Ron and his crew were excellent. Ron's estimate was the best one I received, and his service and quality of work were excellent.
Ron answered all of my questions and provided me with options that fit my budget. Both he and his crew were friendly and professional. I recommend The Painting Pros (Woodstock) highly and will hire him again this coming summer to paint the interior of my home.

The painters were here about 4 ½ days. The foreman (Julio) came each day to inspect the work, make recommendations to his team for corrections, assisted with some of the labor, and interacted with me to make sure I was comfortable with the quality of the work along the way. Ron (owner) visited a few times as well to do his own assessments and make sure we were
happy with the work. He was in contact with me every day in person, or on the phone, or via email.
The work team arrived on time each day, worked through late afternoon or early evening to complete the areas they had targeted for that day, and cleaned up afterward each day. Everyone was courteous and focused on their work.
Both Julio and Ron bent over backward to accommodate our preferences. For example, my wife babysits our grandson in our home on Mondays and Thursdays. Ron tried his best to coordinate the work so as not to interfere with our mobility and needs during those days. They were all friendly and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable with them in my home.
The quality of their work was impressive. It appears they needed two coats of paint on many areas, but we were only charged extra for the second coat on two rooms where very different colors were used than what was being painted over. (I had been informed before any work began about extra charges for rooms requiring a second coat of paint.) Other areas requiring
double coatings - doors, door casings, other walls, etc. ? were completed at no additional charge.
They even scraped, sanded, and repainted one bedroom door ? both sides ? that I had butchered (lots of dried, runny paint) at no additional charge.
Julio and Ron noted any areas they found not up to completion quality and marked each for re-sanding and/or touching up as needed. One larger area in the hallway needed to be re-sanded and repainted, so they repainted that entire wall to make the correction unnoticeable.
Our front porch needed a lot of old, loose paint scraped off. That exposed some wood which appears to have been wet ? though not rotted ? for a long time. Though I had already purchased non-returnable paint for the porch, Ron recommended the use of a same-colored stain instead to adhere better to the wood and old paint. He purchased the gallon needed at no additional cost to me.
We had a walk-through before I signed off on the work.
The Painting Pros are very professional, reliable (huge priority to me), detailed, provide high quality work, and are honest (they
found and corrected blemish areas I hadn?t even noticed).
They?re not the cheapest (Ron will tell you that), but we wanted a paint project that would last for the long haul. That I think we have.
Would I recommend this company and hire them again? Definitely.

it was wonderful. I have never had this much work done with such a responsive and capable team! Ron knows what he is doing and Bernardo was awesome to work with. Out of the four estimates, they were the most expensive, but I had a great feeling about them and I was right! Ron contacted me every day and kept me informed as to exactly what was happening. We were very pleased. The crew was punctual and worked constantly. Except for weather, there were not delays. The work quality was excellent. I know some of my neighbors already asked for their business card because of how much they liked the work on the exterior. It looks like I have a brand new house.

It went better than any other painting work on any houses my wife and I have owned. Stop looking and trust this 70 year old man (me not Ron) to lead you to a great painting experience. Ron is a great guy who jumps on any concern you might have (and there won't be many) and clears them up to your complete satisfaction. He always gets most of the attention and is a great manager but his strength lies in his ability to hire the right people--no slackers on his painting teams. One neighbor called and said we were making them look bad. And she meant it in a good way. My personal motto has always been "If it's to be, it's up to me." Ron was one of the best and most professional painting service companies I've hired.  The entire crew was very meticulous.   Will definitely use them again!   I have already refered them to a neighbor who is very pleased with their work as well!

This is the second time we've used Ron and his team, and we were equally happy.  One side of our house faces the afternoon sun, and the paint was peeling off the aluminum siding (not a normal problem).  Ron brought an expert from the paint manufacturer to look at it and develop a gameplan.  His crew then meticulously removed the rest of the paint from that side, applied a special coating to the siding and re-painted it. It looks great, and you can't tell that it's different from the rest of the house. His crew also painted one of our bedrooms and the interior of three closets -- including significant patchwork where old wire shelving systems had been removed.  The patches were extremely well done, and the crew was careful not to get sheetrock dust all over the rooms.
They arrived on time and worked quickly -- total of two days.  We would definitely recommend The Painting Pros, and we will certainly use them again for future projects.

