They did the service and over charged me by $400. I complained to a manager and he wasted my time explaining how they have overhead. It’s ridiculous that the w/d hookup would cost more than the washer and dryer

I purchased the Snappy Home Protection plan which allows me free electrical inspection and air and heating services for $149, excellent deal! The service technician Jason Hinesley was very knowledgeable and thorough.

I wanted to have electrical work done which was very expensive. Charged me to come out for estimate. Would not use the fee already paid toward the service call unless I agreed to do the work. There was more of a priority to sell a yearly service contract. Could use fee toward that.

I wanted 2 electrical outlets tightened up (knocked out of place by a hospital bed) and 1 light switch checked out. Snappy came in and immediately wanted to sell me a whole house package. Told me it would cost $150 per outlet and at lease $250 for the light switch. There was a $39.95 fee for just coming out. I wrote him a check and asked him to leave. Then I got the story that he was a master electrician and the company had to pay his salary and his gas, etc (justifying his quote). He also said that it would take a while to determine what was wrong with the light switch. Next day I had a more experienced master electrician come out and give me a quote. Within 1 hour, he had it all fixed and charged me $150 totally.
