My husband and i finally bought our dream home and the inside was all beige. So we went on Angies List and found Tim Page with the painting pros and WOW! Tim was amazing! We wanted it done asap and he had his crew in here within a week it was all done. (2400 square foot home). They were all very professional and our home looks amazing! From beginning to end, an excellent experience with superb customer service! Ron was very thorough and discussed all options in advance and came by after the job was completed to ensure all work was completed properly. The crew did an excellent job and finished much sooner than expected. They prepped thoroughly, repaired basic imperfections, protected floors and all furniture and cleaned up thoroughly. I am planning to use them again later this spring for some exterior work and would not hesitate to recommend!

The entire process went very well. Ron returned my call within a few hours that first day and spent lots of time on the phone with me understanding the scope of the project and making recommendations. He came to my home within a couple of days and after walking the spaces with me, went back through the home making precise measurements of each space. He sent the proposal within 48 hours. The price was very reasonable compared to the other bidders, and he gave me lots of confidence that he understood the best paint choices for each space. Several of the spaces were newly remodeled -- including a mud room and the main stairwell -- and he gave us expert advice on how to treat them given our expected usage and the look we were seeking. My wife is pregnant and we have small children, so we were also concerned about fumes. Ron chose appropriate zero VOC paint to ensure we wouldn't have issues. The project took four days, which is what they estimated. The crew was extremely professional, courteous and prompt. They took great care of our home and did beautiful work. During the walk-through they addressed every item on the punch list with no hesitation or pushback. We couldn't be happier with the result. We have an exterior project to do as soon as the weather warms up, and we'll definitely use these guys.

While we did not end up using the Painting Pros, Tim was a consummate professional. He was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was quick and gave a professional estimate. I would not hesitate to use the Painting Pros for another of my jobs.

Ron and his crew were fantastic! I cannot recommend them highly enough and plan to use them for all future painting jobs. When Ron came around to provide a quote, he was far more meticulous than any other company I got quotes from and also gave me a lot of helpful advice regarding work I was having done on the hardwoods (and saved me several 100 dollars on my floors!). He was able to get his crew in earlier than had been expected (which I was thrilled about) and his crew was the most polite I have worked with and they took great care to leave the house clean at the end of each day. They also worked around my schedule without any complaints. Ron was exceptionally responsive and made sure the work was completed to his very high standards. You won't be disappointed in their work.

The Painting Pros should feature my house as a "before" and "after" on their web site! Some of the parts of the house had not been painted for 16 years!! It's a cedar sided, so-called "contemporary" from the mid 80's in the north ATL burbs. - The bidding process: I chose 3 "A" performers from Angie's list and while all three were acceptable. One reason I went with the painting pros is that Ron (manager for North Atlanta) was the first to show up to estimate the job. While not the cheapest he seemed keen on doing a quality job and pointed out areas that needed to be fixed. They are also bonded and insured. One of the bidders was only insured but not bonded. - Prep: carpentry repairs were necessary for some areas so in addition to the pressure cleaning this was done very quickly. Also after the pressure cleaning some areas previously thought to be OK needed to be fixed with board replacements. Ron gave me additional pricing for items not covered in the bid which was extremely fair. This was not an up-sale but necessary for the job to be complete. - The painting: wonderful. Good coverage, with attention to detail and looks terrific! Crew was very thoughtful and thorough. I could tell that the entire crew took pride in doing a job that exceeds expectations. Ron: was a very concerned, pro-active manager spending considerable time with the crew. Julio: team foreman was great. Very communicative and understanding about what I wanted. Rico: Awesome carpentry skills. Quick and good work! I will use them again should I have more painting projects!

From the beginning of project until it was finished, the Painting Pros were timely and professional. Ron and his painting crew was responsive to phone calls and emails, and his estimate was very accurate about the work to be finished. I am impressed about the attention to detail as the house was painted and all of the rotten wood was carefully removed and replaced. I would definitely use Painting Pros for future painting needs.

I used Angies list to select three companies for quotes. I didn't look for the cheapest prices as my 1st criteria but it was important. I looked for the most recent and highest rated. I've learned the hard way that going with the cheapest price buys me headaches and frustration. I wanted a company that was going to do the job right the 1st time at a reasonable price and one that provides excellent service. The Painting Pro's were great and filled all my criteria. Tim Paige was the best to work with. Returned my calls promptly, very friendly and professional and answered all my questions with politeness. He also was great at explaining technical issues about the project. I really feel he was very fair and honest. The workers were just as great as Tim. When they finished I was very pleased but Tim found some windows he wanted re-caulked so they came back the next day. I never would have known about these issues on my own so this showed me that quality was important to Tim and The Painting Pros. They cleaned up after themselves wonderfully so as to never know they were here. I HIGHLY recommend the Painting Pros.

