After researching 4 companies Southern Roofing was hands down the best solution. The impressive Angie List ratings a great BBB report and a referral from a friend cemented the deal. After contacting Bryan he ordered an Eagle View a satellite type image with all the dimensions and pitch measurements of the house. He was the only one to email me a copy of this. I believe that made the ordering of materials more accurate. He continually kept in touch with me about the process, taking the time to answer my many questions, patient all the time and not pushy at all about selling the job. He was always punctual, showing up exactly when he said he would show up. The crew came in exactly at the time I was told they would be there and got right to work protecting all my plants, moving pots, and yard ornaments. They were so quiet doing all that that I didn't realize they were there. When they began the removal of the old shingles they worked in a smooth rhythm almost melodic. There were 8 crew members and I could tell they took pride in their work. They did not try to replace any wood that did not need replacing. (Most companies only give you one plywood, Southern is more, however I do not remember the exact amount). They completed the job in one day, cleaned up, and left everything neat and put back. Bryan came by within 30 minutes of the job being completed and walked the perimeter answering more questions and pointing out details. And I was very impressed with the 10 year labor warranty and a lifetime transferrable warranty on the product. I can't wait to recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Awesome job!

This was by far my best experience with a roofing service, Bryan came prepared with an estimate, and the price was reasonable. He returned my calls or text, and I am really loving my new roof. I highly recommend this company.

.eally can't say enough about these guys!! Jeff and Bryan were on the job as soon as I called. I had called them after my area was affected by the haill storm in April. I called Jeff after I had received a letter from him in the mail. I had callede a few other companies already and they had told me it was going to be at least a week until they could even come take a look and see if there was damage... But, Jeff told me he could be out in the morning at 9:15am and inspect the roof for me and if need be tarp any exposed areas to keep any additional damage from happening. Jeff showed up at 915 on the dot. He got up on the roof and walked all around to look for any and all hail and weather damage. He documented it all on his camera and explained the damage to me and how the insurance process worked. He even offered to come to my insurance adjustment so that he could make sure that all the damage that he found was pointed out to the insurance adjuster. On the day of the adjustment which was set for 10 am, Jeff was there at 940... The adjuster on the other hand didnt show up until an hour later, but Jeff moved his schedule around to accomodate the adjuster being late. Once the claim was approved and we had all of the paperwork these two really went to work.. I was approved for a new roof and to replace my gutters due to some hail damage to them and to due some paint around the windows and where some water had leaked in. They upgraded my gutter system from 5" steel to 6inch aluminum. Every aspect of the roof was upgraded. They used the top of the line GAF series (I think its called timberline hd but I can't remember for sure) and a hip gaurd called TimberTex as well as a thicker felt. There were other upgrades I'm sure I'm forgetting. But they literally did not charge me one red cent for the upgrades!!asfarthe project itself, It was the most well organized thing I'd seen in a while. Their crew was there by 7 am to begin to tarp all of my landscaping and cover my deck and all my other stuff. Jeff was there the whole time and was very good about showing me how all of the things they were doing were going to increase the life of my roof and make it less likely to leak. The crew finished up around 5 and did an exceptional job cleaning up. What was really cool was that after the crew was finished Bryan, The owner of the company, and Jeff went around again and made sure that there was not a single nail to be found which is kinda important with dogs and little ones around. These guys really blew me away with their customer service. The things about them I was most impressed with were their response time, the complimentary upgrades, their professionalism and that they are a local company with ties to Cobb county. They also did not ask for a deposit or for a single dime until the job was completed.

Bryan responded quickly to my emergency plea. Our roof was leaking water into a lighting fixture. I was frantic about this situation. Bryan sent Brian right out to save the day. They were quick, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Working with Bryan at Southern Roofing Solutions was such a pleasant experience. He gave me a reasonable quote for our new roof and some other work we might want done in the future. He was here on Sunday (at my request) to verify that we were still good to go and to check out the property one last time. He sent his crew leader over the next day to check one problem spot. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. The guys arrived here and started work at 7 a.m. today. They were gone by 3 p.m. They left my property cleaner than they found it! If you're like me, having work done on a house is pretty close to having a root canal! This was different. There were no delays, no up-charges, no shenanigans. It was quick and painless. Bryan Rhodes is very proffessional, knowledgeable, and fair on price. He did a quality job replacing our roof implementing the lastest technology and building codes. I now have a roofing company that I trust and can always use on our other properties as well as refer to other people I know with confidence.

