Considering the current economic environment when people are watching their pennies, you would think a business would follow up with a potential customer who is looking to purchase home theater equipment $$$ and services. I visited the Home Theater Store in December '09 and then followed up with several phone calls and emails to get a quote throughout January and February. No response. I even sent them an email with a layout of my home showing where I would like to add equipment like speakers, TVs, etc... thinkin they were too busy to get back to me, but still no response... not even a phone call. It turned out to be a big waste of my time!
Description of Work: No services were ever performed because I could never get them to follow up with me.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. WORK WAS FINISHED, AS SCHEDULED, WITHOUT ANY SURPRISES.