No service was done. We spoke about my deck and the best way to stain IPE hardwood.

Ron was very accomodating. Since he knew i was waiting for this service, he was able to get me in his schedule ahead of time. His crew was very professional and very carefull and always on time.

The Painting Pros was one of several companies who gave us estimates for our job. They were the lowest, but they also seemed the most professional. Between the time of the estimate and the time the job started, the person who gave the estimate left the company, but Ron, the next person we dealt with and who we later found was owner of the company, honored the estimate. We needed to have the job done sooner than we had planned, and Ron was able to switch some jobs around  to accomodate us. Bernardo and his crew arrived on a Friday morning. They worked half a day on Saturday, and the job was finished the following Thursday. First, they pressure washed the house. They they scrapped and caulked. There was lots of scrapping to be done, but they were very through. They also replaced rotten wood in the facia board and on our front stairs. They used exactly the paints that we had agreed on, and gave us a large choice of colors. Berbardo was very responsive to my questions and was able to keep me up to date on how the job was going. Ron called me at the end of most days to update me also. Bernardo and his crew did a great job of taking care of our property and cleaning up at the end of each day. He was quick to take care of any concerns I had. When the job was done, he walked the job several times to make sure that everything was taken care of. When Bernardo and his crew left, except for a newly painted house, it looked like they had never been there. The next day, Ron came out, walked the job again and found a place or two that he touched up himself. He was very personable, and did all the he could to make sure that we were satisfied with the job that his company had done. He gave us some ideas about how to keep our paint job looking good for as long as possible. All of our dealings with this company were pleasant and professional, and I consider The Painting Pros to be my painting company for the future.

I worked with Ron Desiderio. We were buying a home and were trying to get the interior painted before we moved in. Ron responded with in an hour of my first call. Since we didn't have possession of the home when we first spoke our schedule was limited to specific times. He was very flexible with that and met me when we could get in the house. From then on I have nothing but good things to say about Ron and his crew. My husband used to be a painter and is very picky about work done in his home. After the crew completed the job he said he would hire them again! They were always on time, polite--asked me if they could play their radio while they worked. It took them 4 days to complete--which included our deciding to change the color in one room and add another coat of paint in another. There was one area in the half bath I thought needed revisiting and Ron took care of it immediately. Also, he didn't accept any payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction. The rooms are beautiful. With all the hassles of moving Ron actually made this process easy and painless. Thank you Ron!

I forgot to add that he also repaired one large window with wood rot and replaced two windows as part our costs.   Did a great job with that as well.

Excellent work as always.  Our house is 21 years old and we replaced the old masonite siding with new Nichiha boards.  The Painting Pros caulked every seam and painted the house flawlessly.  The work was done on time, (finished a day early in fact), the crew communicated well and were always professional.  I've used them in the past to paint the interior and I will most definitely use them again.

We could not have been happier with the job that Ron's crew performed.  They were extremely professional, and their work was done flawlessly.  If you are considering interior or exterior painting, don't hire anyone without at least getting a quote from them.  There are cheaper/riskier options available, but their quality is top-notch.  They painted almost the entire inside of our house, and during the final walk-through, I couldn't find anything that needed to be retouched.  Just awesome!

The project went absolutely amazingly well! I have tremendous trust in Ron. He oversaw each phase of the project and immediately brought questions to me, for fast turn around. Ron visited the site at least once a day and was in close phone contact throughout. I give Painting Pros the highest recommendation poissible.

Ron is a great person, very honest and stands by his work. His crew worked quickly and did great work. Even placed all the pictures and decorations back on the wall when done. Would recommend him to anyone

It took quite a while to schedule the work due to weather and other issues, but they kept in touch which I appreciated.  Aside from that, they showed on time, did excellent work, and were very nice at all times.  They even covered up some of the shoddy work done by another company, and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.
