommend this company and will be calling them back again soon for more interior painting.

Chris came and conducted a thorough estimate of the job and there were absolutely no surprises or extras along the way. We added on kitchen cabinet repainting as the job progressed and it looks FABULOUS! The crew was kind, courteous, and above all professional in every way.

I asked for three contractor estimates for this project. Painting Pros and one other contractor kept their appointments and provided detailed, itemized estimates for free. When the two estimates were within twenty dollars of each for a complex multiroom job with many considerations, I had assurance both were accurate and fair. Painting Pros excelled in proactively answering questions throughout the bid process. On this basis and because they had a designated account manager in place to provide customer satisfaction, I selected them over the other contractor. I was not disappointed. They were attentive througout the work. Crews were punctual and worked prodigiously to finish all tasks with maximum efficiency. Quality of painting was superb, both coverage over past paint colors and attention to detail on ornate trim and woodwork. They would not accept payment until their QA person inspected, talked to me, and even got out a brush and attended to minor "flaws" he found that were invisible to my eye. Truly professional approach to all aspects of work and customer service--and at a price I could afford. Highly recommended.

This is the first time I used The Painting Pros and I would definitely use them again. Day one: prepped walls, ceiling painted and one coat of wall color applied. Day two: second coat on walls and trim. Walk through with Tim Page and all touch ups done. Great job!!

Ron Desiderio and his crew are my favorite people to work with. I have had The Painting Pros here on two separate occasions to paint and patch my kitchen ceiling, paint 3 bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms including walk in closets, trim, crown moulding, windows, and install baseboards. They do a fantastic job priming each area before painting. Ron has the patience of a saint. I can never decide on paint color and he never pushes me. The crew arrives on time, and does THE best work I have ever seen from a painting company. They are extremely courteous and professional. After the job is finished, I never see anything that needs to be touched up. I have never seen a paint drip or splatter on anything. They complete a walk through to make sure everything is 100% perfect before asking me to walk through. It?s nice to have a company do excellent work for you, but it is even better when they are friendly and professional.

Mr. Page came out to the house and gave me an estimate, and since I wasn't in a hurry to have the work done, I waited for him to let me know when a good time would be. There was a small snafu with the painter--he didn't show up on the first day when he was supposed to. However, after that, the work was done quickly, and Mr. Page came out to inspect the work. The job looks great.

I called the Painting Pros based on other reviews. Ron made contact with me the same day and came out to do an estimate in a very timely manner. We had some discussions about the work that needed to be done and he gave sound advice and made excellent recommendations. Once we made the decision, the crew started working the very next day. The crew was extremely pleasant and professional. Their work is top notch and my house looks terrific. Ron was great to work with and easy to communicate with. He did a great job following up and answering any questions that I had. I could not be happier and I highly recommend the Painting Pros.

I can highly recommend this company. We worked with Tim, and from start to finish he was professional and helpful as well as accommodating to our schedule. His crew had to totally paint the interior of our home while we were still trying to live there, not an easy job. I was impressed with how competent they were and what a beautiful job they did. Our home has a lot of natural wood trim that needed to be protected and I did not see even one drop of paint on any of the trim when they finished. They were extremely careful of our furniture, rugs and other items and even had to move many bookshelves in order to paint the walls - all done easily and efficiently. I cannot thank Tim and Ron enough for making what could have been a nightmare experience reasonably tolerable.

It went great. The painting crew was on time and called if they were running late. The prep work comes first, sanding, taping, moving furniture and covering it with plastic--very respectful of your furniture. Everyday they went about their work.--very nice painters--I was at home so there was interaction. Every day Tim Page (Project Manager) would stop by and look over the work and he would call as well.. When they finished an area it was clean!., At the end , Tim and I did a final inspection and corrected anything he or I spotted right away. We shook hands and I wrote a check for the bill..

We worked with Ron during the whole process. He was on time all the time, communicated well and always followed up. After we got the bid (which was one of the lowest among 3 others), he followed up with emails and phone calls to see if we have any questions and see where we are with the process but not being pushy at all. Once they started the job, the crew worked really fast and work was great! Ron was here almost everyday to check up on everything and inform us of the progress and let me know any of the extra repairs that was required (which we knew may happen from the very beginning). We were really impressed with the painting pros and would definitely use them again in the future.

