It was fantastic! They came on the scheduled day and completed the job in one day. They cleaned up all the debris and even came back the next day to make sure they had gotten all the debris. They did such a good job that I recommended them to my neighbor who also had a great experience with them. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

My insurance company was a challenge to work with. They initially declined my hail damage claim. Bryan, owner of Southern Roofing Solutions, helped me to prove to the insurance company of the hill damage and the date of damage. Bryan's professionalism, communication, and follow through was outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. Southern Roofing Solutions did an excellent job for us. From the first point of contact, they were knowlegable and professional. They assisted us in selecting the right materials and color that best fit our house and budget. At completion, my husband and I were a little disappointed in the flashing along the one side of the house above our garage. Southern Roofing quickly responded by sending out a team to replace the flashing. In the end, the entire job looked incredible! in addition, we have a canopy gazebo in our back yard that had been damaged while replacing the roof and Southern Roofing wasted no time replacing the canopy. We had a great overall experience with Southern Roofing Soltuions and would highly recommend them to family and friends!

Everything went as scheduled. They showed up on the day promised and finished putting a new roof on my house the same day. They cleaned up my entire yard after they were finished and you would never know they were even there. Bryan came by twice during the day to make sure all was going as planned. Bryan Rhodes was a pleasure to work with from day one. He was quick to address all of my questions and concerns. He's a straight shooter and I appreciated his direct and honest candor after talking with many vendors (8 total) who tried to steer the conversation. After weighing all options and prices, Bryan and the Southern Roofing Solutions team were an easy choice. I have a 1960's ranch house with a ~19 square roof. The roof was approximately 22 years old with wind damage and significant wear and tear. Bryan and his team did an excellent job replacing my roof. They promptly showed up at 7:30am on our scheduled day and got to work quickly. The crew did a superb job removing the existing two layers; they left NO DEBRIS BEHIND. During roof removal they had tarps down around all edges of the house and they had the dumpster close to the roof to expeditiously remove and catch debris. The crew did an exceptional job and they were very courteous throughout the day. I was amazed at how clean my house was after the job. Bryan and his team put a new GAF system roof on, including GAF pro-starter strips, GAF weather watch leak barrier, 50 yr GAF architectural shingles, GAF Timbertex ridge caps shingles, and GAF cobra ridge vent system (and removal of two attic fans and ply board replacement of the fan space). The results are not only weather proof (we've had couple rains since with no leaks) but visually striking. They painted all roof protrusions to match the roof system color (GAF Burnt Hickory). Bryan stopped back by that evening to go back around the house with a magnetic strip and find any extraneous nails. He also checked in with me to make sure I had no lingering questions or concerns about the job. Bryan is very accommodating and courteous; he was a joy to work with. I also had an old shed (~1.7 square roof) in need desperate need of a new roof, fascia board repair, and new paint job. Bryan and his team finished this job up within two days of the roof job and the results were amazing. The total for this job was an additional $730, which was well worth it for the outstanding job they did. They high pressure washed the shed, sanded areas where needed, primed the shed, and painted it to match the original color. They also cut out rotten sections of fascia board out and replaced the entire rotten pieces of fascia board before painting. The roof system installed on the shed was the same caliber of workmanship as my house. Long story short, my roof replacement went extremely well. When a tree fell on our house and damaged the roof over the garage, laundry room, and deck. I contacted Donna Cade at southern roofing solutions to assess the damage for an insurance claim. Our house was for sale and under contract at the time with the closing date quickly approaching. Donna got all the people lined up so when we recieved approval great quality work was done quickly and professionally. She worked with the insurance company on our behalf and was always reachable with any questions or concerns. Southern Roofing Solutions did an excellent job in repairing our house and helping us to keep our deadline. This was the second time Southern Roofing Solutions had done work for us. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an honest and professional company and a job very well done. Thank you Donna, you were fantastic.

Bryan was great to work with. The supplies showed up on time. Bryan and his crew arrived and got to work early. There was minimal disturbance for me as I worked from home. They kept a tidy work site and were even mindful of my dog watching all of the activity. The workers were pleasant and respectful, they also played a few rounds of fetch with my dog. Upon completion, they were very thorough in cleaning up. They swept the property several times to make sure I would have no flat tires or injured paws. Bryan did a final inspection with me and even took care of a few minor cosmetics that were above the initial work order. Overall I am very satisfied with my new roof and would certainly recommend Bryan to others as I have already done.