They are the best painters I have ever used, and I have lived in many cities and owned several houses. I am 68 years old and paint my house every 5 years. My last painting in 2008 was done by another company that left me with many major problems. Painting Pros evaluated my house and provided excellent advice on how to fix the old paint job. I really enjoyed working with Ron and his Gold Crew. Ron is very knowledgeable about paints and what should be done on each surface. The crew was extremely good. They were meticulous and took time to do everything as I would have done it if I could have painted it myself. I watched them paint and decided that I would use them again for my next job. I can't praise Ron enough for his attention to my job. He was there throughout the work. He also went above and beyond my expectations. He leaves nothing to chance and makes sure you are happy with the work. Our neighbors have complemented us on the look of the house. If you want to deal with a company that puts you first and goes out of its way to make you satisfied, you should call Painting Pros. In a couple of months when it gets cooler in Atlanta, I will call Painting Pros to do some interior painting.

I selected The Painting Pros to paint the entire interior of my 2400 sq. foot house, primarily because of the recommendations on Angie's List. They were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. They did, however, listen to what I wanted, offered information on products in order for me to make an informed decision on type of paint I wanted to use, put a team on the project and finished ahead of schedule. There were some minor issues but the Area Manager, Tim Page, took ownership, made no excuses, and demonstrated utmost professionalism, far exceeding my expectations. I will not only use The Painting Pros again, I recommend them to my family and friends,

I called Painting Pros to come out and give me an estimate on painting the exterior of my home. They were one of three quotes I obtained to get my home painted (the other two companies were also highly recommended here on Angie's List). But the main reason I went with Painting Pros was due to Ron. Not only was he very personable (just like the other guys who came out to provide me a quote) but I think it was his character and his knowledge about painting that helped me make my decision to go with Painting Pros. Ron came across as trustworthy, responsible and fair and he went into detail about the different thicknesses (millimeters) of different paints and their formulas. I never had a painter explain that to me before. During his initial visit, Ron told me his crews have been working for him for years and were focused on doing a quality job. Ron also told me he wouldn't be the cheapest price, but would offer me a fair price for the work that needed to be done. He also told me that he would come out to the site and always keep me informed on the status of the project. *To be honest I've heard those promises before, but Ron and Painting pros did deliver on everything he told me. And Ron was flexible... as we were having new windows installed that were delayed due to all the rain we've had, but Ron kept moving me on his schedule. Eventually our windows were installed and the Painting Pro crew (along with Ron) came out to our house to start work on the day promised. They first removed all of the old gutters on our 20 yr old home, then pressure washed all of the exterior (while protecting the bushes and flower beds near the home). After the house was dry, his carpenters (3 of them) started removing the rotted siding and rotted wood trim. We actually had alot of rot. They replaced the siding and trim on our dormer, siding going up one section of our roof, rotted siding and trim going up the chimney, as well as a large section of rotted siding on the back of the house. They also replaced the trim around the back door, trim on both garage doors and trim around the basement door. All the wood around our front door and bay window was completely rotted, so they replaced all of that wood as well. But each time they needed to replace rotted wood, Ron would let me know what needed to be replaced and would offer me some choices (e.g. partial replacement or full replacement of trim, treated wood, hardi or PVC) leaving the decision to me. Ron was always concerned about keeping the price manageable. After all the siding and wood repairs were completed, they were ready to paint. But prior to the painting, he left my wife and I one of his color sample kits. We picked out what we thought would look good and called Ron to let him know our choice. Ron was out the next day putting a sample (couple of brush strokes) on the side of our house. It wasn't close to what we were expecting. So Ron offered some color ideas that he said are fairly popular right now and suggested we pick three colors. Ron was back at the house again, leaving a sample of those colors on the side of our house and labeling them with blue painters tape to help us in our decision. He also suggested we look at those samples early and later during the day to see how the light might impact the view. He also suggested we walk up the street and look at the paint from a distance besides looking at it close up to make sure we were satisfied with our choice. Bottom line, he helped us pick a great color that went with the color my wife wanted for our shutters and front door. After the house was painted, about two days later the guys came out and installed our new gutters. Our old gutters were 4" and the new ones were 6". The next day we had a huge storm and the gutters did their job... much better than the old small gutters we used to have on the home. Throughout this entire process, Ron would either call me or text me everyday to let me know what was going on, what the next steps were and offer his recommendations on several areas that needed to be repaired. His crew was outstanding. Definitely a hard-working crew. they even came out on a Sunday morning (after checking with me the night before) to try and finish up the job due to all the rain we had been experiencing. Since our house was painted by Painting Pros, I've had several neighbors stop by and tell me how much they liked the color scheme (Thanks Ron) and asked for one of Ron's business cards. I basically have a new outside and could not be happier. As we all know, renovations and painting jobs don't always go smoothly.