I called Ron based on his past scores on Angie's List. We made an appointment for an estimate. He was here on time. While it's not necessary he was complementary of our home and he was positive from the get go that it would look even better when he was done. He was very tactful when he pointed out some prior work and what his team would do differently to have a better outcome. He answered all of my questions about how certain situations would be handled as we had some previous work done and the painter was not profession at all. He did follow up after he submitted his bid but not in a pushy way. He answered all my Husband's questions regarding the bid. He did a great job making him feel comfortable with his approach to the bid. Ron also provided 3 references that I could call and they were more than happy to talk about paint! ha.. He did our two story foyer and formal living. We had two book cases and a over the mantel inset that needed to be updated for the new paint color. He did our kitchen and keeping room + two hall ways. He also did the ceiling in our in keeping room. We had some touch up work done in our Master Bedroom and we had our Master Bath painted. Along with that he did all of the connecting hall ways upstairs (2 halls). He painted a small youth bathroom and did repairs. He also fixed a wall in another youths room. He did the floors, walls and ceilings (with repairs) for our 3 car garage spaces. We also had our deck stained as well. His team was VERY clean, happy and professional. They arrived everyday on time. They were helpful when items needed to be moved and they were very good about protecting our furniture. We did have some follow up work done as would be expected on such a large job. That too was done in a timely manner without any complaints. Call Ron and don't call anyone else.

We needed our hallways and stairwell painted, as well as the room we plan to use for our nursery. Ron came out within two days of my initial call to give us an estimate. And he came when it was convenient for us. His responsiveness was an indication of the work that would follow. A week later, the Painting Pros were here and they were not only professional, but the work they did was perfect. They went above and beyond just "painting." They fixed drywall issues, painted all of the doors and the trim throughout the designated areas. Also, they managed to complete the job in one day's time! It would have taken my husband and I over a week to complete, and certainly not nearly as well done. Their professionalism and courtesy were appreciated by our whole family -- they were so quite that our two year old was even able to take his nap! We would hire Ron and his team back for any other jobs that arise in the future. Thank you Painting Pros!

The house looks beautiful. We had an issue with trim paint dripping on the front of the house, and Ron took care of it for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The gutters are fantastic, and the price was very fair. I was not at home with the crew who completed the initial paint job; however, the men who came to work on the trim paint and painting of our stucco were great. If you have any concerns, call Ron!

I hired Ron and his team again to paint my basement playroom (kids are getting older, needed to be updated) and also trim and paint french doors which my husband installed but didn't trim or paint. Ron again surpassed my every expectation. The basement was a tough job since I had a mural painted when the kids were young and we wanted it to be gone and I had painted the walls with a faux finish which required skimming and sanding. The team was great as usual. A couple small issues (to be expected) which Ron immediately jumped on and fixed. I can't say enough good things about this company, their reputation, attention to detail and integrity. Thrilled in every way. If you want a job done right and you enjoy working with professionals than this is the company for you.

I spoke to Ron on 12/13/2010 and he came that very day to gather information for an estimate. Ron was extremely thorough in his review of the areas to be painted and he took detailed measurements, By the next day I had a very detailed estimate by room with all the individual areas identified with square footage. There was no comparison to the 2 other quotes we had received AND his price was the best. Upon moving forward with Ron, he had a design consultant meet with us to assist with paint color selections. This was very helpful and provided options we had not considered. Ron also reviewed with us the type of paint he was using. In particular the trim paint in an area that receives a lot of wear. He suggested a new type of paint that would provide a more durable finish. The crew arrived on time and we were introduced to the project managers. Each day the crew arrived on time, were very professional and checked in with us upon arriving and leaving. Since we work from our home and had to use it while it was being painted, every day the crew would move furniture and cover all areas to mitigate dust and debris in adjacent rooms. When they left for the evening the room was back to normal. Ron would come by each day and review the work. He also performed a walk through on the last day and marked areas to be addressed. When my husband and I walked through we were not able to identify any areas to be touched up. Our experience was awesome! I never plan to paint again myself. I will always call Ron. I highly recommend The Painting Pros.