The owner and worker (both named Bryan) came out for the initial estimate on the same day that I called for service. Both were very knowledgeable and gave me a good assessment of the current condition of my roof. Bryan offered to make the repair as soon as the next day and gave me a good price on the service. The following day I had a second roofing company out for a second estimate. The second company was just as professional and knowledgeable but came in at a higher price. So, I decided to go with Southern Roofing Solutions and was very pleased with the service and savings. I feel like I saved money on this repair without sacrificing the quality of service in any way. The only reason I gave a B rating on punctuality was that the guys were about an hour late on arriving to the initial estimate. They were right on time when it came to getting the actual repair work done and it was very easy to get a hold of the owner Bryan by phone. I contacted Bryan based on Angie's List ratings to give us quote on having our roof replaced. We also needed a new roof on our shed. He set up an appointment and came over to our house within a couple of days. Bryan was very prepared and made us feel like he really wanted our business. We got estimates from two other companies, but Bryan gave us the best price. He also helped us choose the best color roof by sending us addresses of houses he had done with the color roofs that we were interested in. We scheduled the date to get the roof put on and the workers showed up that morning. They finished the job in one day and cleaned up nicely. One thing that we didn't expect was that when they were scraping the old roof off black shingle debris fell through some gaps in the wood and came in through the attic and in two of our unfinished bonus room closets. Unfortunately, we have a lot stored in all of those areas. I found it that night after they left when I went into the closet to get some gift wrap. There were black shingle granules, pieces of wood, and black dirt all over everything! I contacted Bryan, and he came over a couple of days later and vacuumed it out. It took him several hours because there was so much in the storage areas. I really appreciated the good customer service that he gave us. Another nice thing was that Bryan was easy to get in contact with when I needed to reach him. He always responded quickly to my text messages. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Bryan to the rescue again.When we got snow in Atlanta and we had a unique opportunity to find even the smallest of leaks as the snow sits and melts on the roof for prolonged period.Bryan is simply the best.He got word of my problem at 7 pm and had it fixed by morning before another round of snow could hit.He never takes advantage of people,he is trustworthy and an absolute professional.As a physician I know exactly what some tradesman will do to take advantage of busy people and Bryan is the exact opposite .I recommend him to everyone.His work is outstanding.I plan to hire him to redo my entire roof in Mediterranean tile soon as well.You will never be disappointed hiring this outstanding professional,

I've never worked with a better contractor in ANY of the building trades like Bryan Rhodes of Southern Roofing Solutions (and I've owned 9 homes throughout my life). He's simply great. What started out to be a disaster...(My homeowner's insurance was canceled due to a defective Atlas-Chalet roof which I didn't know was there when I bought the place in 2013)....turned into a dream. I found Southern Roofing on Angie's List and from that moment I knew this was going to be good experience. He took me through the whole roofing process (last roof I replaced was 20 years ago - so a lot had changed), went through the pluses and minuses of different roof types and accessories/materials and really assisted me in color selection. He spent a ton of time with me. His quote was also EXTREMELY competitive and his lead time to install was only two days from the signing of the deal. His crew was extremely professional, clean and did an outstanding job. Replacing roofs is a dirty business and in the end you couldn't even tell they were here - the yard and surrounding areas were free of nails and trash. He also worked around other specific custom issues to my house and went above and beyond the call of duty. Simply outstanding customer service at the beginning and end of the job. His warranty was also unbelievable - 10 years on top of the lifetime shingle warranty from GAF. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs. Bryan was very thorough thoroughly discusses the details of the products he uses. As an engineer, I had more questions than most, and if there's one word for Bryan, it's honest. He levels with you and answers all that he can even beyond the roof system, and if he can't, assures you he'll find the answer or have an expert reach out to you fast. For our house, I was exploring using foam insulation on the decking. He put me in touch with someone to discuss it, and ALSO, presented me with the idea of a solar powered attic fan. After talking to 5 different roofing contractors, besides his persistence, and honesty, his stepping outside the box to present me with a cutting edge solution got him the job. As promised, the wind damage he found on the roof resulted in my insurance company covering the entire project (sans deductible of course). Being late fall, he assured me they could act fast when the weather was right. The forecast showed a window in 2 days when wind died down, the temp warmed up to 60, and no rain expected. He got it done. Shingles ordered, all supplies delivered, and team showed up like clockwork at sunrise as promised. They got right to work with tarps (some holes) covering the property and removed the old roof. Then after a quick lunch, began the new roof. One hiccup here, Bryan and I agreed to have ridge vents on all ridges, but only to cut openings for some of the ridge line as the solar attic fan would vent the uncut ridges. A language barrier due to a last minute death in the family of his foreman meant all ridges were cut. Bryan showed up and explained to them where they had gone wrong, and they patched the gaps with plywood and proceeded. Another hiccup then, equipment failure, the team's shingle elevator broke. He appraised the situation and as it turns out, the only option was to walk the shingles up the ladder on their backs, old school. Amazing to watch, but of course, daylight ran out with the unexpected elevator down. They cleaned up, took a picture of the remaining supplies, and showed up first thing next morning and finished the job. Make sure for peace of mind to borrow the rare earth magnets they use to check for nails. Yes, I found nails, as happens on every roof project. They waited patiently while I went over my property with the magnet and felt great as they left. The solar fan was installed a few weeks later and wired up. We may have to wait until warmer weather for all shingles to completely seal, but I have every confidence Bryan will be there at a moment's notice to answer/address any issues that come up. I do recommend his services.