The Painting Pros did a wonderful job! Ron promised that his painters were the best...and he delivered. Our house looks brand new. They took the time to make it right. Every area is looks perfect. They even went above and beyond....they pressure washed part of the driveway and brick walls that were extremely dirty. They also cleaned lint from the exterior laundry room vent before painting. This team was extremely professional. They were knowledgeable and hardworking....only took one break each day for lunch. I would definitely use them again. We are very happy homeowners.

Here is what I got from Ron and The Painting Pros: Timely communication, a fast response to any questions, a detailed and accurate quote--which was surprisingly competitive. I also got good, professional paperwork and follow-up. And I got the best exterior paint experience I have had in 25 years of home ownership. The crew was very tidy and did thorough clean-up each day. They replaced only the wood that needed to be replaced and did an exceptional quality paint job along with some finer details no one has ever done. They did the exterior paint work in the winter and then sealed my flagstone pool deck and also made my very hard-to-refinish Brazilian Hardwood (Ipe) deck look like new this spring. No question about it ? they will do any and all of my paint jobs in the future. There is no weakness here!

Tim gave a very detailed estimate and was very professional. Tim called an hour before they were to start work to let us know they were coming. Tim showed up with a crew of three and began work immediately. I wanted a few extra things done that weren't on the estimate and Tim added them for a reasonable price. The crew were quiet,honest and very polite. They were very detailed oriented. They worked the entire three days they were here and were still doing extra touch up work even after the walk through with Tim. This was the most professional contractor I have ever hired and would not hesitate to hire again.

The job took 6 days and every day they were on time, worked hard, cleaned up and were extremely fussy in the job they were doing. First of all it was a really positive experience working with the Painting Pros from beginning to end. Manager Tim really works hard not only to earn your business, but also to make sure that the job is done well. During the estimate, he gave us the most information about what would be done, and also took time to tell us about the painting crew. He had said they were very efficient, and he also assured us that the foreman Ebber would take care of all our painting needs and that we could approach him with whatever painting issues we might have. On the first day, I could see that everything that Tim said about Ebber and the crew was correct. They took time to cover and move everything (and themselves) before starting. They stopped to ask me questions about the painting job, and make sure that I was getting what I wanted. They finished quite quickly, but upon examination, it really turned out perfectly. The power washing and deck staining also turned out better than I thought. It rained quite a lot the following days so they couldn't come out right away to finish staining the deck, however, Tim called to update me periodically on whether the crew would be able to work on a certain day or not. I even pointed out some minor things that needed touch-up which weren't originally included in the original estimate, and they were happy to do it. Overall, Tim, Ebber, Marisol, and crew were excellent -- they really know how to work with the customers on every aspect to get the best job done.

The crew was fast and courteous. The job was well done. More money than I thought but average for the estimates that I received

