Had a leak inside that 2 other plumbing companies could never get it repaired correctly.
So on the 3rd leak I call Sundial.
Great customer service and the technicians are very professional and knowledge. They had the problem solved that day and it has now not leaked again.
And the pricing is extremely fair as well.
I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

We had Sundial Plumbing come and do a sewer scope on a house we were thinking about buying. While they were doing the inspection we mentioned that the garbage disposal wasn’t working, so he took a look at that too. Turns out it was just clogged and stuck, as the old owners didn’t take good care of it. The technician cleared out the debris and got it working in no time! He really made the extra effort. Such a relief to not have to pay for a new disposal! Very professional and expert service. Will be using and recommending them from now on!

I used Sundial to repair a leak under my driveway. Morgan was honest, helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Once the leak was located and the repair scheduled, the work was completed and cleaned up in a morning, and the price was in line with what I expected from my research. Afterwards, Sundial called to ensure that the repair had been completed to my satisfaction. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and professional.

Contacted Sundial for a leaking PRV valve. They said they could come by next day between 12 and 4. At 1145 I got call saying they were on the way. Sean arrived about 40 minutes later. I explained issue and he had the part on the truck and the part was swapped out. Fair pricing, fast courteous service and a professional attitude. I would highly recommend.

Description of Work: We had a leak occur in the copper plumbing and had them come out to repair it prior to June. Then, in June, another leak occurred in the same section of pipe. We called for service and the man came out “after hours” as the water was doing a lot of damage. He looked at the leak and stated that we would have to replace all of our copper pipes to correct the problem. He told us that when the pipe was installed, some of the welding material go into the system and corrupted the whole system. He wanted us to decide then and there what we would do. We told him we were going to research this and let them know. He said he would contact us the next day, which he did. This was a Sunday. We had then consulted with two people who said this was an outrageous assessment and said we were being lied to just to get the business. Subsequently, we had other plumbers in to assess the situation and they all told us the tech from Sun Dial out and out lied to us. Also, the previous visit was way overpriced as we found out later. This is not a reliable or trusted company!!!!!

+ -1 moreThe actual installation was fine but the price and the followup with Sundial customer service was not acceptable in this situation.
Description of Work: In July 2010 Sundial installed a new water heater which, according to them, was top of the line - Rheem Fury Natural Gas tank with a 6 year warranty on parts and tank. In November 2011 (15 months later), the tank began to leak and was found to be faulty and therefore had to be replaced. Obviously it was rather an emergency since there was water all over the basement floor, so I told them to go ahead and replace the tank. It took one plumber one hour to complete the job at a charge of $598.00. Even though the tank was only 15 months old neither Rheem nor Sundial were willing to give me a break on the labour cost. I was told by other plumbers that $600 for labour only in this situation was outrageous. Sundial are still trying to get remuneration for me from the supplier but, if you ask me, Sundial is the one who should ante up. I will not use them again as I feel that they are way overpriced and unwilling to provide good customer service.

Description of Work: The very professional plumber came promptly when he was scheduled and immediately diagnosed the problem, but the solution was something I could do at very little expense rather than pay the minimum fee for any work to be done. This diagnosis was extremely helpful and I will contact this firm when I again need a plumber as well as recommend this firm if anyone else needs a plumber. LRG

+ -1 moreI should have checked around to see what it costs, but I paid $600 to have it put in. When I started using it it was leaking so they had to send someone else out to fix it. I had no idea they were so over priced, I was disappointed in that and wouldn't use them again. They were on time and responsive, they came that day.

I needed a faucet connected and a disposal installed. The price quoted was $598. I felt the price was too high and did not use their service. I found another plumber that charged me $225 for the same work.

The worker who was originally scheduled to do the work was pulled away to another job, so he personally introduced his replacement to me at the start of the job. The worker covered his shoes each time he entered the house and removed them each time he left. He worked efficiently, and the price was less than half of that of another plumbing company that is very well advertised in the area.
Description of Work: Installed gas line from one side of the house to another to hook up to new gas oven.

+ 0 moreObtained 2 quotes and Sundial was the lowest and had a wonderful warranty. Neither company had an Energy Star Water Heater in inventory. The Rheem Energy Star Hot Water Heater had to be ordered from the company. It was ordered on August 21, 2009. It was manufactured that same month. It was installed on September 3, 2009. During the interim my old hot water heater was making a lot of strange noises and the water pressure was erratic so I was concerned about the time that I had to wait. I was delighted when Sundial called to tell me that my hot water heater had arrived and could be installed the next day. Danny White did the estimate and was the primary installer.
Description of Work: Replaced a 15 year old water heater with an Energy Star Hot Water Heater with a 12 year warranty. Also replaced the Pressure Regulator Valve which was causing problems.

+ -1 moreThe "technician" arrived 3 hours past expected arrival time and merely took the make and model # of the water heater I had that I wanted installed. I could have given that over the phone. Was told I would receive an estimate by the end of the day. Nope. Regarding professionalism, he kept telling me about which clubs he went to and which nights to dance. I don't know why. I just wanted an estimate for the water heater installation. He had very little understanding of the problem.

+ -1 moreThe 2 technicians looked at the problem and said they could repair it but would need to go out and purchase a part. They gave me an up-front estimate of $394.70, which seemed steep to me but I thought maybe the job was more complex than it looked and would take a long time or that the part was hard to find or expensive, so I signed the paper. From the time they first arrived to the time they left after the job was complete was less than two hours. They didn't show me the new part or tell me how much it cost. After they left, I called the office and asked for an explanation for the high cost of what seemed to be a quick repair of a small piece of pipe. I was told that the service manager would call me back. I called her back the next day and after a polite conversation she reduced the charge by $25.00. She said they base their charges on "averages" rather than time and materials. $370.00 still seems like a lot for what seemed a quick and uncomplicated job.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken piece of pipe attached to the drain stopper device in the bathroom sink. Advised me not to use Drano-type products because they can damage pipes.
