Description of Work: During the recent snow storm, a tree fell on our house and damaged the chimney and roof. Our house had just been painted in the spring by The Painting Pros, so I called Ron and asked if rebuilding the chimney was in their scope of work. He said absolutely and began the process to do the repairs. The chimney was so damaged it had to be dismantled and rebuilt. They came out twice to tarp the chimney during inclement weather (once at 11:30 at night!) to protect from water damage. The foremen on the project were Tony and Jose. They were so conscientious and meticulous with their work. They made the chimney look good as new! The entire crew worked so hard to get the repairs done, during the holidays no less. We cannot adequately express our gratitude to everyone at this company who has worked on our house (twice now). Ron even worked directly with our insurance adjuster to make sure all repairs were accounted for. He also went out of his way to make phone calls for us and found a company to make/install a chimney cap. It is rare these days to find a company that goes above and beyond with their service. The Painting Pros are that type of company and we'll never call anyone else for work on our home.

Description of Work: I used Ron and the Painting Pros back in the Fall to have the exterior of my home painted in anticipation of a Spring sale. Brought Ron back in February on the advice of a home stager to have interior repainted. Once again Ron and his team did an awesome job. An unbelievable transformation and outstanding quality and attention to detail. His crew was in and out in 3 days and did an excellent job on prep and post job cleanup. Ron is very involved and responsive and came by each day to check on the progress. He gave great advice and suggestions for what to paint, what not to paint, and what to just touch up to save us money. I couldn't be happier. This is a great company run by an outstanding person.

 + 5 moreI had a completely awesome experience with this business. I liked that the person, Ron, who sold me the work, would be my contact person on the job! (No he said/she said!) Ron made a special trip to show me the "matched" exterior paint color so I could okay the color before I went out of town. Upon my return we started on the inside work: those crews spent a lot of time prepping the damaged walls- they look brand new! (Which is hard to do with a couple of preschoolers and all of their art work!) In my open floor plan home, I had a pass through where the wall tape had come undone. I wanted it repaired but did not want to have to have the entire room painted. Ron's crew completely handled it- it looks great. Most impressively!!!! We have custom cabinets that were painted in a factory sealed environment with a nice sheen. Unfortunately, some of the cabinets were chipping, in particular the dishwasher face. They were able to match the color- and account for the aging of the paint since they were installed- in a completely seamless way. So I had 4 fronts repaired in a sea of cabinets and you can not tell a difference. They look exactly the same. This feat deserves a moment of silence- like no kidding. They also did some carpentry work: replaced rotting wood on the garage door frame, installed 'S' hooks on our shutters & installed a piston door closer on a screen door. So, a full service company. Another thing- which is actually a BIG THING- is that the painting crew went through each room with me to determine which items I would be hanging back up in the exact same place. i.e. they did not cover up those holes. So for that mirror over the bureau I did not have to recreate the exact right place. Priceless! My home is a combo of wood, siding and brick. Ron used the appropriated paint for each of the different textures so we would get the longest life of the paint. He also put a solid stain on the wooden play set. It all looks great! I HIGHLY recommend this company.

From the outset, The Painting Pros distinguished themselves by providing a detailed, itemized list of all services to be rendered. We had 3 other contractors provide estimates, and not one could rival the detail provided by Ron's quote - we knew exactly what we were getting. In addition, Ron was the first contractor to follow up with us and see if we had any additional questions. He was also able to use his experience to recommend certain paint types and techniques for the interior of our home to achieve the best result. His crews were always on time, they were polite, and they did excellent work (they are amazing to watch removing wallpaper!). Ron also visited each day to ensure the job was being done to our satisfaction. Once the job was completed, Ron walked through the house with us, and we identified any areas that were not quite perfect. All these items were addressed promptly and we are very happy to have used The Painting Pros. We look forward to having them paint the exterior of our home next year! Overall, The Painting Pros is a company I enjoyed doing business with and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