This company was by far the best contracting company we have ever worked with. We have lived in our home for 17 years and have had a lot of work done to our 23 year old house. None of the previous contractors came near providing the experience Ron provided for us. We called several Angie's List painting companies. Ron was willing to match the price of the least expensive quote. Ron was prompt and thorough with his estimate. He line itemized every task his crew was going to do, including listing each location where the rotten wood needed to be repaired. The painting crew was thorough and professional. They arrived early every day, worked quietly and cleaned up before leaving. One crew member was designated the contact person for the job. He was professional and spoke English well, as did several other crew members. Ron came most days to check on the work the crew had done. He didn't need to. The painters had very high standards, often doing extra work that wasn't on the list. - example: they applied an expensive clear polymer not only at the base of areas that came into contact with water but also it up the sides of doors and windows.They even found an area or two of rotten wood that Ron had missed in his quote. Instead of painting over the rotten wood, they brought the areas to Ron's attention and Ron had them fix the areas with no extra cost to us. They did an excellent job. They also pressure washed my garden swing and bench at no extra cost. They repaired a side garage window and only charged us the cost of materials. When our storm windows were replaced I noticed the rain had splashed dirt on them. I asked if the streaks could be wiped off. The crew washed every window in the front of the house, inside and out, going way above what I would expect a painting company to do. Ron was delightful, professional and very easy to work with. He called most days to see if we had any questions or concerns. He was extremely customer oriented and concerned about our satisfaction. If you are looking for a professional, detail-oriented painting company, I highly recommend The Painting Pros. I will be adding this company to our neighborhood directory of excellent service providers. We will definitely use them again, for interior and exterior painting.

I was impressed with The Painting Pros when their supervisor came out to my home for the estimate. Based upon my impression during that interview, the fair price on the quote and the positive reviews on Angie's List, I hired them to do the job. By the time we started the project, the supervisor that I had originally worked with had left the company, but I was happy working with his replacement. Unfortunately, due to weather and a previous job that took longer than expected, they were a couple of days later than our initial start date, which interfered with the schedule I had for installation of new flooring. As a result, the project was broken into two separate working schedules, but the team worked very efficiently in having this happen in a seamless manner. This is the reason that I rated a B on punctuality. However, on a daily basis, they were always on time and on schedule. The crew was excellent, professional, and polite. They left the project clean and comfortable at the end of each day. The finished product is superb. I would use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

Having had difficulty finding a good painter, I did due diligence research on Angie's list, found two companies with impressive reviews. Tim from The Painting Pros came out to give an estimate on the ONE DAY WE HAD RAIN IN WEEKS! Not to be deterred, Tim got his big golf umbrella and carefully checked all the exterior for any sill rot etc. I knew we had some repair issues which is why the painting needed to be done now. Since Tim had carefully checked, his estimate included almost all the rot problems and therefore was a more accurate price. The other company's estimator came out on a sunny day, walked around the house and said our woodwork was in great shape - just some "cracked" caulking. That was a total shock as I had noticed I could press my thumb i/2 inch into the rotted wood on a window sill near our driveway. We called Tim at The Painting Pros and scheduled the work to begin. Tim came the day the work began to introduce Ebber and his fellow painters. I can truly say these guys are the best painters we have ever had! From the thoroughness of the pressure washing to the caulking and carpentry repair, they were knowledgeable and efficient. They took great care to cover everything inside where interior painting was done. Tim supervised with a daily visit or call to make this a great painting experience for us. I get the impression this is Tim's goal for all his painting clients. Ebber and his crew worked very hard everyday until the work was completed showing up on time and never leaving early. They cleaned and put everything away at the end of the day. Before leaving each day, they would blow the drive and patio to for an immaculate appearance! THANK YOU TIM, EBBER, AND CREW!

Tim Page did a great job of managing the job and crew. Eber and his crew were very respectful of our property and cleaned up at the end of every day. Our neighbor even commented how well they cleaned up and that at the end of the day you could not tell that there had been workers on the premises. Eber ensured that the work was done in a professional manner. The attention to detail was outstanding! Tim Page walked the job at the end to ensure all work was completed as quoted.

Ron Desiderio is personable, professional, courteous and very detailed in his estimating the job. Any additional work was discussed and priced before the crew proceeded. At completion, there were no surprises in the final bill. The crew(Saul's crew) was timely, very professional and polite. They worked very hard, long hours and cleaned up daily. We have a large home and we were more than pleased. We would definitely rfecommend Ron and The Painting Pros for all your painting needs.

The inside paint job went great. They painted walls, ceilings. and doors. I rate them A++

The job went very smoothly. This is a very large 8000 sf hard stucco contemporary home. The pricing was very reasonable. I don't know if I could have found a better price for the same quality work that was performed. Ron was wonderful and supervised all. Everything was explained in detail with frequent communication. Recommendations were made, usually with less expensive but still high quality options offered. Pleasant professional staff that cleaned up great after the job and arrived punctually. Had a few delays due to inclement weather but this was communicated well. We are extremely pleased with the job they did. I would highly recommend The Painting Pros for your next job.
