This company has the absolute WORST communication! Sharon the owner lied to us twice. When the original person came out to give the quote, he totally misquoted the size of the move. The day before the move, we were supposed to have 3 guys come to pack. Only 2 showed up. On the day of the move, they showed up 3 and a half hours late because the selfish owner booked a job before ours. We were told they would be at our home at 9am. Because the size was misjudged, the two trucks they had (only own one, had to rent a Uhaul for the other) wouldn't fit all of out things. The movers were great, however because of being late, they didn't finish unloading at the new home until almost midnight. We were promised, by Sharon the owner, that they would be at the old house the next morning at 9am. Of course they didn't show up until 11. Yet again, the remaining items in the home did not fit into the 2 trucks. At that point, due to the major frustration of the owner's lies, the miscalculated estimate, the broken furniture, the dents/scratches in the walls, and worst of all the gouges in the hardwood floors, we decided to be done with this company. We had to rent our own Uhaul to go and get the rest of the items from the home. We had our floor guy come out to fix the floors and paid him. When the incompetent owner finally called my father to discuss the issues days later, she tried to tell him that she needed to charge more than the estimate because it took much longer than anticipated. He ended up paying the original quote, minus the amount that he paid to have the floors repaired. Now, two weeks later, the owner still has not contacted us to have someone come out to make the rest of the repairs to the walls. This was nothing but the worst experience! The movers told us that they are not used to moving houses, just apartments, condos, and dorms. I would absolutely never refer this company to anyone!

wow, where to start? 1. The movers arrived 2 hours late (with no explanation) on moving day (I needed to be out by a certain time due to a closing). 2. The movers were slow and really dragged it out for the hourly fee. 3. My children overheard them making fun of me (unprofessional), because I was "mean" (see: 2 hours late). 4. Did extensive damage to the front door, and denied it, until shown photos (still not resolved, after multiple attempts to contact). 5. "Customer service," when contacted re: the damage, was horrible, screamed into the phone, called me names and hung up on me (see: unprofessional). 6. Left items behind at the house, which needed to be personally retrieved in my own car. Also denied this. I paid you to move my items. 7. When I contacted another customer service rep regarding the unprofessional behavior of the first rep, I was promised that this was "not how they do business" and was assured I would receive a discount on services at the end of the move. 8. When contacted at the end of the move, this same rep then said "yeah, we're not going to offer any discount" and then told me that if I didn't pay the full amount, the movers were instructed to stay IN MY HOME until I did. Seems like threats are how they get paid for shoddy work. My credit card company, fortunately, agrees with me that the services paid for were NOT rendered, and it's currently under dispute. A Better Business Bureau complaint has also been filed. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THIS COMPANY. And check if your company is subcontracting out (which is what happened to me, completely unaware), and find out WHO they are sending. I can only hope what happened to me does not happen to anyone else; I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