We woke Sunday to the wonderful sound of dripping water. I called several companies to come out and and look at the issue. Brian came about mid day. He climbed up on the roof, looked in the attic and provided pictures of the issues. Brian and his team not only did a good job of identifying the issues, but talked to us about the overall health of the roof. We hired Southern because they seemed knowledgable, could do the work immediately, had a fair price for the work and presented genuinely. They got right to work and had the area fixed in a couple of hours. They showed me the issues with the shingles they took off. Did a great job cleaning up and were very professional. As far as I am concerned, Southern will be my first call for any additional roofing needs.

Bryan gave us an estimate to replace 2 skylights that had been worn and cracked. The estimate was competitive with 2 other roofing companies. Because it was a relatively small job, he had to reschedule a couple times in order to fit us in. This was not a problem with us. The crew came out on a late Saturday afternoon and did a fine job of removing the old skylights and installing the new. Bryan provides a 10 year warranty that goes along with the warranty on the actual skylight product but I don't expect any issues. They did a nice job of cleaning up. The crew leader was also very polite and respectful and both he and Bryan answered a lot of my questions on roofing and roofing products.

I interviewed several A rated roofing companies before selecting Southern Roofing Solutions. One of the main reasons, I selected Southern was because of the interview I had with Bryan. Bryan was professional, prompt and courteous. He was not a fast talker. Everything Bryan said he was going to do, he did. The price was reasonable. The crew showed up on time and took one lunch break and completed my roof in one day. I was really impressed with the team. Every time I had a question or wanted an area corrected, the team immediately addressed my concerns. My roof is only one month old and I have gone through two thunderstorms and no leaks, so far so good. I would definitely recommend Southern Roofing Solutions.

Brian and Jeff worked hard to earn my business and to make sure that we were able to have the insurance company cover the costs of the full roof replacement. They consistently communicated each step of the way during the process to make sure I did not have any questions or concerns. The crew was able to replace the roof in one day, even though they unexpectedly had a double roof removal. The crew were professional and quick workers. Clean up went well. Brian even make sure to have my driveway pressure washed because of an oil stain left behind by the truck that hauled away the old roofing materials. I certainly would recommed Southern Roofing to anyone in the Atlanta metro area needing a roof replaced.

It went marvelously well. Work was initially delayed due to torrential rain. Bryan kept us informed and was prompt and forthcoming in his communication. The actual roofing process moved like a well choreographed dance. Wheelbarrows aligned moving in a deliberate and organized manner. New roof installed; and while working the roofers were actually smiling. Not only do they take justifiable pride in their work, they actually enjoy it! Clean up was methodical and thorough. All concerns addressed promptly and professionally. Willing to deal with recalcitrant insurance agency...I am definitely happy and even neighbors commented that the roof looks terrific!

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. We first got our roof replaced. The crew arrived on time and worked very hard throughout the day. They kept the area around my home clean most of the day. The crew was extremely organized, hard working, and very efficient. I have a 47 SQ roof and they were completely finished by 5:30. They went around many many times with a magnetic roller to get all of the nails up. I have a dog that runs around, so this was very important to me. The cleanup was great. Not to mention, the roof itself looks great. They used the GAF Lifetime Roofing System and I choose Pewter Gray Timberline HD as my color. The ridge vents with the premium Timbertex shingle really made it pop!! I was very impressed. A week later, I had all new double pane energy efficient windows installed. Gary, the installer, was extremely professional, and also very clean and tidy like the roofing crew. I am very happy with the quality of windows I got for my price. I chose top of the line Simonton Windows. I had gotten another estimate from Home Depot. The difference in price was substantial. Overall, the level of service I received from Southern Roofing Solutions exceeded my expectations. Bryan, who I dealt with was extremely professional from start to finish. He really takes pride in his job and it shows. And I am a very picky person. I would highly recommend Southern Roofing Solutions and Bryan Rhodes to anyone looking for any new home exterior project.