Southern Roofing did an excellent job in replacing my roof after a heavy wind damage. Jeff first came to inspect the damage and assess the best course of action. He was very prompt. He came just the next morning after I called. That was amazing. Then he explained the entire process to me, what options I will have, what product choices are available and what they mean. That was very educational. Then he worked with the insurance company and explained his findings and assessment of how he felt the damage happened. He was able to connect the dots based on the shingle damage pattern and some other things that only experts can see. Finally the insurance company approved my roof replacement and Jeff's team completed the job in a day. The work was done in a very professional manner. They arrived on time and they finished on time as well. The new roof looked so much better. They also have a great warranty program that added extra peace of mind. I also spoke to Brian for some additional work and he was very professional as well and he always treated me with respect. Both Jeff and Brian stood behind their work and delivered what they promised. This is a great company to do business with.

I was extremely pleased with the high quality work that was performed on our home. From the very first meeting, to the delivery of the final waranty certificate, I was most impressed with Bryan Rhodes professionalism, personal demeanor, and no pressure approach. He provided various options regarding replacement roof materials, explained the new roofing system, and then let us decide on what to do next. No pressure. The crew showed up on time in the morning and within 9 hours, we had 4,400 square feet of new high quality architectural shingles on a steeply pitched roof. The crew found some additional damage to the wood that was promptly replaced as well. I was also impressed with the detailed cleanup the crew conducted after the work was completed. After they left, I walked around the house and could not find any old shingles or nails. The same quality of service and product was delivered when the new gutters and metal roofs were installed about a week later. In summary, Southern Roofing Solutions delivered a high quality product with exceptional service, on time, and on budget.

The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. They showed up early in the morning and immediately started work. They were done by early evening and you could not tell they had been here except for the beautiful roof. Met all of our expectations and then some and I can't say enough about their clean up. Brian and his crew came out and did a tremendous job on our roof. Our roof is very steep and his crew was always roped-off. Very personable and professional. The job was large and they stayed with it until it was completed. The roof looks fantastic and finished with very nice touches. Great job! I prefer local providers in liue of bigger company's. Luis and his crew completely cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed with how well the crew worked. They did a great job. Their turnaround time on the project was very quick. They always made an appointment and showed up promptly every time. Brian and Donna were great to work with, and their crew were perfectionists. Brian talked me through the insurance claim process and demonstrated sincere professionalism. I found them through a neighbor and their work looked great. Donna helped with picking color that was consistent with neighborhood look and matched our house nicely. The job took longer because of the water damage/rot of the underlayment - which they replaced as part of the original quote. Our roof has a high pitch and has many angles and hips. We are very happy with the quality of their work and have recommended them to others. They did an impeccable job of protecting our landscaping and cleaning up after the work was done. They made roof replacement a worry free process.

Brian from SRS came to my house and helped me contact the insurance company, he came out when the insurance adjuster was there, he scheduled the construction immediately, and he was there for the actual installation. I felt like he was actively involved in every step. This was a very quick turnaround and very professionally handled. The small details were not overlooked. I have a small dog who loves to play in the front yard and after installation, they made sure to run a magnet over the yard to ensure there were no nails etc left behind. I have a large roof with a very steep slope on top of a hill and they still managed to complete the entire installation in one day.

Southern Roofing did an excellent job and was very professional. As a homeowner, you have to get certain services done for the maintenance of your home, unless you can do it yourself. I have dealt with contractors before that have left me wanted to learn how to do anything by myself and curse the whole service industry! But working with Brian Rhodes and his company was a refreshing experience. I deal with the public for a living and I have high expectations of my staff to deliver professional customer service. I have the same expectation of anyone I hire to do a job for me. When Brian first solicited my business, I told him up front of my expectations. He under promised and over delivered! My wife and I are completely happy with our new roof. The crew arrived on time and finished in one day. Brian came out to inspect final results. There were no nails, scrap, or trash left anywhere in my lawn. That is important because we have a dog. A couple days later his painting crew came out, put kilz and painted the entire ceiling on the second floor where there was water damage. They respected my house by taking their shoes on and off when going in and out of the house. And draped and covered everything for protection from the paint. I will recommend Southern Roofing to my circle of influence. And I am going to paint the exterior of my house next year...Southern Roofing is going to be the company I call for the job!

