About us

We provide a detailed safety inspection report, homeowner fireplace tips, proposal, pictures & invoice/receipt. We haven't increased our prices in 9 years. Payment is due upon completion of the job. We have off-season specials for $20 off inspection/cleaning combination (April-August).

From start to finish the service was friendly and efficient. We would recommend and use again.

Hi [Member Name Removed], Are you sure you have the right company? We don't take payment for a dryer vent cleaning until after the work is performed and the project complete. We do have a competitor with a very similar name. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and in looking into this, we do not have your name, address or phone number in our computer database. In addition, I cannot find your name, number or address in our appointment book for 2018. I am sorry you had this experience as it makes everyone in our industry look bad. The reason we are still in business after 15 years is that we are known for our integrity and honesty and get a tremendous amount of repeat business and referrals. Perfect! The installation process was quick and timely. Tim did a great job installing the logs and Mechele has such a great personality and is so easy to work with. I loved them! AND...my gas logs are gorgeous, so very beautiful!!!