My roofing was 20 years old and leaking. I am 75 years old and could not get upon the roof to see what was causing the problems. I called Bryan Rhodes who made an inspection of the roof and interior damage to the house. He advised that he had seen considerable evidence of hail and wind damage to the shingles and advised me to contact my insurance company and file a claim. Bryan met with the insurance adjuster who agreed that the claim that should be paid by my policy. Bryans company replaced all the shingles and several sheets of roof decking. They also repaired the water damage to the ceilings, wood flooring and drywall in three rooms. This a good company. They do good work, on time and at a fair price. You can trust them to deliver the service they promise.

The roof on our house was getting old.(20 years) and needed replacing. Bryan Rhodes of Southern Roofing inspected the roof and found considerable wind and hail damage to the singles. He suggested I contact my insurance company. Bryan and the insurance adjuster made a joint inspection of the damage to the roof and the interior of the house. The insurance company agreed to pay for all the damages. I am 75 years old and could not get on the roof and did not know of the wind and hail damage until Bryan found it. He saved us almost $19,000.00.

Every detail was thoroughly explained to me from the very start. I made an insurance claim on my roof. They guided me through the process, made it very simple, and even came to my adjustment while I was stuck at work. I was expecting my roof to be approved, but Southern Roofing Solutions also was able to get me all new gutters. The roof installation went exactly according to plan. Every specific detail I was told would happen did indeed happen exactly as described. The crew took great care in protecting my landscape and had tarps out all around my house. It was very impressive to watch the crew at work. Every single person in the crew had a different job and everyone worked together. It was truly a well oiled machine. They used a premium lifetime shingle, GAF a Timberline along with COBRA Ridgevents. In fact, because they used three GAF accessory products, I have a non pro rated warranty for the frost ten years from GAF. The cleanup was great, all nails picked up. I have been a part of many construction projects, this roofing crew was truly one of the most impressive one I have seen. From start to finish, everything went exactly according to plan. After the roof, they changed all of my gutters and downspouts. They upgraded me to 6 inch aluminum gutters. After seeing one of their gutter covers, I choose a product called the "Gutter Shingle" to use for guards. The gutter installation took a day and again went exactly according to plan. I had known for a long time that I need to change all of my windows in my home, but knew I could not pay for it all at once. I had the original thin builder grade windows where I could literally feel air blowing through. Southern Roofing Solutions gave me a very fair estimate for replacing all of my windows with new double pane energy efficient windows. They were able to offer me a competitive financing option for me to break my payments up. After being approved for financing, they came out 4 days later and replaced all of my windows. Everything was professionally done and the clean up was good. Overall, I am very happy with all of the work performed by Southern Roofing Solutions. Very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly great installation crews who truly take pride on their work. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to change their roof, gutters, or windows.

The roof installation went very well. The job was started on time and was finished quickly. There were no surprises and the finished roof looks great. Also, they were very thorough cleaning up after the job.

They also helped us with submitting the claim to our insurance company which was a huge help. We are extremely pleased with the results of all aspects of the job they performed for us and will be recommending them to all of our friends and neighbors. As a matter of fact we heard of them from our neighbor who gave them a great recommendation!

My roof was shot. I needed new shingles and to fix some of the rotting decking in places. I called Southern Roofing Solutions and Jeff was able to come out the next day and provide me an estimate. Their price was very competitive and Jeff was an excellent estimator. He even offered to meet the Insurance Adjuster when they came out to the house. We were not able to get any assistance from the insurance company but Jeff was there to answer all the questions. It was extremely helpful to have him there. The day the work was done was a Friday and the work took a little longer than expected to finish but the crew and the owner, Bryan, satyed well into the evening to make sure all the work was completed. They cleaned up after themselves, not leaving a single piece of paper or a nail anywhere. The roof looks great and we are extremely satisfied with our experice with Bryan, Jeff, and the whole crew. I cannot say how much I would recommend them to do anything that needed to be done.
